Spencer Watson: I'm very excited about tonight. This is one of my dear friends. And I'm really excited to introduce her to you because the things that she's created and the, the vision she has and the knowledge she has about how we can really work with the body, and in just in different ways is really something to catch your attention. It's caught my attention. It's something I use every day. It's something I've incorporated into my family life. And I've been bringing into different clients. And so, as I gathered my clients together, I was like, Okay, I want you guys to learn from this. We're flying her in from Washington. And so welcome. Welcome!
Eileen Durfee: Well, thank you for having me.
Spencer Watson: Yeah. So, as we just kind of get started with this, I just like to hear your story a little bit about, you know, just your journey in life and what brought you into your creation process now?
Eileen Durfee: I mean, it started before I was born. I was almost a miscarriage. When I was born, I had twisted hips, I'd wear special shoes, one knee always hit the other one. I was in constant pain. I grew nine inches in three months. I was ran over by a car in a parking lot. And it was like dagger stabbing in my chest. I thought I'd never be able to raise my arms.
Spencer Watson: Oh my Gosh!
Eileen Durfee: You know, I got a silver amalgam filling in my mouth. And then I became sick. I was just totally sick, became allergic to everything. I mean, I couldn't eat the same food in 72 hours. My lungs would close up. I mean, you know, I went from thinking, Candida was the root of all my problems to learning about minerals and toxicities and balancing the endocrine system. And I just had this underlying belief that if my body just had what it needed, that it could heal itself. So, I was kind of like my own guinea pig for many years. I mean, at one point, I mean, my hair was falling out. I had psoriasis all over my body. I just was exhausted all the time. Hashimotos and I mean, it's just like, it was easier to say what was working than you know, what - the list of what wasn't.
Spencer Watson: Right.
Eileen Durfee: And so, it was really, it's been really a journey for me. I think the turning point was when I realized. I mean, it's like a car battery, okay. It only lasts so many years. And you know, it's the electrical components that makes the car work. And when the battery is out of whack, it's because the minerals won't hold the charge. And so, you can jumpstart that and you can drive your car, but you don't dare turn on the headlights, right?
Spencer Watson: Right.
Eileen Durfee: When your body gets that way because it can't conduct electricity, it can't do cellular processes when there's imbalances. And so, our body is wonderfully created and made where it goes through this adaptation process, where it'll actually accumulate toxic metals because the body doesn't have or does have a good mineral but can't get it to where it needs to go, it would like, it would rather use lead than not having calcium where it should be. It would rather use cadmium than zinc, and so on and so forth. And so, you know, you've got all these people doing all this detox, and they're using chelators but what they don't realize is, they're ripping the good minerals out with the bad creating further imbalances and I used to be like Russian roulette man.
I had cupboards full of vitamins and herbs because this was good for that and I chased symptoms with natural substances, you know, just like you would with a drug. And that's not really how to bring about balance and you know; you need to think about light nutrition for the body because light does amazing things. You need certain minerals and you know, you need certain air to be breathing clean air. I mean, think about it. Your number one exposure is air because you're breathing constantly.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: You know, then, there's the skin. What are you putting on your skin?
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: What are you ingesting? I mean, we all –
Spencer Watson: Drinking.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah, I think we have all been, you know dieted to death with, you know, keto and paleo and gluten-free and -
Spencer Watson: Right.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah, yeah. And so not everything works for everybody. And you know, so basically, I went on this journey up where I knew I needed to have minerals. So, I did some lab tests on my hair to figure that out, kind of like, this is a good analogy. You know, a farmer puts nitrogen on the soil, not because they want to put nitrogen in the plant. Nitrogen releases calcium. So, I don't know why people think they're any different than plants or animals.
Spencer Watson: Exactly.
Eileen Durfee: Because on planet earth, all these minerals, either antagonistic or synergistic, and you raise or lower one, and it affects all the others.
Spencer Watson: Exactly.
Eileen Durfee: And so basically, the best mineral thing that I've found, and this was a journey of looking at all the certificate mineral analyses of these, you know, high mineral salts. It's crazy. You know, a lot of those salts out there like Pink Himalayan, I mean, I don't know. That book in 2003 about doing the Sole water with the Himalayan salt. You know, it's like, that was one of the things I tried. And it’s -
Spencer Watson: I mean, when you're in a health crisis, you're willing to try really kind of whatever you can find.
Eileen Durfee: Right. And I mean, you just read, and there's so much information out there.
Spencer Watson: … like this can help them. So, you try it and you're like, ah, you know, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah. And so, like Himalayan salt, I think you're just mineralizing your body.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: It’s crazy. You know, it's like 98% sodium chloride with a little bit of sulfur. But the interesting thing that I found when, you know, I'm always testing and finding these things out.
Spencer Watson: … every time we get on the phone, you know, and we're talking probably every week, every other week. And you're telling me about all these different tests that you've run. You just got this analysis report and I was like, wow, she is so, you're so conscious and aware of what is happening with your body.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah. So, with the salt, the longer you leave the Himalayan salt in the water, the higher the ORP goes.
Spencer Watson: And what is ORP? For –
Eileen Durfee: Oxidation reduction potential. I mean, it creates inflammation in the body.
Spencer Watson: Hmm.
Eileen Durfee: And the pH lowers.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: It actually gets acidic.
Spencer Watson: And then we're drinking – then, we're drinking acidity, and probably eating things that are making our bodies more acidic. And when our body is acidic, what can happen?
