Neck Shaper 2.75" Soft Foam Roller
The patented Neck Shaper roll is a seven-(7) inch-long foam roller for the neck that is used to enhance spinal fitness. The design of this yoga roll has a groove for the spinous to float and supporting edges for the transverse process portion of the vertebrae. While lying over this neck roller, your tight muscles relax and vertebrae can shift into a more desirable location. We recommend performing the Back-Twist exercise and lying over both properly sized Neck and Back Shaper rolls. Each foam roller can act as a posture corrector and passively encourage ideal curvature.
The Neck Shaper 2.75" diameter roll is available in three (3) densities: Soft, Medium, and Hard. We recommend everyone start out with the soft density. There are several diameters available, including:
