Host of Cleanse Heal Ignite Podcast Diane Kazer Talks With Eileen Durfee About Ozone Therapy

Diane Kazer: Hey warriors, welcome back to another episode of the Cleanse Heal lignite podcast and I have a friend of mine here. She's a dear friend, and I'm just gonna go ahead and sing her song. Come on Eileen. Let's talk about how to get clean using ozone. Put it all in me, put it all in me. Yeah. Yes, I love that. I just kind of flew with that one. You’re like the ozone queen. How are you today, Eileen? Thanks for being here.

Eileen Durfee: I'm doing fantastic.

Diane Kazer: Yeah. You are a rock star out there. And you're, literally you're like, tell us a little bit about your journey, how you got so into a lot of these detox and health healing products and approaches. Why it is so important? Why are you so excited about it? Why do you care so much?

Eileen Durfee: Well, I've been sick my whole life. I mean –

Diane Kazer: There you go.

Eileen Durfee: The moment I was born, the doctor grabbing me with forceps. My body being twisted, wearing special shoes, being in pain my whole life, growing nine inches in six months, being ran over by a car, getting a silver amalgam filling when I was like 19 and becoming allergic to everything and having Candida and Hashimoto’s and couldn't think and just a mess. And you know, they want to put you on nystatin and antibiotics and this and that and antihistamines. And I just had this underlying gut feeling that if my body had what it needed, I could heal myself. I just didn't believe I had a deficiency in an antifungal, you know.

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: So, I became obsessed, cuz I am a Gizmo woman. I just buy everything, try it, try to break it. And then I wish it was something else. And I wake up with a dream and I see it in blueprint, you know, I mean, because I was a nuclear power plant engineer. My dad was a machinist. I mean, I know how to drive a backhoe, do Finish Carpentry, [0:01:56 inaudible] I mean, I just didn't have any brothers. So, I'm, you know, really mechanical. And so, I just also know that if something isn't high quality, it doesn't work, isn't easy to use, it's going to be in the yard sale or in the giveaway closet or in the garage and never used. So, I pretty much came up with good therapies and made them better, easier, more nontoxic and that kind of thing. So, that's kind of –

Diane Kazer: Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: And you know, so I went from nuclear power to real estate to managing nonprofit corporations. I mean, I was running construction crews, building 12 houses a year and, and you know, so this was like my side hobby of sparing no expense at trying to get well. I mean, at one point, I was the universal reactor. I was allergic to everything. My lungs would close up, I had to have an EpiPen. I couldn't eat the same food within 72 hours. I mean, it's like I had psoriasis over my whole body. I was just a wreck. And so then, you know, I found out about hair analysis. I went back to school for that. And then I started detoxing, you know, with this. I had done saunas for years, but it wasn't until I got into near infrared. So, then I had a dream and built that and, and it’s just like all these things, because everything. I mean, there's no silver bullet. It's like it's the air we breathe. It's the thing that we put on our skin. It's the stuff we eat, it's, we can't live in a bubble. We're going to get toxins in so we have to develop a way to get them out, you know –

Diane Kazer: Yes.

Eileen Durfee: Dry skin brushing and near infrared sauna therapy and just, you know, ozone. One of the first hacks I started doing was drinking ozonated water.

Diane Kazer: Yes. So, we're gonna talk about that today.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah, that was I think, I started adding that in about 1997-98.

Diane Kazer: Wow, you were like one of the earlier adopters to that. What you're saying here, Eileen is, I have a lot of women who are humans because I work with men too. But my group led programs are with women. And a lot of these women sound just like you. They sound like me. I mean, obviously I got the bioweapon. You know, three - I've had it now for three weeks. And you know, what my email to all of you will be and maybe even the title of this episode is, you know, the devices that I wish I had when I got COVID and I'm like, dang it. Three years ago, I wanted to buy an ozone water machine and I used an ozone water machine my friend allowed me to borrow when I was recovering from my breast explant surgery. And it really helped and I was like, Okay, I need to buy one of these things. And then I moved to Sedona and life got a little crazy and I just, no excuse. It just wasn't as important.

So, you guys, don't do what I did. Don't listen to this episode, and then think, oh yeah, maybe one day I'm gonna buy an ozone water machine. These things are so cheap. And one of the reasons I put it off is because the woman that let me borrow her machine, it was like $4,000 or $5,000. The one we're going to talk about today is not that. It's less than 500. And so, take this episode, run with it and implement at least one thing we're talking about. But these things that Eileen has developed are so inexpensive, but they are such big movers to your health and there's going to be several things I recommend. But like Eileen said earlier, there's a lot of you out there who are going, Okay, well, I'm gonna avoid this food, I'm gonna avoid that food.

Then, all of a sudden, you realize you are in a bubble. This is most people who come to me. They're doing food allergy tests, they’re doing allergy tests, they’re doing the scratch test with the doctor, which doesn't really do anything except it’ll tell you a few things you're allergic to. But really, it's an underlying issue with a leaky gut. Then it's, which causes food sensitivities that are unknown. And then you're like, I thought I wasn't allergic to this. But no, it's a sensitivity which is hard to track. Then you're spending $800 a month, or $800 on food sensitivity test. And then once you realize, wait a second, there's something deeper going on, and something deeper wrong inside of my gut and in my nerves. And so today, we want to get to the bottom on how to - pun intended because we're going to talk about enemas, ozone enemas.

So, we want to get to the bottom of the root cause that’s in literally your roots and your, in your Chi. I call it, my program is called Chi, cleanse, heal, ignite. It's your chi, your chi of life, your tree of life. Let's get into the roots. So, I'm feeling your pain, Eileen is feeling your pain. We both got here because of our pain and we've turned it into our purpose. Now it's your turn. So, let's dive into that. Let's dive into first. God, woman, you've got so many really cool developments like where do we start? Let's talk about ozone first, because that is the most interesting thing to me. We've got ozone water, ozone enemas, ozone to clean your plants. Let's just start there. Why is ozone such an important thing that I daresay that everybody should have at their home at this point?

Eileen Durfee: Well, ozone let's describe what that is. And, you know, there's ozone gas and there's ozone dissolved in water because on earth, we have what? Solid matter, liquid and gas. So, when it's in a gas state, it's super reactive and ozone can be dangerous in a gas form. It's just basically three molecules of oxygen, O1 plus O1 plus O1. Now, anything in nature, you know, everything is like a negative and positive charge. And you know the odd guy out? The third wheel won't stick around, because it's unstable. And that's what make ozone gas or ozone dissolved in water so special is because that's an oxidation, you know that it breaks off.

So, you think about this. The EPA, when there's contaminated groundwater, they'll drill a well, and they'll have a giant ozonator. And they'll ozonate water to break down the petrochemicals and the contaminants and the heavy metals to clean it. And so, you know, we're mostly water, you know, and so, so one of the first hacks that I was taught about was drinking ozonated water on an empty stomach. Because you know, that's the one thing that people get confused about when they first start drinking ozonated water, they want to like drink ozonated water with their supplements. They want to combine ozonated water with their coffee enema solution and that's a big mistake. You have to think about it. The city of Los Angeles ozonates the sewage water and they can ozonate it long enough, and it'll completely break down and become pure drinking water.

So, whatever nutrients are in your supplements, or your coffee solution is going to use up that oxidation power of the ozone. So, it's going to make it weaker, it's not going to be used for your body. And it reduces the effectiveness of the supplements or of the coffee because for a coffee enema, you need the caffeine and the palmitic acid and ozone is going to reduce that. So, it's a, it's a great thing where it can clean up toxic junk in our body, but that's not the miracle. I mean, that is a pretty good miracle you know to, to be able to clean something up by drinking water that actually a lot of people say gives them as much of a pickup as drinking coffee. A lot of people get off their drinking coffee all day habit because their body would you know, needed the caffeine to, to have the energy which wasn't natural. That's drinking coffee all day. I mean, I drink one cup of coffee in the morning but drinking coffee all day to have energy is kind of like refusing to remove the nail out of your tire and carrying around a compressed air can.

Diane Kazer: Oh my God!

Eileen Durfee: Come on, guys.

Diane Kazer: And then let's do the math. Let’s just do the math. If it's $7 a day of coffee, or even $5 a day x 30, because you don't have the energy to make it yourself. You go into this Starbucks Drive Thru. Five x 30 is 130 - $150 a month. So, just saying, you can make your money back if you buy an ozonator in probably you know, two to three months. So, carry on. It's, it’s crazy logic, isn't it? But you know –

Eileen Durfee: Yes.

Diane Kazer: It's like 92% of the population now I think drinks coffee and years ago when I used to write articles about how it destroys women's hormones, if it's the only thing you're doing for hormones and not working on detox and all these other things. And they're like, wait, what? And so, I made something called the Metabolic Mocha which has, you know, mushrooms and adaptogens in it, you know, healthy collagen to, to not deplete your hormones, but what you're saying is, do not add it to coffee. Do not add it to coffee, but replace coffee with this instead and see how you feel. I mean, is there a huge difference?

Eileen Durfee: Yeah. And then –

Diane Kazer: Do you feel even better?

Eileen Durfee: And then use, and then use coffee in the other end.

Diane Kazer: Yes. Okay. Okay. So, let's talk about that because I want to talk about all the different uses on the machine that you have on how we can use them for multiple things because I know that it is a great investment. Ozone, if I'm not mistaken, when you ozonate your body, when you add oxygen to your body, you are doing what? Like what are the things that happen? I know it kills pathogens, right, like, well, I guess what [0:11:26 cross talk] happens in the body.

Eileen Durfee: So, the oxygen doesn't kill the pathogens. And, and you know, if you compare drinking ozonated water to drinking chlorine bleach. You know, we can't drink chlorine bleach. It's very toxic, and it's actually not as effective at killing pathogens as ozone.

Diane Kazer: You mean like MMS? Like Chlorine Dioxide even or no?

Eileen Durfee: No, no, no, no, I'm talking about just chlorine bleach. If you have a bottle of bleach and you want to sanitize something, you know, mix so much in water and you use it but it leaves the toxic residue, and it kills stuff but not as much as ozonated water does. And then so you have to ask yourself, How is it safe to drink ozonated water when it's not safe to drink bleach when one molecule of ozone equals 10, up to 10,000 molecules of bleach. So, how in the world can I do that? Well, this is how ozone works. Ozone is selective. See, every cell in your body that's not infected with some kind of a pathogen or not, you know being recycled like you know, if your immune system doesn't handle recycling cells, it can go cancerous. But every day cells are dying, and new cells are being replaced. But those cells, weak cells we'll call them, do not have an enzyme coating around them.

When you drink ozonated water, the oxidation happens, the O1 breaks off. It's going to get rid of toxins in your body, it's going to kill pathogens and the cells that don't have the enzyme coating on them, it's going to help destruct and break those down so your body can recycle them. But that's not all the miracle because what's left over after you have O3 and one of them goes away, what do you have leftover? You have pure oxygen, O2 to flood the body. And the Catch-22 about oxygen is, we are sitting at a desk most of the day. So, because we're not aerobic, we're not moving as much as we should. And we're indoors where the HVAC system is stripping oxygen and negative ions out of the air. We have lower levels of oxygen in our body. And our body is intelligently made.

It's kind of like if your car alternator is bad. You'll have to jumpstart it and you'll drive your car without your headlights, because you want to get to point A to point B. You know, you want to conserve that power. Well, your body does the same thing. If you don't have enough oxygen in your body for every single body process, the body selectively, the least important cells, it will cause them to lose the protective enzyme coating. So, then those cells become susceptible to infection.

Diane Kazer: Hmm.

Eileen Durfee: So, when you are drinking ozonated water, you're recycling the bad cells and killing the pathogens and detoxing heavy metals and BPAs and all the other crud that we’re exposed to but then it's leaving extra oxygen so your body can then make sure more cells have the enzyme protective coating around them.

Diane Kazer: Okay. So, question on that. If, if these cells are getting supported by drinking water, I'm going to break this down like a six-year old you know so people can, can apply this to the filter of the things that they are the most concerned about and focused on, especially coming up. We're in 2021 right now in December approaching January of 2022, which is when we still have Calendar New Year's resolutions. That's when they happen, right? And then they start falling off in three weeks. So, if somebody weren't able to focus on so many of these other things, like, or maybe they're just overwhelmed with all of these things to do. If they, let's just say, if they just drink ozonated water, and they just added that one thing to their day, would that be as beneficial as exercising, as beneficial, you know, in terms of oxygenating the body, as beneficial as going to a yoga class, or is it even comparable?

Eileen Durfee: It's hard to make it comparable, because you have, you know, muscle loss in the body, you know. You'd have to have some physical exercise, you know. That's the thing with aging is, when you start losing muscle loss, you know, your health immunity aging goes down. And actually, it's proven that versus aerobics and things like that, you're better with a little bit of weight lifting to retain muscle and to gain muscle than those other things. So, I mean, I don't think it's comparable, but because, you know, you're indoors, like you talked about multitasking, you know. Making a glass of ozonated water and drinking it within 20 minutes while you're doing something else. That's making up for the fact that you're sitting at the time that you're not, you know, outdoors, you know. We have the 21st century disease because we're inside.

Diane Kazer: Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: And with drinking ozonated water, people need to start slow like, because I have some clients that might have a migraine headache, and they'll drink 4 oz of ozonated water and their headache will go away. Yet, I got people that will drink 4 oz of ozonated water, and they'll get a headache. And they don’t have headaches.

Diane Kazer: Oh, is it because of detox reaction?

Eileen Durfee: Detox reaction. So, for somebody who's sensitive at all, a couple sips of ozonated water to start with on an empty stomach. That's it for the day.

Diane Kazer: Wow!

Eileen Durfee: Start the next day. You know, some people just start off drinking 32 oz and feel great, like Gilbert Melendez, the UFC fighter. I mean, he just loves the thing. And now he posts on his Instagram making the ozonated water and drinking it because it just like –

Diane Kazer: Oh, God. Right.

Eileen Durfee: … gives him so much energy.

Diane Kazer: It's for an athlete for sure. I mean, it's, is it, is it - would that, would that mean and could we infer that the people who are having reactions, even just a tiny amount, is it that they're just like, whoa, they're that toxic, and then all of a sudden, finally, their body's able to let go?

Eileen Durfee: Well, what it is, is that when your body, whether it's a mineral that they're deficient in that supports, you know, endocrine function, or whether it's oxygen. All of a sudden, the body goes, I won the lottery.

Diane Kazer: Oh!

Eileen Durfee: Oh my gosh. And so, this cellular process begins working.

Diane Kazer: Oh, that's great.

Eileen Durfee: And then when the detox happens, and it's circulating in the bloodstream, every imaginable symptom can get worse, or you can get new ones. So, you have to throttle it back. I tell people, hey, pretend like you're driving in stop and go traffic. If there's brake lights ahead, you don't keep the gas pedal on. You know, you're not gonna get there faster, you're gonna cause a delay. And so just baby steps, and a lot of people go, Eileen, you were just so precautious. I never had a problem. I was able to work up well, great. But for the one in 50 that have a problem, you know, I don't want them to be discouraged because baby steps is heading in the right direction. And you know, everybody. I mean, even for the most chronic ill to the pristine athlete, everybody feels the difference with ozonated water.

Diane Kazer: Yeah, let's talk about what people feel. So, like, what are the, what are the number one things that you have noticed with your own research and even studies that are out there or even case studies of people that you've worked with. A lot of professional athletes I know you're working with, a lot of high performing humans, right. And so, what are the things like the top 5, 10 things that most people report that they're super excited about when they do ozone that maybe they tried a lot of other things and they never were able to get that far?

Eileen Durfee: Just clearness of thought.

Diane Kazer: Oh, wow!

Eileen Durfee: And energy for quick reaction. That's, that's what's happening, you know, with, with the athletes, and just, you know, there's people unfortunately. I mean, I used to be one of them. Now. I wake up refreshed or I'm not tired. You know, I sleep well. But there's a lot of people that wake up every single day and they really have to effort themselves to make it through the day because they don't have energy. Those kinds of people are going to notice a pickup in their energy. And so, you know, a lot of these things could be because, you know, they've just got lower body oxygen levels, you know, and, you know, or they're just breathing so many toxins in their environment that's outgassing from their homes, or their work environment, or whatever that's affecting, you know, their whole organism. And so, drinking ozonated water is important, and it's got a bad rap over the years. You know, there's a lot of people, Oh, that's dangerous and all that and –

Diane Kazer: Why?

Eileen Durfee: From – well, back in the 80s, do you remember, like the Alpine air purifiers, everybody was like using the ozone in their homes and the FTTC shut the company down, because it was emitting really large amounts of ozone gas, and they weren't telling people that you can cause permanent lung damage by inhaling ozone gas, which is true. I mean, and that's, there's a lot of people that say, oh, my gosh, I smell the ozone, I'm breathing deeper. I'm going, Hey, you're not breathing deeper, because you got better lung function, you're breathing deeper as an adaptation. Because the ozone gas is competing with oxygen receptor sites, your body's forcibly making you breathe deeper, because it needs more oxygen.

Diane Kazer: Well, that's not good.

Eileen Durfee: And that's not good. And, and so I created an invention, because, you know, back in the day, I would just use the ozone generator, and I turn on an exhaust fan, and I would kind of like leave the area or whatever but I would still smell it. But after I learned more about the process, you know, competing with the receptor sites in the lungs, but also the lungs have a lot of lipids in it. So, it oxidizes the lipids, and then permanently damages lung tissue, like a sunburn on your lungs, which then further depletes the body's ability to convert, you know, oxygen into the blood. And so, you know, and I always had new people that had either COPD or asthma that they just couldn't smell ozone at all, practically, even within the 0.02 part-per million that was allowable without discomfort. And so, you know, ozone is such a miracle thing.

I mean, it kills so many things on contact. And so, I had another, you know, dream after I bought this apparatus from this company, who sold a medical grade oxygen fed, you know, ozone machine for 1000s of dollars, he had this degasser. And it was like a high school glass science beaker with this little straw thing that had a little tiny diffuser on the bottom with tubes that went to like a PVC pipe with holes on it. It was just like, how do you move this around without breaking it, you know. It's like –

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: Oh, my gosh. So I went to bed, had a -and then the diffuser, it was so crappy. The bubbles were so big, and you'd have to run it so long to finally saturate the water because I had a meter to test the concentration of the dissolved ozone. It was just horrible. I mean, so I was doing things like I cut the glass tube off, and I tried different diffusers, but it was just so bad. And they wanted like $275 for this thing and I’m going, oh my gosh, this is not easy to use, you're gonna break. It does a crappy job. So, I had a dream of a filter that screws onto a glass jar, that diffuses ozone gas like up to 10 times faster and then filters it off. So, 100% of the, the ozone is degassed and then you are just left with pure oxygen that comes out. So, I call that the Refresh. And so, we have a safe way. So, you, you don't have to worry about any lung damage. And you can ozonate water when you're right there. And then you can unscrew the jar and use it and it comes out in high concentrations. People don't realize that like all the food we eat is grown in dirt. Or like you know how they tell you, don't wash your chicken breast because it's covered in salmonella. Try to handle it very carefully so you don't contaminate your whole kitchen and all this kind of stuff.

Well, like E. coli, for instance, which that's another foodborne illness, Listeria, salmonella, all these things can get on our fruits and vegetables. They can kill you, make you sick, but ozone dissolved in water at 0.1 part-per million, like will kill E. Coli in 15 seconds. This try - this bundle, this ozone generator with a degasser so you’re safe will make up to, if you use really cold water like 1.8 part-per million. I mean, that's like, it only takes 0.1, and you're making 18 times that much, you know. So, it's just going to be on contact. It's going to be killing all this stuff. And I tell people, it's the straws off the camel's back. You gotta get the straws off the camel's back. If you're ingesting parasite larvae grown on the carrots, or celery, because you're making juice, you know, you can clean it with ozonated water, and then not have to have your immune system take care of that, you know.

Diane Kazer: Oh my gosh, okay, wow. So, this is like, the visual I have is, you're putting a mask over your vegetables, so they can't spew all of their pathogens all over you. You know, this is, this is the mask, you know. We can go, oh my God, I'm afraid of all the bugs. Like, I think they just like to make fun of it because it's so crazy how we're so afraid of bug when we're 98% bug. But anyway, you know, I think what you're speaking to here, and if you guys have heard my other podcast is about dysbiosis. It’s like what Eileen is saying is that, the less work that we give our body to do, especially our immune system to, to, to kill and clear out like bugs and toxins, the more that it could go to rebuilding tissues, like your hair, or connective tissues, or rebuilding cells, so that you don't feel like crap when you wake up in the morning.

You actually wake up refreshed, because your body's able to turn over healthy cells and clear the bad ones instead of going, oh my God, you just gave me so much work to do, more work. And then you're like this person who has 10 times more work to do and you're getting paid no more. And that the stacks keep getting higher and higher. And so, what I'm seeing here is, you know, dysbiosis is when we have 85% bad bacteria, you know or more and 15% good and a healthy body would be 85% healthy bacteria and 15% bad. We are the opposite now and so; it just sounds like this is the easy route. And I do mean easy because you're just cleaning your vegetables with ozone water and it’s getting rid of -

Eileen Durfee: But you're gonna wash them anyway.

Diane Kazer: I hope they're washing them. A lot of people don't. I mean, seriously, there's a lot of people who don't. They don't wash their vegetables at all. And I'm like, at least take some lemon essential oil, or let's talk about this one, too. I've always just only used this, and I don't know what the difference would be, right? They use essential oils like lemon essential oil. I've used hydrogen peroxide, and I've used Apple cider vinegar or other vinegars to clean my produce. How different is it? Better, worse, equal-ish, or what – did they use ozone instead to clean up vegetables.

Eileen Durfee: Well, you've got the Apple cider vinegar. That's like a pH, a low pH that's killing. I mean, so that's effective at killing. The hydrogen peroxide also has an oxidation potential. It is not as strong as ozone. And you have to be careful, because you're going to stain, you're going to bleach your clothes. You know, you have to be careful, you have to buy hydrogen peroxide versus making your ozonated water that's not going to bleach any clothes. And you can just keep on making it, making it, and making it. You don't have to be careful, you can treat it just like water. And so those are good and lemon essential oils. Yes, it kills very, especially lemon Myrtle. If you get lemon Myrtle, it's, it's huge. It's got more antibacterial type activity than even tea tree oil. So, the, the lemon essential oils, those are all good. Those are all things that you have to buy and use where you got water coming out of your tap. You can ozonate it, you can use it. So -

Diane Kazer: That’s true because if you're, if you're using, let's just say tap water to clean your vegetables, which a lot of people do. And then you're using hydrogen peroxide, Apple cider vinegar or lemon. Is that enough to get rid of even the toxins in the water or then are your vegetables -

Eileen Durfee: No.

Diane Kazer: Okay.

Eileen Durfee: Those don't get rid of the toxins in the water where ozone does.

Diane Kazer: Right. Okay, and it's just - so like, if somebody used this ozone machine we're talking about and, and I want to get into like what machine it is and how much it is and how it works and how we can easily incorporate that into cleaning vegetables as well as cleaning our colon. So, they could take their tap water and then just ozonate it and then that's all they would need to do. Or could they also, you know, would it be filtered water too or does it, is it better if it's filtered first and then ozonated?

Eileen Durfee: Well, you'll need to ozonate it longer if you're using tap water because you're purifying it. If you start with filtered water, then you don't have to break down you know stuff that's in the water that would be in the tap water.

Diane Kazer: Right. Okay.

Eileen Durfee: Because you know, everything has a contact time and a part-per million that it needs to be exposed to in order to destroy it. And so, but like, I usually just ozonate you know, the city water here in Kennewick, you can actually, every city in America has their water quality report.

Diane Kazer: Yes.

Eileen Durfee: And you can get a copy of the water quality report and actually where I live in Kennewick, the water quality is pretty darn good.

Diane Kazer: Cool.

Eileen Durfee: If I went across the river, they fluoridate or if I went to Richland, there's all kinds of radioactivity and other contaminants in the water that we don't have here. And so, depending on where I lived, if I like lived in Richland, I wouldn't be ozonating tap water to clean my vegetables. I would be, like I have a Berkey, you know, and I would you know ozonate that water instead.

Diane Kazer: Ah, okay, cool, cool.

Eileen Durfee: You know, and for drinking water that's ozonated, I even know the ozone breaks down the minerals in the water. I do spring water just because of the surface tension of the water is more hydrating than either distilled or reverse osmosis. Reverse osmosis and distilled just rip minerals from the body –

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: And the surface tension will not you know, contribute to hydration in the body. So, you know, there's a different aspect there. But like with, I tell people, I have another patent that I haven't developed it, but it will enable instead of spending $25,000 to have ozonated water flowing out of your tap.

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfeee: It will be affordable and you can throw on the tap and it won't have too much gas coming out in the air that will be liquid sanitized. I always joke about being on the cooking show with Bobby Flay with a black light showing chicken crawling with the microbes and then just rinse it and have it be gone.

Diane Kazer: Oh, wow. I mean, that'll help people fear bugs.

Eileen Durfee: But this machine, you can ozonate the water. You could actually just undo, you can put the chicken breasts in the water right in there with a diffuser and screw it on there and ozonate it and shake it up and completely sterilize the chicken. Or you could ozonate the water and put the chicken in a bowl, pour the ozonated water in it and then you know swish it around.

Diane Kazer: Right. So, this is the ozone - is this, an invention is coming out. Or could you use ozone water as you're talking about now with the one, we’re going to talk about?

Eileen Durfee: With the one I am now. Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Okay. Okay. So this is –

Eileen Durfee: With the one that I have now.

Diane Kazer: Got it. So, those are some of the ways you can use it?

Eileen Durfee: Yeah, yeah, you can clean your meat, you know. It'll, you know, I've taken you know, just as you know, I'm like a little scientist, you know. I've taken like, you know, like a piece of ham that was smoked that had preservatives and stuff in it and stick it in there. And you'll see these, this bubbling of this residue. It's just like it's getting rid of all the junk that was in the meat. You know, of course I don't eat meat that has preservatives and stuff. It’s all grass-fed.

Diane Kazer: Do you mean like hormones and everything or?

Eileen Durfee: Well like the preservatives.

Diane Kazer: Oh, right.

Eileen Durfee: You know, the nitrates and you know, all that, the smoke and all that kind of stuff, you know.

Diane Kazer: Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: And so, you know, besides the parasite larvae that's on the outside of the stuff that you might juice or, you know, it'll even break down pesticides and herbicides, you know, what if you didn't buy all organic? You know -

Diane Kazer: Absolutely. Or even organic still has a lot of this residue on it.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah. But yeah because of, you know, how about all the aluminum in the air that they're spraying so that our wireless signals work better and to alter the weather, you know. It's like even organic, you're just gonna get junk on your food. And so -

Diane Kazer: Yeah, yeah. That makes so much sense what you're saying and then, and then also the, what I would like to talk about too is that there's, there's, there’s people who are - they think they're doing really well when they buy food that says, organic, but then they buy it like in a plastic bag as well. Right? So, it's in a plastic bag or a plastic container. Does ozone also help to remove some of the BPA contaminants –

Eileen Durfee: Yes.

Diane Kazer: Because there are also people who go to the store and I, I don't do this anymore. I have little mesh bags that I reuse to put produce in. I no longer use. I'm like, no, do not, do not take that dead vegetable and put it in a plastic container because BPA is the biggest Obesogen that we have that's very difficult to get out of the body and if you're focused on weight loss and wondering why you have weight loss resistance, BPA and bps, which is BPA free material, both petroleum-based and basically birth control. Why can't we lose weight? There's just BPA at unsafe levels in over 90% of us, including children, right. So –

Eileen Durfee: Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Can ozone also work to clear some of that –

Eileen Durfee: Yes.

Diane Kazer: From like plastic contained vegetables?

Eileen Durfee: Yes, yes.

Diane Kazer: That's great news.

Eileen Durfee: Yes.

Diane Kazer: And, and whereas like things like hydrogen peroxide and Apple cider vinegar wouldn't wash that off, is that right?

Eileen Durfee: Right.

Diane Kazer: Like, it’s lot more effective?

Eileen Durfee: Right. Hydrogen peroxide has a much lower oxidation potential. There's like ratings, and so ozone is higher.

Diane Kazer: Got it.

Eileen Durfee: So, and then, you know, like with ozone, they have studies that show the part per million and the contact time to break down this, that and everything else. And they don't have a lot of that information available for hydrogen peroxide. So, I don't even know how much you'd have to put in there and is it going to be too much, you know, and staining things or you know, to have the same effect, plus you got to buy it. Plus, it leaves the toxic residue anyway, so.

Diane Kazer: It’s expensive, it's expensive to like, to continue to buy more bottles of 3% or 40% hydrogen peroxide and continue to buy it. It gets really expensive, versus just having a machine that creates a product for you. And all you have to do is buy the product, and then the water. And that's it. So, I think you guys with the water thing and what's happening now at any time in the future, you have to have seen in the last two years. They don't care about our health. They're adding more toxins than ever in every area of our life. And I don't say that to scare anybody or to create panic. But just to impress upon you that that's why I think we need - we all need to have an ozonator at the house too because they can just throw whatever toxin they want to your water system and say yeah, it's good for you like they've been doing with fluoride for decades, and saying it's good for our oral health. You’re right. Now it's actually making us stupider because it blocks your pineal gland and all of a sudden, wow, we start detoxing. I start drinking ozonated water and I can dream bigger.

That's the number one thing I hear from clients when I walk them through a detox like a month later, they're like, Oh, I'm dreaming. Like I can remember - in their beautiful dreams. And now I'm actually, now I know what my purpose is in this lifetime. And it's like, you can dream bigger when you detox more, no wonder why because your pineal gland is like, yeay, no more crap that's blocking it. So, you guys, they could do anything they want with your, to your water, and you're bathing in it, and you're drinking it. And I'm not saying that to shame you. I'm saying that to awake you, awaken you to the potential that this is a machine that you can get that's affordable. And I want to transition to coffee enemas now, because an enema is in general. I got the Bioweapon about three weeks ago. And like you, like I said, you could still hear it in my nasal passages. And I was like, you know, I did an IV therapy.

I had someone come over my house. And they gave me just some really low levels of Myers Cocktail, which is, you know, glutathione and zinc and vitamin C and some B vitamins and zinc. And I was like, Oh, just curiosity, how much vitamin C do you have in there? Because I get 25-gram vitamin C when I go down to the clinic in Mexico, which is where I work, right? And she's like, Oh, this one's 1.5 grams. I'm like, That's it? That's less than how much I have in my own supplement line. It was 1.5. And I said, How much? Can I add more? And she said, yeah, you can add another 3 grams. And I'm like, that's still nothing. So, I did that. I spent 230 bucks on it. Didn't feel any difference. Then I said, you know, I'm gonna go do an ozone, hydrocolon therapy session. And I did that. And I - it was a game changer. And it was $130. And then I thought, well, I'm interviewing Eileen.

So, you know what, maybe we could talk about how people can do this at home without having to go pay, you know, because these, these procedures, I get it. They can be expensive to continue to repeat. I do recommend, if you've never done an enema before, I do recommend going to get a hydrocolon therapy session done so that you're not so, let's just say, you know, you got but factor fears. You know, you're not like, Oh, God, what am I doing? I’m gonna make a mess. So, you know, try that first perhaps, and then you'll get through your but fears. And then you move on to doing some enemas at home. They're so easy. They're so easy. So, let's talk about that. How can coffee enemas and simultaneously inserting or I don't know how it's done. I want to hear more about this. How do we incorporate ozone into coffee enemas and how can that improve and even level up of what coffee enemas are in and of themselves?