Eileen Durfee: Well, you know, you can have infections, your immunity, and I mean, more waste products. Your hydration is affected. I mean, so many things. So, to make a long story short, because we could do a whole hour just on minerals, you know. So, I want to kind of get off that, but I found a product that takes four years to make. And it's 20% minerals. It's the lowest sodium salt in the world. It's a powder and the interesting thing about it is, it has a negative charge.
So, I got to tell this story about how fantastic - I mean, again, me, the lab scientist, so to speak, I cut you know, an inch, you know, lock of hair, and I do analysis and I use the salt for 30 days. I stop, take another hair sample, do the salt for 30 days, take another hair sample, stop for a month. Start, stop, start with all those analyses and I compare what is going on in my body. And all these heavy metals are just pouring out of my body. So, of course, then, I spent $3,000 on lab tests on the salt to make sure that those components weren't in the salt to begin with.
Spencer Watson: Wow!
Eileen Durfee: And yes, and so basically what I found out on my journey of reviewing every certificate mineral analysis of every salt that's available from the manufacturer or online, that there's a Quinton marine plasma. It's made from a vortex between France and Spain of plankton and sea water that has a famous history Quinton marine plasma. And it's interesting to note that the salt that I found, Healthy Salt, it has got the same mineral ratio as that. I mean, this guy at World War I, one million people went to the guy's funeral. He was injecting people with a saltwater solution and curing every disease known to man back then. And,
Spencer Watson: Wow!
Eileen Durfee: And it's just phenomenal. They still have it today and it's, it’s a phenomenal product. It's just expensive. But so, this negative charge with the right mineral. See, everybody needs to understand just a little bit about light, a little bit about how we detox and a little bit about minerals. So, I'll share the benefits because at the University of Washington, they discovered The Fourth Phase of Water. Did you know that it's just not steam, it's just not ice, and it's just not liquid. There's another behavior of water, where when it's in that alkaline environment with a negative charge with 3000 nanometers shined on it, it expands and becomes denser. It's like in the future, you're gonna see batteries made out of water with a negative and a positive probe with light shining on it, and it makes more energy than it takes to run the light. This is University of Washington. You know, Dr. Gerald Pollack, The Fourth Phase of Water, they call it EZ water, Exclusion Zone water.
Spencer Watson: I use that in body talk. You know, that's one of the things when we're working with hydrating the body, we use that technique and we pull in the EZ Water in the body.
Eileen Durfee: And so, most people are acid. You know, I sell these ultra-sensitive pH test strips so you can see. You know, and then we got the 14 Panel Urinalysis. You can see most people have, that are acid have all kinds of 14 Panel stuff goes on. And I say, just start with amount of salt that bounces on a toothpick.
Spencer Watson: I have mine right here on my desk.
Eileen Durfee: And use that, do the urinalysis and watch it change. Like in three or four days when you can be at the right out, you know, balance. With your urine, you'll see your 14 Panel go all normal, and you're going wow, you know, but what happens is, with that negative charge, you know, we get in the sauna, the near infrared incandescent bulb sauna, because you're shining light on your skin and your skin absorbs at 550 to over 3000 nanometers. You get red, near, mid and far infrared. So, when you, you know you're gonna sweat out minerals. So, you take your minerals with water before you get in and then the light shines on you and what happens is, is that outside, your cells are alkaline. But with that negative charge in that EZ, it’s like for a lack of a long bio - biological explanation –
Spencer Watson: A science course.
Eileen Durfee: It’s like a secret portal opens up to the inside of your cells and protons flood inside.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: Now, the heroes inside of our cells are the lysosomes. They clean up molecular debris. They can't work unless they have protons because they need the protons to lower the pH. So, you know we eat to digest our food to make energy. We can shine near infrared light on our cells and the mitochondria make ATP. But here's another way to produce energy in the body. Take that Healthy salt, get in there. The protons flood inside the cell and the lysosomes pH on the inside drops like a rock. So, the differential between the acidic internal environment of the cell and the outside alkaline like create hydroelectricity. So, you build hydroelectricity energy in your body, and then it flushes out all the toxins from inside the cell. So, no wonder when I was taking this salt and doing the sauna before I even found out about EZ Water –
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: Was I dumping, my body was like freely giving out instead of chelation, ripping out the bad with the good. It actually was giving up the bad because the new car part was there. Man, I was like, I don't have to use duct tape and baling wire anymore. Oh my gosh! The body thinks it wins the lottery. And you have all this energy and you feel good. And so -
Spencer Watson: No, I just want to like just share. You know, if you're a part of - if you're on my normal Facebook page, I've showed the pictures and videos of the sauna that I got. And I was so excited when it came. And for, we went on a - our first family vacation in six years to San Diego and the first - before we went, the first, the week before, it was just crazy. And I didn't get into the sauna. Then, I was gone for a week, didn't get into the sauna. Went a whole week, didn't get into the sauna. I was just dragging and I could not understand why am I so tired. And then it, it’s just on Sunday, I was just like praying going, Why am I so tired and well, a thought came. The sauna. You haven't been in the sauna. And I was just like, you're right. I haven't been in the sauna. And so Monday morning, I got up. You know, I think even Sunday night, I started in the sauna, and I woke up on Monday just like bawling, because my body because I was trying to go, but when your body is not - when the vehicle that you're in, is not functioning as well as it could be, and just kind of like you said, creating that energy from within. Right. That's what I love about this is, it's real and, and you're cleansing yourself and all these things. It's just so fascinating to me. You're a genius.
