Cover your head and/or hair with the Organic Sauna Hat made from organic bamboo cotton fleece. The use of hat slows down thermal heat loss from the head, which in turn raises the body's core temperature more quickly for maximum benefits. This allows you to sweat more and even faster than without it.
The hat is absorbent to wick away sweat from the sauna and carefully crafted with our exclusive custom milled organic bamboo 80%/cotton 20% 528gm m3 fleece. This fleece does not stop heat exposure to the head completely, but does reduce brain tissue mitochondria activation, so light tissue generated heat is reduced.

Fabric slows down and minimizes the depth of light penetration into tissues. The hat also helps prevent hair from drying out and becoming brittle, due to repeated heat exposure.
To use: Fit hat over your head with the loop at the nape of your neck and the strings hanging down over your forehead. Twist the fabric together over your forehead, and then move the ties over the top of your head, so they are now at the back. Put the strings through the loop and tie together to secure. Dimensions: The hat is 21 inches long, with ties extending out another 20 inches. The ties can be trimmed to length.
Made in the USA from domestic and imported materials. Craftsmanship includes stitching seams with Gutemann sew all 100% polyester thread, and 3 needle coverstitch using Gutermann Toldi-Lock 100% polyester thread.