Eileen Durfee: So, I want to explain the difference between my ozone machine and the one that you go for insufflation that –

Diane Kazer: Yes, please. I wanted to talk about that too.

Eileen Durfee: Okay. So, my machine cannot be used for insufflation like putting the gas in a bag and then releasing that gas into either your ear or your vagina or your rectum. Because the oxygen fed machines have zero nitric acid. This machine is corona discharge instead of oxygen fed and there's 0.003%. But that's still enough that it should not be used. However, if, remember how I talked about gas being very reactive. Then, when it's dissolved in water, it's less reactive. And then of course, solid is even less reactive. So, when you dissolve ozonated water - ozone in water and you have ozonated water, then it's safe. And what we do is, we recommend doing a coffee enema first. Then following up with the ozone because –

Diane Kazer: Ozone enema?

Eileen Durfee: Ozone enema.

Diane Kazer: The straight ozone water.

Eileen Durfee: Yes, straight ozone water. And the beauty of that is, is your bowel is a membrane and attached to that membrane of course, is the portal vein. It looks like if you go out to your garden and pull up a tomato plant, all, it’s all roots, you know. And it hooks along your intestinal tract to send all the stuff to the liver, for the liver to deal with it. And so, you know, I really agree that people should go get a colonic because I mean they've done autopsies on people that even say they have irregular bowel movement and the sides of their colon have the density and the thickness of a truck tire.

Diane Kazer: Oh, my What?

Eileen Durfee: Yes.

Diane Kazer: A truck - that's why the average human has 10 to 20 pounds of toxic ancient poo in their colons, but like you said the lining of the colon. So, oh, you know –

Eileen Durfee: So that’s, that’s –

Diane Kazer: I don’t need to do any of this stuff. I have regular poos, I'm fine.

Eileen Durfee: But that's got, you know, that's blocking nutrient absorption –

Diane Kazer: Yes.

Eileen Durfee: … through that membrane. And so, I am a proponent of going through. I did like 12 sessions of hydrocolon therapy and then I, you know, I've done daily coffee enemas for years. And you know, and you know, I've done everything from trying to lay down on the ground, you know, with a bucket and a bag. Then I would - I started with a bag and then you couldn't clean them out. So, I came up with a bag that you can turn inside out to colon.

Diane Kazer: I don’t like those. Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: Then, I went to a bucket and still you know, then I got in a car wreck and I'd have knee surgery. And it’s like, and so then I bought a Clima Board. You know, most people don't have 300 bucks and then I bought like three different kinds and I hated all of them. I was gonna make a better Clima Board but still, you know that's where you just flip up the toilet lid. You put it on there with the chair, you know to balance it so you lay down. I put a sauna lamp up there and I had my hydrogen machine so I was multitasking. I was doing my enema, getting near infrared light and breathing hydrogen gas, you know, but then, I came up with a stand up no mess because most people couldn't afford to buy a Clima Board. And then to do the mold for it, it was just like you know, I didn't want to spend you know $50,000 on a mold and then start selling something that most people couldn't afford. And so, I came up with this. I used to have a little pump bottle that was only you know, like 10 ounces and it had different tips so that you could stand up and pump. And you know, so that was like good for travel and I would just refill it. And then people, customers, you know, a lot of my products come from customer comments.

So, the new enema fix, you know, of course because it was BPA-free but it was still plastic bottle. And you know I figured well, it's better to have somebody do something rather than nothing. And then some people were bigger and the hose wasn't long enough or whatever. So, what I did is, I came up with the glass jar 32 oz and not all glass even though its food grade is nontoxic. So, I got the SGS certification for that glass and then I have an adapter and then this pump. So, that literally in with a long tube you know, 100% silicone food grade, I mean FDA-approved for standing up in the shower. So, what you do is, you put your coffee solution in there. You go in the shower and you pump half of it in there. No laying down on your side and having to massage up here because you can pump as hard or as soft as you want, and you can massage up the ascending over the transverse and get the fluid in there and take a long shower, do whatever you're going to do. Maybe doing, you know your fascia blaster or whatever to occupy your time. And then whenever you need to get out, you just go sit on the toilet and eliminate and then jump back in the shower and refill. And so that's like, you know, my morning routine.

Diane Kazer: Oh, okay. So, you mean, you go from coffee enema, and you receive all of that while you're standing up in the shower.

Eileen Durfee: Yes.

Diane Kazer: And then you get out dry, go to the bathroom, release from that. Then, you go back in and -

Eileen Durfee: Use the rest of the solution that's in that big jar.

Diane Kazer: The rest of this, but isn't it -

Eileen Durfee: Coffee water solution. I mean, there's enough fluid in there that you're probably not going to get it all in in one shot. If you can, but that's going to be like, 90% of the people are not going to be able to.

Diane Kazer: Okay.

Eileen Durfee: So, it's like a double back-to-back coffee part. Coffee.

Diane Kazer: So, it’s two, so it's like two coffee enemas using one bucket of solution. Then, you go eliminate again. And then you have –

Eileen Durfee: Right.

Diane Kazer: … one more after that, and then that's your ozone water. And then you're done?

Eileen Durfee: No, then, that's just your enema, coffee enema portion.

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: So, what you can do is, you can have the ozone machine with the degasser running there with another jar, it's the same size. I made the coffee enema, screw on the same jar as the degasser when you're making your ozone water. So then, all you have to do is unscrew the coffee jar, unscrew the ozone jar and grab that ozonated water and then fill up with the ozonated water after your coffee enema. Because you know that coffee enema is going to get a lot of the stuff out of the way so that more can absorb throws your membrane for the ozone.

Diane Kazer: Okay. Do you have videos of this of like, what they all look like because that's always me. I'm like, How does this, you know, I imagine me and I'm a holistic health practitioner, FDN and I, you know, certified detox specialist and I’m like, you'd think that I get all this stuff, and I go, Oh, yeah, I know what to do. No, I get it. And I'm like, now what? So do you have like videos of -

Eileen Durfee: Yes, yes. My – My social media guy has just done a video on how to put together the coffee enema and to use it and then also one on the ozonator. He's doing another one on the ozonator as well.

Diane Kazer: Great.

Eileen Durfee: Because there's like the remote-control function, you know, cuz I had somebody ask about that. So, it's like we're, we're, I have him on board now. So, where we can get everything that we need to -

Diane Kazer: Great.

Eileen Durfee: … show people –

Diane Kazer: I’ll see if I can get that –

Eileen Durfee: … how to do that.

Diane Kazer: for this production, so people can see it.

Eileen Durfee: That does not include the standup enema fix kit.

Diane Kazer: Okay.

Eileen Durfee: That's just to make the ozonated water so, you get a glass jar, you get the filter cap lid with the diffusers and there's two diffusers in there where you know, you can really degas ozone fast in the water, which actually extends the generator life. Then you get the ozone generator itself as well. And it's 800 mg/hr. So it’s gonna like, five minutes. And that 32 oz is going to be ozonated.

Diane Kazer: Wow! Okay, so if we buy this, is there anything with the ozone, this ozone machine, is there anything we need to continuously buy like any other devices that, that make the ozone work or is it that you just buy the machine and that's it and you got what you need?

Eileen Durfee: That's it.

Diane Kazer: So, no gas, extra things that you have to attach to it. It's just one thing. And you pay one price one time. And now you have an ozonator for drinking water, for water that you use maybe even to wash your face? I don't even know because –

Eileen Durfee: Oh yeah -

Diane Kazer: What are the other uses?

Eileen Durfee: Oh, yeah. And brushing the teeth because of the dental disease.

Diane Kazer: Oh my God, 75% of chronic disease begins in the mouth.

Eileen Durfee: I know.

Diane Kazer: So, you're talking about swishing around?

Eileen Durfee: I brush my teeth in ozonated water every single day.

Diane Kazer: Makes a lot of sense because we also swallow –

Eileen Durfee: You know I have –

Diane Kazer: Where is my water bottle? I can’t find it. Okay, one liter of water. And I was gonna show you the perspective of, you guys know how much one liter of water is. It’s 33 oz. We swallow that much of saliva every single day. And our mouth has all kinds of bugs in it that if you don't have a healthy gut or a healthy oral microbiome, because you swallow a liter of saliva every day. Whatever is unhealthy in your mouth goes down in the gut and then it poisons the gut. So ozonated water if you're, especially because you have so much higher absorbability under the tongue and so if you're swishing it around and brushing your teeth with it and drinking it, Wow, talk about getting rid of all the unhealthy microbes.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah. Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Oh, I wanted to ask you this. I don't know if this is making claims or anything, but because I said it earlier. This is the device that I wish I had when I got COVID, when I got the bioweapon. How much have you seen this change people's lives and/or what is the potential for looking into our future with as they say, replicated strains, or whatever this ends up being. This is a viral thing that's happening with all of us. A parasitic viral, a parasite encasing viruses that is just being spread and shed. How much can ozone help us and to protect us and to boost it – boost – booster and bolster our immune system to protect us against these things?

Eileen Durfee: Well, you know, hand sanitizers, they're super bugs –

Diane Kazer: Wow!

Eileen Durfee: … that become resistant.

Diane Kazer: Or they create superbugs. Right, right, right.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah, they create super bugs and it’s going to do the same thing with COVID. And what is everybody doing? Slathering hand sanitizer everywhere. Okay, so there are going to be variants, constant variants. And so, with ozone, nothing mutates against it. Oxidation, it is not like an antibiotic, it is oxidation, and nothing can mutate against it. So, ozonated water, washing your hands in ozonated water, washing down things, using - I mean, it's free. You don't have to buy the soap. I mean, it's more effective than, than antibacterial soaps. And then if you're drinking ozonated water on a regular basis, I mean, on the box, I refer to some NIH studies as far as what it does to the immune system, and it's fantastic. Plus, you're going to have more cells with that protective enzyme coating, that are going to be resistant to, you know, being invaded by a virus –

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: You know or a bacteria.

Diane Kazer: Because I am through the terrain.

Eileen Durfee: And then, COVID, if COVID is on your hand, and you put ozonated water on it, it, it's practically killing it on contact.

Diane Kazer: Wow! That’s powerful.

Eileen Durfee: And so, so, it's a first line of defense. I just don't see how anybody should be eating any food, or doing anything in their home without one of these things. I mean -

Diane Kazer: Oh my gosh, seriously. You know what, when I was looking into this, like I said, three years ago, these machines were $4,000 or $5,000. Is there any difference between the ones they sold eight … years ago versus -

Eileen Durfee: The oxygen-fed medical grade, you can get those for under $2,000. There's some that people sell for more. But that's the oxygen-fed. So, you, then you have to have a prescription to have your oxygen bottles.