Eileen Durfee: Well, it was just, I, you know, I'm a gizmo woman. I just buy every gizmo there is and I try it. And then I go to sleep. And I have dreams, because I used to – nuclear power plant engineer and blueprint reading. It's like I see a finished product. So, then I built the prototype because I just got to, you know.
Spencer Watson: Yeah, otherwise, you get so nuts.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah. So, you know, it's just like the panels in the sauna. All the other ones, I'm sitting there thinking about how precious this light is, but light travels at the speed of light. It will go through the wall. So, I'm like going, wow, if my panel had insulation, because the other saunas aren’t insulated. This is like an R-12. So, let's, you know get hot faster.
Spencer Watson: Just for people to understand. Like, her saunas that she's talking about are portable saunas. Like I have one in my basement. And I can just go in there and do a sauna. My kids now, dad's in a sauna. And I walk out this morning, and they're like, how was your sauna, dad? I go, Oh, real good, real good. And I just didn't buzz in because I just felt so good. But it's something that you can have in your home and you can travel, it's portable. So, keep going, keep going.
Eileen Durfee: So, I figured, let's put some radiant panels on there.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: It's actually the safest place in your house because it blocks all the EMF. It's like a fair - It's like a Faraday cage because it's got the grounding snaps and everything else. But when the light, you’re traveling at the speed of light, that would normally leave, but it's staying in there and it's bouncing around, reabsorbing.
Spencer Watson: You’re feeling it.
Eileen Durfee: What? Multiplication factor is that for maximized phototherapy.
Spencer Watson: Oh, I know.
Eileen Durfee: I mean, it's like incredible. And so that's why it's like we have two sizes of saunas. But like, if you've got the partition in the yoga sauna, or in the smaller sauna, it'll get to 120 degrees in five minutes.
Spencer Watson: Oh yeah, I love it. I just go in there, I have my audiobook, and I just let the light come in and threw me and I just, I almost like after a while, I really just kind of feel like weightless. Like I just feel so good and so present.
Eileen Durfee: There's like so many things, the benefits of near infrared. You know, it's just incredible with flexibility and pain and -
Spencer Watson: One in adrenals like I make sure to get it right on my you know, my lower back to really get in there to my kidneys, my adrenals to just support them and help them and it's amazing.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah, and I mean, of course, I use nontoxic everything, organic cotton -
Spencer Watson: And that I love most about -
Eileen Durfee: RoHS.
Spencer Watson: I feel conscious of that.
Eileen Durfee: You know, certified. I mean, in America, did you know the zipper in your pants can have 50% more lead than in Europe?
Spencer Watson: Mm hmm.
Eileen Durfee: I mean, so of course, the zipper on the tent is not going to have lead. I don't want lead on that, you know, and I’d you know, zero voc powder coating on the frame and we boiled and baked the bamboo mat instead of using chemicals and –
Spencer Watson: Like a spa in your house.
Eileen Durfeee: You know, I mean actually the Major League Baseball players and NFL players and the UFC fighters like Nate Diaz, they all have my sauna. And they like take it on the airplane with them.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: Because they have the travel bags but just for the post injury recovery and just sleep and flexibility. I mean, a lot of people would ask me because as a practitioner, I always say okay, I want you to drink in ozonated water, skin brushing before this sauna, doing your, your Healthy salt. I want you doing a coffee enema, you know going outside, watching the sun rise and you know just all these different things and they’re going like, how do you find time to do that? And I go, Hey, they sell themselves. Every day I get to transform into Superwoman. And I said, you'll find the time when you do this.
Spencer Watson: Yeah. You will do it. You start waking up earlier, you start, you know you just start, can I –
Eileen Durfee: Sleeping better.
Spencer Watson: Yeah, and I've even found like some days, I like it in the morning. Some days, I like it in the night. Sometimes, I like it twice.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah.
Spencer Watson: You know, when you just, it does something to your body and you, you know your body loves it because your body is not dragging, and you're not having to use caffeine. You're not having to stimulate yourself, because you're the net, like it's doing what it was designed to do.
Eileen Durfee: You know, then I was on an airplane. And I wasn't asleep and I wasn't dreaming, but it's like I saw this movie. And everybody on the plane was coughing and hacking and getting sick. And I saw this little tiny device on my tray table. So, I had –
Spencer Watson: Right here.
Eileen Durfee: I had an air purifier.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: And I told my engineer, I says, it's got to work on an external battery pack, like I already have for my cell phone. It's, you know, kind of look like this. And you know, so I want it to clean the air. So, it's plasma, which is more effective at cleaning the air than like, just negative ions. And so, we made it. And then I started having people put it on battery packs. I have a family that's asthmatics, and every single person has it, and they just put it in the top of their purse that's strapped over their shoulder, and they take it with them everywhere. Multiple chemical sensitivities. I mean, people should read the reviews on the website. People are off their inhalers. And it's like people who can't sleep, you know, or there are mouth breathers that –
Spencer Watson: Yep.
Eileen Durfee: It clears up. It's just absolutely amazing. But the thing that really got me was, we do all this work to sweat out these toxins. It is proven, you know. You exercise sympathetic, dominant stimulation. You don't have much toxins in that sweat. It's more mineral loss. So, when you get in a sauna, it's parasympathetic, it's relaxing. And so that kind of sweat has a lot more toxins in it, but then it's humid in there, because it's humidifying, and then you're rebreathing that toxic, humidified sweat. So, that's the reason why I had this made is to be able to keep it in the sauna. And it just so happens that they were European sauna studies. They actually classify saunas good or bad, based on how many negative ions it produces, because they believe that the ion therapy is half the benefit of the sauna.
Over there, you know, the different heaters have rocks and you pour water over them. Well, the different metal in the heaters, some of them were making poisonous positive ions, and people were feeling fatigued instead of refreshed. So, that's why it's so important to have at least 20,000 negative ions per cubic centimeter. That's the size of a sugar cube, inside your sauna.
In the small sauna, one of these produces 56,000 negative ions per cubic centimeter. I mean, off the top, it produces 19,100,000 negative, 4,550,000 positive. But I measured because I put it on the floor and I'm sitting on a chair. I measured, what is the – what am I going to breathe? I mean, you know, so that's so it's 56,000 negative ions per cubic centimeter. So, it's a powerful little unit. Then, I had people just making outrageous claims about how they have low oxygen. And they sent me their little thing from their app about how when they sleep with the Breathe Safe, pointed out at them like this. That it significantly increases into the safe zone and nothing else was helping them.
Spencer Watson: I had a friend that got, I gave her Breathe Safe. And within one night, her blood pressure went to normal.
Eileen Durfee: And so, I sent this off to figure out what else, how much oxygen is it making. So, sure enough, you know, background oxygen levels, depending on whether you're indoors or outdoors –
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: … is anywhere from 15% to 18%.
Spencer Watson: That’s it.
Eileen Durfee: That’s it.
Spencer Watson: So when I'm breathing in, I'm only getting about 15% Oxygen is what's coming in through my nose.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah. And so, with this, it increases background oxygen levels 70% to 118% depending on what your environment is. And so, it's just amazing what ionized, clean oxygen rich air does for the body.
Spencer Watson: It does. And it makes a tremendous difference.
Eileen Durfee: And so, these little guys, you know, I couldn't get a CADR rating as far as how many square feet will this clean because it doesn't have a fan. Because it only consumes three watts of power, you know, and on a 20,000-milliamp hour battery pack like you would use for your, your –
Spencer Watson: It’s your everyday cell phone.
Eileen Durfee: Your everyday cell phone.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: This will run continuously without shutting off for three to four days.
Spencer Watson: That's amazing. Which is really nice because then it's really convenient for traveling and, and all that good stuff.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah. And so, or like when you're doing meditation or exercise. Because this, I mean, Spencer, you were telling me, what were you saying it does to the body when you're breathing this?
Spencer Watson: Oh, I just loved. What I was just seeing about, when we plugged it in because we got a bunch of them. And we plugged them in and I plugged them in all over my house. I have one by that chair in here that - I overdo it, because that's just how I am because I have one at my desk here. And I just suck it in, because it just feels so good. But I noticed as I was walking through my home, as we plugged them all in, within about 40, 30, 40 minutes, it was easier to walk through my home. And I know that might sound weird to people. But I could feel the shift of just the way I was moving through my home, and how my body was lighter as I moved it. And I was like, there is something really to this. And I was plugging them in everywhere.
So, I plugged them by my kids, I plugged in a couple by my bed. We all started sleeping better. We are - I mean, it just it really opens you up. And so then, mentally, it really started - when your body is more clean, then your mind is more clear. And then you can – you as a spiritual being can see through your mind, see through your body and have a totally different experience. And so, I'm, I'm sold. I'm sold by experience, and then also just, you're a genius. And you, you've really, really looked into these. And if you can't tell, she knows what she's talking about. You know, that sounds like okay, I really want you to come speak at this event. And, you know, if you're going to be there, you're going to be able to ask her questions and all sorts of things, because it's phenomenal. It's phenomenal, all the things you know.
Eileen Durfee: Well, I realized that there is no silver bullet.
Spencer Watson: No.
Eileen Durfee: So, you have to address and our world is so toxic.
Spencer Watson: Yeah, talk a little bit about that for - you know, let's, let's bring, let's bring people's awareness to that reality.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah, you know, there's a lot of aluminum just naturally in the soil besides in the cookware and the cans and all of you know our exposure. But more detrimental to that is the lack of the good minerals that our body needs. I mean, the USDA did an analysis of the nutrition in the food, even organic food, the mineral concentration compared to back in the 1930s. And it's like a 40%, 50% decline. You know, why?
Spencer Watson: It’s mad. It’s really mad.
Eileen Durfee: Why, why do we have these food cravings? It's your body needs minerals. And -
Spencer Watson: Why, why, why are diseases and why are all these ailments showing up like never before in the history of the world?
Eileen Durfee: Well, the way and people don't realize this, but every cell has an enzyme binding site. And by design, just like your bones have calcium and the man's prostate has more zinc, the thyroid gland has more selenium. I mean, there is supposed to be a certain like your, your car has a steering wheel. If your, if your, you know, your wheel rim is where your steering wheel was, that wouldn't work very well. Or if you were sitting on lug nuts instead of your seat.
Spencer Watson: No.
Eileen Durfee: And so, what the body does is, out of adaptation. This is what people do not understand. It will grab like a magnet, a toxic metal to bind to that cell enzyme binding site to have some function.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: And so, and the body won't give it up until it has an element that works better than that. And so, so without the nutrition in our food, we're predisposed to accumulating more toxic metals because it - our body is so wonderfully designed that it will always use the most efficient item present that it can.
Spencer Watson: Right.
[0:29:39]
Eileen Durfee: It’s like if you got the key to your front door, you're gonna go in but what if you got locked out? You might climb up a ladder, going through a window upstairs. You got there, but how much longer did it take, how much more energy, how much less efficient it is.
Spencer Watson: Yeah, yeah.