Diane Kazer: Okay.

Eileen Durfee: And then you’d have to refill it and it's a hassle. There's a lot of people that have the medical grade, but then they have the corona discharge for drinking, for cleaning.

Diane Kazer: Exactly.

Eileen Durfee: You know, because, and then there's people that, you know, have done the insufflation, and that's a pretty rough go, you know. Sometimes, you know, we talked about detox and, you know, gut issues. A lot of people can't tolerate very much of that kind of a treatment where they can do better with ozonated water, but even with ozonated water in an enema, you know, you're gonna want to do some rectal implants with the good guys. Like I had one gal that heard me on a podcast, instead of doing yogurt or this or open capsules, or whatever. She says, What about kefir water? And I'm going, oh my gosh, that's just perfect. Reimplant because you know, ozone is going to kill all the bad, then reimplant with the good.

Diane Kazer: So, she put kefir, kefir into her colon after she –

Eileen Durfee: After an ozone enema.

Diane Kazer: You know what that sounds like? That sounds like a lot of people are having to do stool implantation. What's it called?

Eileen Durfee: Yeah, fecal –

Diane Kazer: Fecal transfers. Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah. My words are not all the way there. Fecal transplants. And they have been seeing a lot of really positive benefits from that. So, this is kind of like a little mini version of that, that you can do it at home.

Diane Kazer: Yeah. Right.

Eileen Durfee: I know some people out there going, Oh, my God, these ladies have lost it. But you know what, we lost it so that we can regain it. And by that, I mean, sometimes it takes losing your mind because it's, they have created so much brainwashing on how to - oh, they used to sell ozo - enema kits in the hospitals up until about 15 years ago. And huh, it used to be in the pharmacy, and now they took it away. Oh, yeah. Now we're crazy for talking about enemas. I don't think so. There's a lot of people. Right now, my aunt has colon cancer and I really wish that she knew about this stuff before she got the diagnosis of Stage IV colon cancer. So, let's, let's end on this and then I want to give you - I want to give you the space to get creative, like the grand finale of how we can stack all these hacks, like the best way to get started and the best ones that you think that people will see the biggest levers move. So, you have a recommended 14-day enema challenge. What's that all about? How do you do it and what do people benefit from?

Eileen Durfee: Well, for years, you know, I've worked with detox with clients with hair analysis. And a lot of people quit because they feel worse. And I tell them, it's like watching a Mountain Pond, it's so clear. You see the trout running around, but go out there with waders in the sediment on the bottom, it's so cloudy. It's like you can't even see the fish anymore. And that's what happens in your body.

Diane Kazer: Wow!

Eileen Durfee: You know, and so I tell people, you got to put on a filtration system and a pump. So, the filtration system is your coffee enema. The pump is the near infrared sauna to get the circulation going. So, you can survive, you know, the detox. And so, it's just, you know, imperative to add these things to your program. And so, but they're gonna get most leverage, I think from the added oxygen, but the 14-day challenges, because I mean, enemas have been around for 1000s of years. They're in the Dead Sea Scrolls, for goodness sakes. But the story that I like the best is, when Hitler's army was cut off from supplies, they were operating on soldiers without painkillers.

Diane Kazer: What? You mean, they were using enemas?

Eileen Durfee: They were using plain water enemas. And one nurse decided to start putting the leftover coffee in the enema buckets. Because after all, it kept the doctors going 24/7.

Diane Kazer: So, you did it for energy?

Eileen Durfee: And what happened was the soldiers didn't have hardly any pain. Even though they didn’t have pain –

Diane Kazer: So, they originally just did it –

Eileen Durfee: … medicine.

Diane Kazer: Oh my gosh.

Eileen Durfee: And so, it became famous. It became famous over Europe. So –

Diane Kazer: Wow!

Eileen Durfee: So, the universities, including the University of Vienna, started putting coffee water up rats’ asses trying to figure out what the heck is going on. And in 12 minutes, all the caffeine and palmitic acid was out of the solution. And it expanded the bile ducts, increased glutathione 600%. That's filling the bloodstream with free radical scavengers. Turns on enzyme systems. I mean, it's just like a miracle.

Diane Kazer: Literally, that is a miracle. You can't take glutathione supplements, that's, you know, sort of –

Eileen Durfee: It's not gonna –

Diane Kazer: Yeah, you'll get maybe 10%. But, I mean, talk about saving money by doing things like this.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah, quit drinking and put it on the other end, you know, hey.

Diane Kazer: Yeah. I mean, I said this one day years ago, because I've been watching labs and like looking at people's poop in lab form, you know, broken down in a lab report, right, and then doing hair tissue mineral analysis and looking at their hormones, their metabolism far beyond blood test, because blood tests are really just so branch level. We want to go down to the roots. What's really going on in the body here, right? And I'm like, I've just been seeing so - so, the degradation of the gut lining, you know, the, the blunted blush - brush barrier, the, the gut lining just decimated and poor enzyme potential and creation and production, poor hormone production, poor bile secretion, gallbladder removals, and poor pancreatic enzyme release to break down these things that we’re consuming, including getting bugs out of the body. And at one point, probably about five years ago, I said, Oh, crap, literally. We're going to need some - the only way we're going to be able to get nutrients is either through the rear, through the back door, or through IV or through, you know, nasal, or, you know, we're gonna have to look at our orifices other than the mouth to get things into the body.

And then I started learning about, you know, blood ozone and hyperbaric. And just in general, we, as a culture in the last two years have adopted this ridiculous mantra. I can't breathe! You guys know where that comes from. That wasn't ironic. That's not ironic that that just all of a sudden became you know, the global mantra based on somebody, you know, losing their life. And I'm not you know, making a mockery of that. But when we start saying those words, our body hears that and we now have reduced oxygen potential in the body. I feel that definitely with this bioweapon that I feel like I don't have enough oxygen flowing in my body. That's the first time I've ever said that with any disease that I've ever had. And so now we have people with “Long Haulers' Disease.” It sounds like this is what we need to rectify the, whatever this might be, Long Haulers' Disease, whatever it is.

Obviously, it's destroyed our hormones and our enzyme production and our energy potential and ATP production from the cellular level, that this is what we all need to bring our life back from whatever this is plus, you know, years and years of toxic, toxic environments. Like you said earlier, we've been in our homes a lot the last two years. Our homes are 10 times more toxic than outside air. And it's just we're, we’re surrounded by these things. We are infiltrated by these things. Among all the hacks that you have, would you say, we've got saunas, we've got enemas, we've got ozone. Which one is the one that has the most powerful, easiest to do, most realistic?

Eileen Durfee: Well, the cheapest, if somebody doesn't have much money at all, it's the, the standup, no mess coffee enema kit.

Diane Kazer: Awesome!

Eileen Durfee: Then, then the next one would be this ozone bundle that's, you know, inventory reduction for the end of the year. That will last for years and years and years. And it will really take those straws off the camel's back and help your immune system to be more resilient. That's our only line of defense that we have right now.

Diane Kazer: Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: And then if you have some more money, the near infrared light with the sauna fix system because light travels at the speed of light, and it's a radiant barrier. So, it maximizes phototherapy. It's got the frequencies to activate mitochondria, to produce ATP. So, you don't have to eat the food, digest it. It's shining the light on it and boom, you feel energized. We've got one that's big enough for you to do a full yoga practice in at home. You know, stay out of the gyms and, you know, and it's all, you know, nontoxic, organic cotton and just insulated, no pre-heat required, you know. You know, sweat twice as much in half the time. I have a new – a device, you know, because I thought about the toxic humidified sauna sweat that we’re re-breathing that cleans all that up and increases oxygen 70% to 118%. It's called the Breathe Safe.

Diane Kazer: Oh.

Eileen Durfee: That’s another invention that I have. Let’s see.

Diane Kazer: So, you can, so you can ozon – I was gonna ask you about that about ozone. You know, there – it’s a big rage right now to do - to do ozone/sauna. Is that what you're talking about or?

Eileen Durfee: No, no, this is the Breathe Safe right here.

Diane Kazer: I saw those two. What does that do?

Eileen Durfee: It's producing plasma, which is 19,100,000 negative ions to 4,550,000 positive ions. So, it's like the LA Airport uses giant plasma machines to break down jet fumes and pathogens and everything else. But this is also producing 70 to 118% more oxygen than in my ambient air. So, you know you do yoga, you do breath work. I mean, this runs off of a battery pack. You can put it on the top of your satchel. I have people with multiple chemical sensitivities able to actually function, people asthmatics that just seem to be able to breathe over that and not need their inhaler. People sleeping with it. Their watches, their like, you know, 86%, 85% oxygen. They sleep with it like this. And they're like 92%, 93%.

Diane Kazer: Does that help if somebody has mold in the home too?

Eileen Durfee: Yes. Oh my gosh, I went out of town to a trade show and I stayed with my cousin. And the snow had infiltrated their basement and the mold was so bad. I had one of those Breathe Safe’s. My, my lungs were closing up. It was so bad. I should have just left and gone to a hotel. But I kept that Breathe Safe right in front of my face and I would wake up and I rolled over and I'd re-put the Breathe Safe and then I could breathe, you know.

Diane Kazer: Wow!

Eileen Durfee: Oh my God, it’s like -

Diane Kazer: Okay so –

Eileen Durfee: Oh my gosh!

Diane Kazer: Is that better than Air Doctor Pro’s and other one I've recommended for cleaning your air. Are they different or are they -

Eileen Durfee: This is different.

Diane Kazer: Okay.

Eileen Durfee: Those don't make oxygen.

Diane Kazer: Those clean the air.

Eileen Durfee: This cleans the air too like really good like about, cleans about 47% of pathogens from the air. Really good at volatile organic compounds and chemicals. But it - having this in your sauna makes you sweat twice as much. And breathing these ions will actually cause your rectal temperature to go up even after you get out of the sauna. And you don't feel as stressed or as hot, but just the extra oxygen for breathing. You know, it's, it’s just, it's a special personal device.

Diane Kazer: Can you put that in any sauna?

Eileen Durfee: Yeah, you can put it in any sauna.

Diane Kazer: And you can travel with that too? And to get anywhere –

Eileen Durfee: Yep. Yep.

Diane Kazer: Ah, okay, okay. That’s pretty sweet. So, if you're like a big traveler, and you're staying in hotels, and the air is not super clean -

Eileen Durfee: Oh yeah, the – Oh yeah.