Eileen Durfee: That's how your body just really goes through extra efforts to get the job done but at less function. And so, without the good minerals in our food, with our high stress life, that causes us to dump more minerals, and, you know, accumulate more toxic ones. But just, we all know that there's tons of chemicals and everything. Now people are eating organic, or they have the nontoxic cleaning chemical line.
Spencer Watson: Right.
Eileen Durfee: And then, the indoor air is three to five times more toxic than outdoor air. We have stuff outgassing off of everywhere, the drapes, the bench you’re sitting on.
Spencer Watson: We’ve got, we’ve got. Exactly.
Eileen Durfee: And, and so, it's like your body is constantly being bombarded with poisons. And then we got the GMO thing.
Spencer Watson: No generation ever before has ever experienced this level of toxicity.
Eileen Durfee: Right. And then the, the, the lack of the right minerals. So, it's like, there's just so many substitutions. And the thing about genes is, genes have to have the right minerals to express themselves.
Spencer Watson: Exactly.
Eileen Durfee: So, we have all these genetic, supposedly genetic disorders. But why in the heck when I'm working with clients, when they get mineralized, and they get supported and detoxified do a lot of those symptoms just leave.
Spencer Watson: Exactly.
Eileen Durfee: You know, and, and so it's epidemic, you know.
Spencer Watson: It is. It really is. And what's sad is, we're being conditioned, that this is somewhat normal. And if you take a pill, it'll solve the problem.
Eileen Durfee: Right. Yeah.
Spencer Watson: And that, that’s just, that's the illusion. Right? That's, that's part of the illusion that so many people are under. And it's sad. It's sad, because they're taking things that are still not giving them relief, and most likely giving them more side effects. So, they're taking more things.
Eileen Durfee: Yes.
Spencer Watson: You know? And so – Go ahead. Go ahead.
Eileen Durfee: Another thing about this world is, we have less and less oxygen.
Spencer Watson: We do.
Eileen Durfee: You know, and, yeah, we can breathe more of it. That's a good thing. But there's another thing. It's like a hierarchy in your body for hydration, hierarchy for oxygen, and whenever there's not enough water, there's not enough oxygen, the body begins to say, like with water, okay, joint cartilage is less important than bone marrow. So, it will like squeeze your cardiovascular –
Spencer Watson: … sacrificing for survival.
Eileen Durfee: Right. And, and then the same thing with oxygen. You see, every cell that's normal has a protective enzyme coating around it, you know. Enzyme binding site, you got the mineral, you got the coating. But if you don't have enough oxygen, the first thing that you lose is that protective coating. Then, that cell becomes susceptible –
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: … to infection by pathogen.
Spencer Watson: Yep.
Eileen Durfee: Or you know to become cancerous and those kinds of things.
Spencer Watson: Yep.
Eileen Durfee: Now, you know, when you talk about toxic water, when there's contaminated groundwater, one of the solutions that the EPA uses is, they drill wells, and they have giant water ozonators. And they ozonate the water. They inject it and it cleans up the aquifer because it's an oxidizer.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: Ozonated water is basically just ozone gas dissolved into water. And ozone is three singlets of oxygen, O1, O1 and O1. And in nature, you always have like a positive negative or a pair. So, the reason why, when you dissolve ozone gas in the water, it only lasts for maybe 20, 40 minutes. And that singlet, the O1 breaks off. And when that breaks off, then it goes, and it won't hurt a cell with an enzyme coating on it. It's smart. It's like a miracle, but it will oxidize and kill the cells that don't have the enzyme coating, that are infected.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: It will oxidize the heavy metals and the plastics and the chemicals and everything and we're mostly water. So, the miracle that you can do for yourself is, get yourself an ozone generator. And then it's toxic to breathe the ozone gas. So, I got a utility patent on this where -
Spencer Watson: Oh, is this your new, is this your newest one?
Eileen Durfee: Yeah. Yeah.
Spencer Watson: I like that.
Eileen Durfee: So, you have a tube inside with a diffuser.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: You fill this with your water. And then this is a filter and you put the hose from your ozone machine. And so, it bubbles and it diffuses but it completely gets rid of 100% of the ozone gas and pure oxygen comes out the top.
Spencer Watson: Wow!
Eileen Durfee: And so, you can make your ozonated water and drink it on an empty –
Spencer Watson: Oxygen water.
Eileen Durfee: You can drink it. And it actually -
Spencer Watson: I did it this morning.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah. And I mean, there's like all kinds of studies about what that ozonated water does for the body. It's absolutely amazing. I guess the text is backwards, but it increases your glutathione, your SOD, just all kinds of, the oxygen metabolism. It inactivates bacteria, viruses, fungus, yeast, protozoa. And it, and it's so smart, like I was saying. So, it's like one molecule of ozone and it's like 10,000 molecules of bleach. You can't drink bleach, but you can drink ozonated water and it’s safe.
Spencer Watson: Cuz the body recognizes it.
Eileen Durfee: It's just the way that it works. And that so, if that oxidation isn't a miracle enough, that O1 going and cleaning up all the stuff. It leaves pure O2. So, you know how when you don't have enough oxygen, you lose that protective enzyme coating. So, by drinking ozonated water, you're going to begin having more and more cells with the enzyme coating, less and less they're susceptible to infection or going awry. And so, it’s, and then take it another step further. How many times have somebody eaten something with salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, or, you know, everything's grown in dirt.
You know, there's parasite larvae that you don't even see that you eat, and then it's going to hatch in your body. It's like the straw on the camel's back. It's like how much insult to injury do we want to have? So, we got to make our food safe. So, you clean all your vegetables, you clean your meat. You know, I got another patent issued for the Under Counter Pressurized version, which I haven't made yet. But I can just imagine myself on the cooking show with Bobby Flay with a black light with a chicken breast.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: I put it under my instant, ozonated water and have all the salmonella die within seconds.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: You know, it's just like we wouldn't have, I mean, you -
Spencer Watson: The problems that we have.
Eileen Durfee: We wouldn't need antibacterial soap at all anymore. We would just –
Spencer Watson: No more hand sanitizer.
Eileen Durfee: The water. Yeah, I, I mean, it’s just a miracle. And so, you can start these things with the countertop model at home, and use them and it helps. And it's like, I tell people, don't drink ozonated water before going to bed because you'll feel energized, but clean energy, but you'll feel like you had a cup of coffee, but not the down or not the too overstimulation.
Spencer Watson: Yeah. To be little honest with you, what I like to do is, I like to do it because it helps clean me out. So, like, if I'm feeling a little sluggish, then I'll drink me 16 oz of it. And I'm like, and then a little bit later, I'm like, huh, I feel so much better. My mind clears up and emotionally, you feel better. You feel more stable, you feel more grounded. And it's just, it's amazing how, just like you said, the miracle of water – You know that, that’s why I'm so drawn to these things because I am. I'm a firm believer that this is simple. Like simple solutions are what are going to change our life forever and give us a really strong high quality of life. And I think all the things that you're creating and everything you will create will really fit in that, that category.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah, there's you know. So, skincare. What you put on the top of your skin.
Spencer Watson: There you go.
Eileen Durfee: We have a whole skincare line balm, deodorant, sunscreen.
Spencer Watson: I love it.
Eileen Durfee: It's low PUFA, it's mainly organic ingredients and it's, it works. I mean, I –
Spencer Watson: It does work.
Eileen Durfee: It has, a lot of them have kidney fat. It's like on top of the organ in a cow, there's a sac, a fascia of fat. And on a whole cow, there's probably only 10 pounds of this pristine fat. I mean out of hundreds of pounds in a cow. And so, we process that like our ancestors did, but we do it in a way that you don't smell like a hamburger.
Spencer Watson: Amen!
Eileen Durfee: You buy all these other Tallow products; you smell like a hamburger running around. It's, it's pretty bad. But we figured out how to do it, where it's nourishing and your skin –
Spencer Watson: I love it.
Eileen Durfee: … just absorbs it and it, I mean, I did have vegans that were so desperate. Of course, they wouldn't normally have anything with any animal product in it. But they were so desperate -
Spencer Watson: Oh, and it’s so smooth, and it smells good. I don't feel like I'm smelling like a grandma or anything like that. You know, it smells really nice. And you know, it's funny that I was getting my haircut and I was talking with one lady and I was telling her about this. My barber and I was like, and she goes, Well, what are you thinking? And I was like, well, I turn 40 in three weeks. What do you think? And she goes, wow, you look great. And I just started laughing and she goes, why are you laughing? And I go, I'm only 26. But I mean, I can tell. I can tell a difference in my skin. And you know my favorite thing. My favorite thing is to go sauna.
You know, everyone goes to bed. I go sauna, and I come up, take a nice cold shower. And then I rub all this good cream all over my face. Why? Because my mom taught me, she'll be proud when she sees this. You start young, you start young if you want to look good, and not have to, you know, have it all lasered on and all of the plastic surgery and all, you know look like Joan Rivers. You know, if you want a good natural looking face, it works amazing. It works amazing.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah. So, and the other thing is, like, I don't know how many of you have been to the store, not wanting to put aluminum deodorant on your body, and you bought all this natural deodorant and you still stink.
Spencer Watson: And it stains, it stains your clothes.
Eileen Durfee: Yes, yes, yes. So, my daughter especially was bad. So, we formulated and we formulated and we formulated, and especially when she was nursing, you know, the extra sweat and everything else. We got deodorant that really works. And now we got five-star reviews. There is -
Spencer Watson: It works.
Eileen Durfee: Oh my gosh!
Spencer Watson: I tried a lot. And some of them, they don't have a good texture or you know, then, my skin doesn't like it or it's, it doesn't smell - I smell, you know, all of this stuff. I just swipe and swipe and it, it works. And it smells good.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah, yeah. So, so we got that figured out.
Spencer Watson: That’s what I love about this. It’s a one stop shop.
Eileen Durfee: So there, the other major thing is, is we're talking about energy, creating energy, how to detox, use light, use minerals, you know.
Spencer Watson: Which is just like simple, use light, get good water, get good minerals, slap a little cow fat on you like our ancestors did.
Eileen Durfee: You know, so, but the other thing that your body spends. So, we got to quit spending so much energy. So, your structure, your spine is like a crank shaft in a motor. What happens when the crank shaft in the motor gets bent? The motor ceases, things get hot, it wears out. You know, things are just destroyed. Well, our bodies have to live in gravity. And when you don't have it, there is a God created S shaped spine that we're supposed to develop into. But people don't usually. And so, then you know you got forward head posture, you got you know, lots of weight transferring down.
Spencer Watson: Especially when you're looking at your phone all the time or sitting on a computer like this. You know, you're not, you don't have that good posture.
Eileen Durfee: So, I knew because after being grown nine inches in three months, being ran over by a car, I got hooked up with a chiropractor who believed that there was an ideal shape to achieve too. And he worked on exercises and equipment to restore curvature. And so, I got the utility patent on the neck shaper. And if you believe it, a year in the United States, back pain just for the low back, not the neck, but the low back –
Spencer Watson: Low back.