Diane Kazer: If you are really sensitive to mold, like a lot of people are these days, then, that would be really good for staying at your relative's house or whatever and you're not used to that environment. Really cool. And, and you mentioned something about that, too. I'm just curious because I myself have the cold hands and feet thing going on and poor circulation. And I just, I know that my constituency of my body is low functioning kidneys. And those are things that I inherited from my mother. My brother has it too. And so, I'm always looking to epigenetically override that deficiency. Does that also help to improve or do any of your devices help to improve circulation so we don't have such cold hands and feet or autoimmune disease related things?

Eileen Durfee: The sauna fix, that incandescent bulb sauna. It's like a heat lamp that - but with special frequencies that you might see at a food buffet. But see, when you're in a sauna, normal saunas, the ambient temperature is the same everywhere. But in my sauna, it gets hot because there’s an R-12 insulation, you know. No preheat required, you're in there and you're sweating.

Diane Kazer: Hmm.

Eileen Durfee: But it's hottest where the bulbs are. So, your body shunts blood towards the lights which vasculates the tissues so that water can escape the bloodstream to cool you off. So, literally, you'll begin sweating on one side of your body. And we teach people to wipe that sweat off immediately because you don't want to cool down your core and then rotate 180 degrees. And then your body shunts the blood so it's twice the circulation of any other sauna with you know, the sauna fix system.

Diane Kazer: Oh, even other - because you can see back there, I got - bought the sauna space like seven years ago, six, seven years ago.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Is it different from that because it's, that's the infrared as well.

Eileen Durfee: That's near infrared. So, you get the blood shunting. But that the canvas does not have any more than R-1.

Diane Kazer: I see.

Eileen Durfee: Mine has an R-12 plus, its radiant. So, light travels at the speed of light so it can't leave because near infrared light travels through walls. So, it can't leave and it will bounce and reabsorb into your skin.

Diane Kazer: That makes sense. It is hard to get five in there.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah, no, this, you’re just like literally drenching.

Diane Kazer: Okay, that's awesome. Okay.

Eileen Durfee: So you can you know, upgrade to my tent, put that light panel in there. And then you’d be -

Diane Kazer: Oh, true, true because that has the bulbs. It's probably the same bulbs as we had like it’s -

Eileen Durfee: And mine, and mine, the thing I didn't like about because I'm six foot, to have to crawl in and sit on a stool and have the trapezoid shape. So, with my R-12 insulation versus no insulation, you can have it bigger.

Diane Kazer: I like that.

Eileen Durfee: So, my sauna, if you're 6'5" tall, you can stand up, you can sit down. It's a little transformer. You can flip some couplings, and then you can lay down.

Diane Kazer: Mm…

Eileen Durfee: … in it and you could actually have people, two people in the same sauna with heads at the opposite end in the lay down position. Then, I have one that's big enough for yoga.

Diane Kazer: Yeah, I like that. I really like that -

Eileen Durfee: … that has the –

Diane Kazer: … although it is sold out right now but –

Eileen Durfee: It has the internal partition that divides it in half. So, if you want to sit down or stand up and have it really hot, you can because it’ll - with the drop ceiling, it'll get 190 degrees in there.

Diane Kazer: That’s aw – Wow!

Eileen Durfee: Without a preheat in the little unit, without the drop ceiling, it'll be 120 degrees in five minutes. But you sweat more because the light can't escape and it's activating more ATP production.

Diane Kazer: Okay. That's so –

Eileen Durfee: See, that's what's – see, I started out with like the unit that you have. And then you know, I'm dreaming. I was like, why isn't this not? And I'm not, it’s, you know, and so I basically took the widget and made it better.

Diane Kazer: Yeah. That's such an important part of what I teach as a certified detox specialist, and environmental specialists is that, when you're going into detox, it's important to go back and learn how to teach the cell to make its own energy again, which is what she's saying in scientific terms. It’s what AP - ATP is, is that it helps your cell to make its own energy again so that you don't need to get it exogenously from the outside by drinking lots of caffeine throughout the day, right? And feeling like you wake - woke up feeling like a bus hit you. So, it's important to detox and then also train your cells again, how to make their own energy. And so that you're no longer codependent on this, these. And it could either be supplements too. A lot of people spend lots of money on supplements because they want more energy. And it's like, what do you undo? Well, take the toxins out and retrain your body, how to make its own energy. And so, you become your own source and you become your own self-healing mechanism. And that's what I love so much about all of your inventions. You’re smart cookie. You’re smart, gluten-free cookie lady, you. So, I guess -

Eileen Durfee: And there’s one other hack, one other hack –

Diane Kazer: Yeah. Yeah, yeah.

Eileen Durfee: And you know, I don’t know. Lot of people haven't been familiar with Dr. Gerald Pollack’s discovery of the fourth phase of water, it's called Exclusion Zone water.

Diane Kazer: Uhh!

Eileen Durfee: It's a state of water where it goes to a gel state and it stores energy. So, on the outside of the cell, we have to be alkaline. The inside of the cell, the lysosomes, our heroes to clean up our molecular debris need protons to drop the pH. So, I ran across a salt that is 20% minerals.

Diane Kazer: Oh, I wanted to ask you about the salt. Thank you for bringing that up because I wanted to talk about that in combination with rehydration. Yes, thank you.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah. So, Himalayan is less than 1% minerals, like it has –

Diane Kazer: What?

Eileen Durfee: … one part-per million magnesium. And the Healthy Salt has 6800 parts-per million magnesium per serving. And so, you can do a lot when you're 20% minerals, but the beauty of the Healthy Salt is, it's also 10.72 pH and it's like a powder. You know, if you did a scoop and the wind was blowing, it would blow away. It is like and it's got the ratio of minerals very similar to the Quinton Marine plasma.

Diane Kazer: What's that?

Eileen Durfee: It's sea water that's extracted with plankton between France and Spain that was injected into people for years. The guy died in World War I and a million people went to his funeral. He was curing every disease there was.

Diane Kazer: With just this extraction?

Eileen Durfee: Yes, yes. And so, this mineral ratio thing is really important. So, it doesn't, the Healthy Salt doesn't have you know the plankton you know, that kind of thing in it but the body loves it because it'll make that extracellular fluids alkaline but it has a negative charge. So, you shine 3000 nanometers of light on it like Dr. Gerald Pollack showed and it stores energy.

Diane Kazer: Whoa! So, this is for people who don't feel hydrated when they drink a ton of water. Is this going to resolve that?

Eileen Durfee: Yes, because there's also the Batmanghelidj book on Your Body's Many Cries for Water. That's a whole another and we can talk about that hydration but basically drinking water with Healthy Salt before you do the near infrared sauna. The light because the bulbs emit 550 to 3400 nanometers of light are going to expand and gel the outside, your extracellular fluids which, short of a long biochemical lesson will send protons through a secret powder directly into the cell and then the lysosomes have what it needs to drop the pH. So then, you have hydroelectricity being generated between the differential between the inside acidity and the outside alkalinity where it generates hydroelectricity and it stores that energy extracellularly.

Diane Kazer: Okay. Let's break this down into like six-year-old language. How, what is happening and how is that helping them and what, what, what -

Eileen Durfee: Basically, it's hydrating their body and it's causing the inside of their cells all the, the toxins and the metabolic wastes and everything to just be cleaned up and gotten rid of.

Diane Kazer: And how is that different from just drinking water and adding salt?

Eileen Durfee: Well, like Himalayan Salt, the longer you have it in water like that book that taught you in 2003 about the water sole –

Diane Kazer: Yes.

Eileen Durfee: … drinking the sole. The longer you leave Himalayan Salt in water, the higher the ORP so it becomes inflammatory and the lower the pH, it’s actually acidic.

Diane Kazer: Whoa!

Eileen Durfee: Once I started studying all about this salt because I rented this Korean acupuncturist who, this recipe has been in his family for 1000s of years. And it was the most expensive salt in the world. And when he had all my favorite sea salts that I alternate between with glasses of water, and they were all acidic. And he just put a little pinch of Healthy Salt in there and it turned alkaline. And I’m going, okay, I'm buying it. So, what did I do? I cut a hair sample, a half inch hair sample, every single month for nine months.

Diane Kazer: Wow! Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: And for one month, I took the Healthy Salt. I went on and off, one month, on and off, one month, on and off. And then I – I saw what it did to my endocrine system and how all the levels and my body dumping all these toxins. And then of course, I sent the salt to the lab to make sure that it didn't have any of the toxins in it that I was eliminating.

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: And it was just, it's just a miracle. You read the five-star reviews of what that salt does, and get that book called Your Body's Many Cries for Water because that doctor talks about water allocation. We talked earlier about oxygen, how your body will allocate oxygen and your cells will lose enzyme coatings. What happens with water when you're dehydrated. The body uses histamine receptors to allocate water to the most important points through the nerve sheaths -

Diane Kazer: And how will they feel if that's happening, like –

Eileen Durfee: Here’s an example. Let's say, you're a woman who's got high blood pressure and you have frequent urination. So, your doctor says, well, quit drinking water closer to night. And then, she develops asthma symptoms at night. So, what Dr. Batmanghelidj teaches is that, when you have high blood pressure, it could be caused. There's you know, three main causes for high blood pressure, but one of the causes is, if you're dehydrated, the body squeezes the blood vessels and creates like a shower faucet to extract water to send to the nerve sheaths to like protect the bone marrow and starve the joint cartilage from water. You know, because bone marrow is more important than joint cartilage. And so, just dehydration can cause high blood pressure. So, if – so, he says, 85% of all disease is caused by dehydration.

Diane Kazer: And like, over 90% of people are dehydrated.

Eileen Durfee: Dehydrated, right. And so, it's like almost every disease can be fixed by properly hydrating the body and so here's a woman that's dehydrated anyway and then she's told because she's got high blood pressure not to have salt, right? Well, salt sucks. It like helps retain water. It's like, we need that alkaline, alkalinity extracellularly to absorb the water. So, yeah, we don't want table salt. Yeah, we want the right kind of salt. But because she hasn't had salt, then she's urinating more water out. And then, so she stops. She getting dehydrated even more because she's not drinking it, you know closer to bed so she can sleep and not get up. But then she develops asthma. Well, where do you lose a lot of water? Through breathing. So, your body is then beginning to constrict the lungs. So, here's a person where you can add a little bit of Healthy Salt, start drinking more water. I mean, there's reviews on there about people being on high blood pressure medicine for 20 years.

Diane Kazer: And no more [1:18:37 inaudible] just using the salt?

Eileen Durfee: Over 200 and then gone down just within weeks to like 130. I mean, and just and people, it's just amazing what that negative charge 20% minerals with that high pH with water will do for people.

Diane Kazer: Oh my god. Okay, let's start wrapping up here because I'm hearing all of these different ways that people can stack their hacks and I want to make sure that they've got this down right and I've got this down right. So, I always imagine and this is what I've taught my people. Dry brushing before you get in your sauna or just dry brushing in general before you get in the bathtub.