Eileen Durfee: Alone, $100 billion a year problem. So, we actually have a whole spinal fitness line with the power cushion, with force applicators. This is like a force applicator. We got cushions with a groove in it kind of like a train runs on a train track. You do these movements and you lay over it and then your bones move back in place. We have like a whole solution. And so, we're going to start with the neck. And so, this is a little exercise. I'm going to lower my chair here. Basically, you start looking up at the ceiling, you put some pressure just chin down. That's it, you relax and you push back. When you're standing up and doing it, you actually feel the flex in your low back.
This, doing the neck exercise and getting rid of the forward head posture from all the computers and the texting and you know all of that. It actually is amazing. And like a lot of the NFL players and Major League Baseball players, they're all using and the UFC fighters because it just gives them the mechanical advantage. And so, we're coming up with a whole line, you know, of spinal fitness products. So, that way, I, I think I have covered all aspects of how we can take care of ourselves to produce more energy, be more efficient in how we spend it, and then minimize accumulation of toxic elements. And then to get rid of the ones that we do have and quit putting them on our bodies. And so that's –
Spencer Watson: I love watching your mind work.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah.
Spencer Watson: That's amazing.
Eileen Durfee: So, yeah, and, yeah, it's exciting to be able to bring more products, more solutions. And it's, you know, and I tell people, you know, you don't have to start with everything, you know, but just do one thing and feel the difference. And then you're gonna go, wow, I better try this other thing. And it's like, they all sell themselves, and it becomes kind of a –
Spencer Watson: Because it works.
Eileen Durfee: A way of life, you know.
Spencer Watson: It’s nice and that’s exactly what it is. Part of it is, people are wanting a quick fix, but that's part of the illusion. That's part of our, the culture of advertising that they've conditioned us into, and instead of going, you know, we want a lifestyle change. And if we really want to have a high quality of life, then we need to change the way we live, and start adding in things that are good and letting go of things that are bad. And I like what you say. Start with one thing. You know, you don't have to make a big change overnight, just do a little bit here, a little bit there. Because something is better than nothing, you know.
Eileen Durfee: Right.
Spencer Watson: That’s amazing, and I'm so excited that you're gonna be coming and speaking, and people are gonna be able to pick your brain and just all sorts of good things, because you're just, you're full of such good information. And I think, you know, in my, in my BodyTalk practice, I come across people all day long, who have tried everything. They've exhausted Western medicine, they've exhausted all sorts of different things, and they are looking for something to help them. And what's cool is, these are really simple things that just make sense. You know what makes sense? That light and water and, and getting your back in the right place, and then putting the right things on your skin and right minerals. Simple things makes sense, light, water, and minerals right there. You know, like, that would change. That would change someone's whole world, and their life experience. So, I'm really excited.
Eileen Durfee: And another thing I tell clients, you know, if they're gonna do one thing. If they, if they say, I'm not gonna change anything, but tell me one thing, and I'll do it. Usually, they think it's a pretty hard thing that I tell them to do. But I give them the two-week challenge. I say, do a coffee enema. You know, in 1800s, everybody did them. You know, before, you know, they had prescriptions and everything else. And, you know, in World War II, when Hitler's army was cut off from supplies, they didn't have painkillers, and they were operating on soldiers. And one of the nurses because the doctor would always order a plain water enema.
She started dumping in the leftover coffee from the pot, because after all, it kept the doctor going. And some amazing thing happens where the pain significantly reduced so much so that it became famous, and three universities in Europe, started putting coffee water up rats, you know, and figuring out what was going on. And in 12 minutes, all the caffeine and palmitic acid would go up the portal vein, go to the liver, dilate the bile ducts, increase glutathione 600%, you know, what are people out there, like they're taking glutathione for a supplement, you know. And then it would fill the bloodstream with free radical scavengers, antioxidants, you know, normalize enzyme processes. And so, I would always tell people, you know, when you do the coffee enema, you know, when you lay down and when you get up, it's gonna be a mess, have a catch bucket, you know, and you're not going to be able to hold it for 12 minutes. You're not going to be able to put very much in.
That's okay. Just, you know, go through the process and get your thing down and do it for two weeks, and I will never ask you to do it again. So, I had these clients come up from California, get their hair analysis done. And the husband said, I want that. You know, he bought the coffee enema bag that you can turn inside out and clean. And so, when they came back for the results. I mean, this guy was on prescriptions up the wazoo and had all kinds of symptoms. Just doing the coffee enema got rid of 80% of his problems.
Spencer Watson: Wow! Wow!
Eileen Durfee: And it's like it sells themselves. I had a lady that couldn't even walk down from her front door to the mailbox to get mail. She was pain free enough to walk down and get her mail and stuff just by only doing that. But then, a lot of people can't lay down, right. So, I came up with another gizmo.
Spencer Watson: I love how, I love how you solve these problems.
Eileen Durfee: Because now, you know, because they'll go, oh, I can't lay down. We can buy $300 Clima Board and flip up your toilet and put it down and lay down. But you know, a lot of people don't have $300 for that.
Spencer Watson: Right.
Eileen Durfee: And so, and then I had a smaller one of these bottles. And I had a smaller bottle that was half the size of this. And then people are going, well, I want glass and I want the tube longer because I'm heavy and I can't reach through and, and so now, I've got a glass jar that says, Creatrix Solutions where innovative products come to life. That's our company slogan. And now you can just pump it –
Spencer Watson: Pump it. Pump you right up.
Eileen Durfee: And up in the shower. No laying down. No mess. Yeah, so this is –
Spencer Watson: Really?
Eileen Durfee: This is the packaging that I did. Enema Fix, Problem Solved. Stand up, no mess. It’s FDA-approved. It's got all the little tips and attachments and a travel bag.
Spencer Watson: Wow!
Eileen Durfee: So –
Spencer Watson: You just get in the shower and you plug yourself up and you start pumping it in.
Eileen Durfee: Yep. And then you hold it for as long as you can hold it and then you just step out.
Spencer Watson: Do you get, can you get, do you get less liquid if you're standing up? Or can you get the same amount?
Eileen Durfee: You can get the same amount. And then what I do is, I massage up the ascending and the transverse you know –
Spencer Watson: Right.
Eileen Durfee: As you’re, you know -
Spencer Watson: Work its way down.
Eileen Durfee: Yeah, yeah, yeah. And so, you know, it works. And then more people will do the enema, because that will make a huge difference for someone. You know, and people go, Oh my gosh, your electrolytes must be horrible and this and that. And I was in a car wreck and I had to have a knee surgery. And I was over at physical therapy and they got that new S3 machine that was like on the Dr. Oz Show that you put your hand on and it measures antioxidants. So, Dr. Oz had like 75,000 negative ions. Anything over 60, they're like going, oh, man, you're never gonna get cancer and they use the machine to sell you antioxidants.
So, here I am, you know, just off of painkillers and anesthesia for surgery, and they want me to put my hand on that thing. So, I put my hand on that thing. And I had 80,000 antioxidants circulating. And the guy goes, well, what kind of antioxidants you take. And I said, you know, I don't take any antioxidants. I do a daily near infrared sauna, which increases antioxidants in your body. I do a daily coffee enema which increases that. And you know, and then so I had to have all the bloodwork for the surgery. Everything was like right down the middle. Perfect. I actually ended up getting life insurance from my company.
The agent said, in five years that I've been here, no one's ever qualified for the healthiest class. And I did. And they're going, what do you do? Daily coffee enemas, near infrared saunas, drinking ozonated water. I mean, you know -
Spencer Watson: And what I like about that is, you're, you're probably increasing life expectancy.
Eileen Durfee: Oh, yeah. Yeah, I mean –
Spencer Watson: And not just that. Quality of life.
Eileen Durfee: Quality.
Spencer Watson: Quality of life.
Eileen Durfee: Oh, you feel no pain in your body.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: I mean, I have, there's a Lyme group that they exclusively recommend my sauna. They can actually with Lyme disease, use my sauna on a daily basis and feel like they don't have the disease. It's transformational. People with arthritis. You know, you look at their, their reviews and how their pain melts away. And I mean, it's just, it's just what our body needs. And we live in the 21st century. We're indoors way too much of the time. We're not getting our phototherapy. We are not getting, you know, the fresh air and so we got to compensate, you know, with these tools, you know.
Spencer Watson: Really the key is to enhance your quality of life and to prolong life.
Eileen Durfee: Right.
Spencer Watson: And just supporting the body and doing what it was designed to do. Yeah, I love it. I love all of this. Now, is there anything else you'd like to share with our audience?
Eileen Durfee: Well, I think I've kind of covered it all.
Spencer Watson: Yeah, I think you gave people a really good overview of how vital and important this is. So, thank you. Thank you for spending your time. Thank you for walking us through this. And I hope everyone found a little bit of something, an answer to a question they've had, or maybe even an answer to a question they didn't even realize they had. But just know there's solutions out there. There are solutions to your physical problems or mental problems and it's not, it might be a little different, but different is maybe what we need, because what's happening isn't working. Go ahead.
Eileen Durfee: I thought of one thing when you talked about the mental aspect. People don't realize that the minerals or toxins in your body dictate your emotional states or tendencies. They've done studies like Cook County jail on prisoners, and people with high lead and - were more violent.
Spencer Watson: Yeah.
Eileen Durfee: You know, you've got people that were, you know, gas oxidizers, that had certain, you know, manganese toxicity, and this and that, and they had all these emotional states, like copper toxicity would, you know, have someone be fighting more of depression and things like that. And so, all these minerals and things that are going on in your body, I don't think that there would be any disease if every cell had the right mineral that God designed for that to be there, because then it would function, you know. And so, you know, there's hope as far as you know, that's what I really like about working with clients, infer the receptivity for spiritual growth or prayer, their ability to receive increases, because when you've got these heavy metals and these imbalances in your body, your body energy patterns –
Spencer Watson: They’re chained. There are heavy chains.
Eileen Durfee: And it’s like the energy is like, it leaks out and it, and it. And it just affects so much. But so, when we can get rid of the heavy metals, and put in the preferred minerals, I mean, your body feels lighter, more energetic. The energy flows better. And you're more receptive spiritually.
Spencer Watson: You are.
Eileen Durfee: You know, just -
Spencer Watson: You’re.
Eileen Durfee: … for physical healing, just everything.
Spencer Watson: And that, and that's really a big part of this, because health, quality of life, it’s not just your physical, not just as your mental and emotional, but also your spiritual.
Eileen Durfee: Yes.
Spencer Watson: That's one thing I really appreciate about our friendship and our connection is that spiritual connection, because I think there needs to be more of it. You know, and I think if we were to bring more spirituality into our, the way we take care of our body, the way we take care of our mind. I think we would approach things with so much more reverence and not be so quick to just put anything down us, you know, and just be more, more present with those things. And, you know, I just think, I think it's really important. I think it’s really, really important. So, thank you.