Eileen Durfee: And the lymph active – Oh yeah.

Diane Kazer: So, get your dry brush on. I'll put the links below for that and it's also gonna be part of my holiday – Holiday, Healthy Holiday Gift Guide and 12 days of Christmas. And so, if you're listening to this far after, it's still going to - all of this stuff is going to still be up on my website. So, and part of this episode show notes. So, you've got, doing your dry brushing for like five minutes a day. I'll put my video on how to dry brush too. And use GET HER KIT because I really like her kit. I mean, meaning Eileen’s kit. So, dry brushing, and then you can get into a sauna or you can get into a bathtub. And I'm not sure with the bathtub stuff. Can you use ozone water in there or is there even a way that you can even fill up your bathtub with enough ozone and water?

Eileen Durfee: Well, I have another device that people use for growing plants with and cleaning their animals and all that that you could hose in, hose out and it'll deposit up to six part per million ozonated water in a tub.

Diane Kazer: Can you heat it up too?

Eileen Durfee: Well, if you like, you know how your washing machine has a hot and cold. You could hook a hose to the hot, run it in the machine, run it out and you could fill up you know, your bathtub with that –

Diane Kazer: That’s cool.

Eileen Durfee: … and then add the cold water. So, you can do an ozone bath at home with the Tri-Oxy COMPLETE. It’s an expensive machine. It's over $2,000. But -

Diane Kazer: Okay. But there's a way to do it. Okay, so –

Eileen Durfee: Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Let's just say, I mean, you're doing, you’re dry brushing. Let's say you do that before your sauna. Like that's always a good time. And then it sounds like this salt that you're talking about would be a great way to drink that while you're also in the sauna to rehydrate.

Eileen Durfee: I tell people to drink before, because you don't want to drink. You can drink when you're in there. But you don't want to cool down your core body temperature. Because another thing is, is when we can raise our core body temperature. It's like a fever. It's like killing weak cells, pathogens and all that. So, drink before and after, if you can.

Diane Kazer: Okay.

Eileen Durfee: If you don't feel well, and you have to sip water through a sauna, I'm not saying that's harmful or any way. It's just like you're gonna get more out of it if you're not drinking while you're in there. If you do it before, and you do it after. Like, I, first thing, well, I make my coffee for my coffee enema. I do my ozonated water. I drink it on an empty stomach. Then I do you know, my enema. Well then, I do -

Diane Kazer: Coffee enema.

Eileen Durfee: Coffee enema. Then, I do my dry brushing and I jump in the sauna. Then, after I'm done with the sauna, I jump in a cold shower for cold thermogenesis. So, that's kind of like my routine, my morning routine. And I'm looking into getting a cold plunge tank.

Diane Kazer: Oh, that would be, I'm coming over your hacks. You got a lot of hacks there. I mean, I got a lot of -

Eileen Durfee: I mean, I got a hyperbaric, I got a multiple wave oscillator. I’ve got a lot of different stuff.

Diane Kazer: You're never gonna die woman. You're going to live till you’re like 1000s of years older.

Eileen Durfee: Well, you know, I am gonna be 60 and I look and feel a lot better than I did years ago.

Diane Kazer: Ladies, anti-aging. Oh, hello, this is anti-aging. But it also boosts our immune system.

Eileen Durfee: We make all of our own skincare too.

Diane Kazer: Oh my God!

Eileen Durfee: Oh my gosh!

Diane Kazer: Oh, I know you guys gotta go check out her website with all that stuff, too. So, let me just give you the alternatives. Artificial beauty, Botox fillers, and all the other things that are super toxic and very expensive. And you got to keep using more over time for it - for you to conserve this artificial look. So, you could do it like that. Or you could just build health from the inside out and build your beauty naturally and healthily while your immune system is like, Thank you. Thank you, Goddess for building all of this and you could – I, literally, you can reverse age the more that you detox and take care of your body and give it more oxygen that it needs. So, that sounds like a whole full day. So, ozone let me just confirm this. Ozone water, you drink that on an empty stomach. Then you do your coffee enema. And you haven't even – all of this, you don't even eat till after. Is this like a morning routine thing?

Eileen Durfee: Right. Right. Right.

Diane Kazer: Okay, so you do coffee enema?

Eileen Durfee: Because I do the intermittent fasting and I only eat in an eight window – eight-hour window –

Diane Kazer: Every day.

Eileen Kazer: Every day.

Diane Kazer: Yep.

Eileen Durfee: And I mean, you know, I'm 145 pounds. I am what I weighed when I was in the high school. I’m six -

Diane Kazer: Me too!

Eileen Durfee: I’m six foot tall.

Diane Kazer: Holy what?

Eileen Durfee: I was 183 pounds almost about 18 months ago.

Diane Kazer: And is it because of all these things or?

Eileen Durfee: And I just haven't. It's the intermittent fasting, it’s the sauna, you know. I'm doing a little weightlifting but nothing crazy.

Diane Kazer: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, you don’t need to go crazy.

Eileen Durfee: And I really haven't changed what I eat other than I don't eat outside that eight-hour window and you know –

Diane Kazer: Oh my God!

Eileen Durfee: … getting out, watching the sunrise, grounding with the barefoot and that’s it.

Diane Kazer: Hello, mother nature.

Eileen Durfee: I have not –

Diane Kazer: How about – you’re like, you’re like detox like an Egyptian because that's what this is all is really, you know. You're coming back to straight Cleopatra days and it's beyond castor oil. So, the coffee enema, you do that you said standing up in the shower or you do that –

Eileen Durfee: Yeah.

Diane Kazer: … laying down either one or just kind of –

Eileen Durfee: You can do it however you want. Yeah.

Diane Kazer: And you do it in the sauna. I've done that before. What do you think about that?

Eileen Durfee: If you can retain it and not make a mess. That's fine.

Diane Kazer: Yeah, I've done that before too.

Eileen Durfee: Multitasking. Multitasking, man!

Diane Kazer: Yeah. That’s where I stack my hack. So, what do you – what about doing a coffee enema first and then, and then adding back -

Eileen Durfee: Well, you can do it – I do it first because that fills me with glutathione. So, when I'm in there, and my body is circulating and you know, the ozone water is in there and it's oxidizing and breaking down junk that it mops it up. It helps mop it up and clean it up.

Diane Kazer: So, when you say coffee enema, you're talking about the sequence of one, maybe two, and then an ozone enema?

Eileen Durfee: Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Okay. Okay.

Eileen Durfee: I don't do an ozone. I don't follow with ozone every single time I do it.

Diane Kazer: Every si - Okay, how often do you do that?

Eileen Durfee: Maybe about once a month. And then I, you know, of course, if I was fighting something chronic, I do it like maybe daily for a week and then follow up with the implants, you know. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Diane Kazer: So, then the coffee enema. This is, this could also be part of like the, the 14-day challenge is doing a coffee enema every day for 14 days, even if it’s by itself. Right?

Eileen Durfee: Exactly because then it sells itself. I've had people come with a laundry list of problems, hair analysis, and then they go home with an enema kit. And then a month later, they're back seeing me and 80% of their problems are gone. Then I'm warning –

Diane Kazer: Just from that?

Eileen Durfee: Just from that. And I'm warning them, you know, Hey, start slow on the supplements, you know, cuz you're gonna detox and the husband's going, huh, I'll just take two coffee enemas. No problem. I mean, the guy is like sold.

Diane Kazer: Oh my!

Eileen Durfee: I mean, I have clients that couldn't even walk down their driveway to the mailbox because of pain.

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: They do it after two weeks, and they're walking down to the mailbox with no problem.

Diane Kazer: And then how often do you have them do it afterwards, after they receive the miracles? Do you have like three times a week or?

Eileen Durfee: I have people that do them every day.

Diane Kazer: Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: And you know, people go, oh, well, your electrolytes are going to be off and all that. What is it? A car wreck? And at the time for my business or whatever, I had to get life insurance. So, I had bloodwork up the wazoo. And the insurance agent says, we've never written someone life insurance with the healthiest rating that there exists. You are just so perfect. What do you do? Ozonated water, daily coffee enema, near infrared sauna. You know, and then I am over at the physical therapist after knee surgery. This is like you know, just recently off of pain pills and anesthesia. And they have that S3 machine that was on Dr. Oz shows and they go, put your hand on this. And I'm thinking, oh, great. I put my hand on it. 80,000. Apparently, they use the machine to sell you antioxidants. And if you have 60,000 or more, they're saying, you're not going to get cancer. Dr. Oz only had 75,000.

Diane Kazer: You beat them.

Eileen Durfee: And they're going, Well, what do you do? What antioxidants you take? And I go, Well, I don't take any –

Diane Kazer: Because the ozone –

Eileen Durfee: Well, you know, the coffee makes the Glutathione. The near infrared light increases antioxidant.

Diane Kazer: Which one?

Eileen Durfee: Near infrared light increases antioxidant circulation in the body. And the, the coffee enema does and of course, the ozone is creating more oxygen and breaking down things. And so, it's just like, you know, they're just like going, Wow, you're never gonna get cancer. That's amazing. But you know, well, people do it. You know, they are -

Diane Kazer: This is amazing. This is amazing. I mean, you guys, you guys -

Eileen Durfee: So, my whole story of that point was that, there's proponents who say, you can't do daily coffee enemas, because you're gonna screw up your electrolytes.

Diane Kazer: Right, right.

Eileen Durfee: I know from personal experience, it sure didn't screw up mine and everybody's dying to have my kind of health you know, like –

Diane Kazer: Yeah –

Eileen Durfee: I am liking what I'm doing and you know, so -

Diane Kazer: I can say the same thing. Coffee enemas, when I first did them, they saved my life. They really did. And the stuff that I saw come out of me. First, I was a little afraid of it. But then I was like, Oh my thank you, God, because every time something came out, I was like, Oh, I feel so much better. And it was like rope worms and parasites and I'm like, Yeah, stop sucking the life out of me. You get out of here. You're not even paying rent, you're evicted. You're done. So, and then I started seeing my clients working with them behind the scenes. They're bringing these things to the webinars with jars like, look at this thing. We got it out and I'm like, I knew it. Like this parasitic lifeforce. So, just leave. So, you know, this is important you guys because you're taking all these vitamins and you're eating all this healthy food and guess, guess who gets the nutrients, those bugs, you know.

So, so this is amazing. This is powerful. After you do the ozone water in the morning on empty stomach, then you do the coffee enema. Once a month, you might do ozone after that, but for the most part, daily coffee enema. Then, you do the dry brush and then you drink your saltwater. Then you do your sauna, and then saltwater after and then cold shower. There's, there's the, within all of that, the ozone water, you don't combine the salt and the ozone, right? Okay.

Eileen Durfee: No, no.

Diane Kazer: Both separate?

Eileen Durfee: Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Because they offset each other?

Eileen Durfee: Right.

Diane Kazer: Okay. Okay. I think that is a wrap. I think that's a great morning routine. How long does it take you after you get the hang of it?

Eileen Durfee: Oh, you know, I spend probably two hours, you know.

Diane Kazer: Okay.

Eileen Durfee: But I'm like meditating, praying, reading you know, and, and –

Diane Kazer: Inventing?

Eileen Durfee: Yeah. And it's like, I feel so good. It's like Me time, you know?

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: People go, how do you? I said, it sells itself. I mean, you don't start there. You, you add one thing after another, but then you know, when you just have energy, you're going and you have no pain in your body. And you just -

Diane Kazer: My God, you know what? Here's, here's where it's at you guys. I'm gonna get real with you right now. Talked to my aunt yesterday for the first time since she got her diagnosis of colon cancer. And I said, all right, you know, what's the plan auntie? Because I'm gonna support you no matter what, you know, I got the alternative health options, but I support you whatever decision that you make. And she decided on chemo. Just you know, listen to the doctor, the doctors are like, you got to be on chemo for life. What? Okay, now let's just look at this, you guys. Cancer is on the rise. One in two women, one in three men are going to be diagnosed with it. Not all are going to be colon cancer. But we've got breast cancer, we've got thyroid cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer, you pick your poison. It's coming for a lot of us. That's the reality.

Now you could either become a victim and just turn your head and bury it and go, I hope I don't get it. And the most common thing people say is, it's not going to happen to me. And you just Russian Roulette your odds away. Or you can build this whole system around protecting and arming your health as much as possible, so that you don't end up in that. That does take at least two hours a day, maybe three hours a day of your life to go get chemo treatments. It takes driving there, go into these, I don't want to go to the hospitals. I don't like what's happening in the hospitals right now, you guys, but my job and Eileen’s job is to keep you out of these hospitals. Because when you get there, we know that one of the top - it rotates between one to three reasons why people die is because prescription use. And most people are taking over five. And then they don't know what's happening when you take two at the same time or three and then what it's doing inside the body.

So, we're killing ourselves with what's happening in the hospital. So, you got kind of a fork in the road. You spend a couple hours in the morning, really treating yourself or maybe you do it three times a week, or maybe even you do it once a week. But just do it. Or maybe you don't do it exactly how Eileen is talking about here. Maybe you kind of pick things throughout the week and you just do things. This is going to save you the 1000s - hundreds of 1000s of dollars that you're going to have to pay in cancer treatments, if not the amount of drive time and the time it takes to get treatments. And then never mind, the six months, three months, that's how much time you got left once you get the diagnosis. They might say, you got five years at best to live.

You get to pick. Do you pick your poison and just roll the, roll the dice? Or do you plan a life where you're far away from illness of all kinds and symptoms. And I think I'll choose the latter. I'm gonna make this into a three-part series because we went deep into so many different areas and we brought it all back for you guys. Don't listen to this and just become a smarter human. Don't do what I did three years ago, and I really think I should get ozone and here I am. Eileen is an absolute blessing. She laid this all out for all of us because she got laid out with illness. And thank God, you turned all of this from pain to purpose so that we don't get poisoned by the alternative solutions, which is like you said, just take a pill and numb out the pain while your body is inside going, please listen, check engine light, check and stop putting tape over my check engine light please for once. Pull over on this side of the road and ask for help and ask and you shall receive and that's what this episode for me has been. I've been doing hacks for a long time but to, to think about waking up every morning like that to lose, what is it? 35 pounds, Eileen in the last 18 months you've lost? And probably 35 years of your life in terms of your aging from the inside out.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Because my God, you're 60 something? How old are you? 60 what?

Eileen Durfee: I'll be 60 this May.

Diane Kazer: Wow, wow, wow. And how do you feel?

Eileen Durfee: I felt worse when I was in my 20s.

Diane Kazer: Oh my! There's a lot of things up against us to try to lose weight, burn fat, convert fat to energy. I mean, we got all these extra reserves, right? As a species, we got extra reserves, but I'm tired but I have extra fat. Why can’t I use that fat for energy? Well, you got some metabolic things that are not working inside of you and they're usually toxins. Those are the things –

Eileen Durfee: Right.

Diane Kazer: … that are preventing your body from using those fat, that fat cells.

Eileen Durfee: How about skincare? The typical woman puts over 500 chemicals, your, all your body care and skincare and hair, everything in your body, in your skin. It hits your skin, it's in your bloodstream in 30 seconds.

Diane Kazer: Right.

Eileen Durfee: So, we've got nourishing, nontoxic, organic, healthy type skincare. And look at all the five-star reviews. It's not like some of the natural deodorants don't work.

Diane Kazer: Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: You know, this stuff really works and people love it.

Diane Kazer: Wow! Wow! I feel like you're like the greatest non - one stop shop for so many things that people can use. And Eileen is an amazing, obviously stack your hack routine. And so, like I've just been, you know, I have all kinds of toys in my house, too. And I'm like, well, can I do this while I'm doing this? Because we are, and I get it, you guys. It's difficult to stay on top of oh my god, there's a lot more toxins ever. We don't want you to become a toxin specialist, because there's hundreds of 1000s of them to memorize. We just want you to be a You specialist and have greater awareness of what your body's trying to say and how to give it what it needs and how to self-love on it. Because we've also been taught to beat the crap out of ourselves. 96% of women don't even think they're beautiful. But could you imagine building your beauty from the inside out by just taking care of your temple and looking at how Eileen looks in the, in her 60s.

She's about to turn 60 and she looks like that. And then for me, I've reversed age too. I was looking at pictures of myself, like five years ago going, huh, I was so inflamed and just baggy, and I took my implants out, and went into a massive operation detox. And it really does reverse age use. And it's going to be you know, you can look at women like I'd be interested to watch women 10 years down the road using all these toxins to look younger artificially, and what she looks like 10 year, over a 10 year timespan versus a woman who says, I'm going to stack my hacks and do like what we're talking about here and what she looks like 10 years down the road.

I don't know if anybody's ever done that study. But that would be very interesting because you actually spend less money doing the latter, and just having these devices at home. And it's about $3,000 to $5,000 ticket to stay on top of toxic beauty to continue to buy your beauty artificially while you're also killing yourself on the inside with the most toxic poison known to man which is called Botox. And you can listen to all my other episodes and read my book about all those things and why I don't recommend it, you know. We get very injured and autoimmune diseased and completely ill by these devices that we think are healthy. So, you guys, this is all about nontoxic video. This is about living the nontoxic lifestyle. And above all, giving your body what it has been begging for because now you know how to do these things. You know, now you know why your body is not feeling well. Eileen, any final words, because you just gave us a three-part series unintended of all the different things they can do. So, anything else we haven't covered that you'd like to end the audience with?

Eileen Durfee: Well, you know, I looked at my 99-year-old grandmother. And I didn't want to end up like her. You know, you think, oh wow, living till 99. But literally, the last 20 years of her life, she was in chronic pain. My mother had to take care of her and my mother basically sacrificed her life. She ate healthy. But she wouldn't get outside. She was inside taking care of my grandmother, taking care of her great grandkids. She just wouldn't take time to do a coffee enema. She wouldn't take time for herself. She had no self-care. And she ended up getting ovarian cancer and dying like two months later, and we tried everything natural and it, and it was just really difficult. And so, I really got my eyes opened up. She’ll, you know, December 7, it was three years since I lost my mom. And she was really my inspiration because we both got sick at the same time. And so, I've really slowed down and started taking care of myself.

Diane Kazer: Yeah.

Eileen Durfee: You know, it is so important because I want to live and maintain a high quality of function in life. And so, that's the other thing is that a lot of people out there have artificial health. And I, and I wanted to gain natural health. And I think that's the real solution to our Medicare and Medicaid problem is that we got to quit peddling the artificial health and get people back to natural health.

Diane Kazer: Yeah. Amen. This is the future. This is truly the future of medicine and it was the yesterday of medicine before Rockefeller came in in 1920s.

Eileen Durfee: Right.

Diane Kazer: But it’s, it’s making a comeback after 100 years of hibernation because they threatened to kill all the doctors who were practicing natural medicine. I forgot to ask you one final thing. If somebody has been jabbed or if they're getting boosters, will any of these techniques help them to potentially clear out some of that damage from the things that are in those needles?

Eileen Durfee: Well, absolutely. See, glutathione, if you can maintain high levels of glutathione from the, you know, the nanoparticles in the vaccine, it won't go into the inflammatory process. So, the number one thing that I would tell somebody who's had to have the jab, or the Boosters is to do daily coffee enemas, because then you're going to be able to keep yourself out of that inflammatory process.

Diane Kazer: Yeah, right. That makes total sense. You guys, there's a reason why N-acetyl cysteine is in The Zelenko protocol - is in the COVID healing protocol. N-acetyl cysteine is the precursor to glutathione, our body's master antioxidant. And so, that's why it's in there. But if you can get glutathione, which is far more effective, I would imagine than taking a supplement of N-acetyl cysteine.

Eileen Durfee: Oh, yeah.

Diane Kazer: Because then it has to get digested through the digestive tract. And then there's extra steps and your body has to rely on all that. But glutathione just goes straight into the colon and just goes straight to work. Done.

Eileen Durfee: Yeah.

Diane Kazer: Done. You don't need to spend all that money on those supplements. Like I said, glutathione was really expensive supplement and it just doesn't work when you take in supplement form. Take in the rear end, get more of it and clear this crap out and let's just keep going with this. So, Eileen, thank you again, so much for being here and spending so much time with us. This is truly a gift. This is really I mean, Holiday Gift Guide. These are a bunch of really cool gifts. But don't just get gifts that are going to just sit in the garage like Eileen said. Get these gifts, make a plan and a promise to yourself that you're going to use them and use them on a regular basis because if you don't, that is showing your body that you don't care about it enough to take it - take care of it. And to give it a little colon spa day and you know, you take care of your colon, literally your skin on the outside.

If your skin on the inside is healthy, your skin on the outside is glowing. It is so inexpensive and so easy to do. So, take everything that you've listened to today. Start with one thing, try that for a month, maybe. Move on to the next thing. Do that for a month until you started stalking your hacks. And then you have a whole spot at yourself. You don't have to spend lots of money going into these med spas. My God, people spend so much money there. So, Eileen, thank you so much for making it so easy for us. Bye for now.

Eileen Durfee: Bye!
