Why This Bundle

A Sauna Designed Around Movement

1

Long Interior

The full enclosure provides more usable floor length than the Convertible Sauna for yoga, stretching, mobility, and floor-based routines.

2

Adjustable Chamber Size

Install the middle partition for a smaller standing chamber or the ceiling partition for seated use.

3

Active or Passive Use

Use the same system for controlled movement, breathwork, meditation, recovery, or a quiet sauna session.

4

Expandable Heat

Add a second compatible lamp later for broader radiant coverage and higher-temperature configurations.

More room does not mean unlimited exercise intensity. Heat elevates heart rate, increases sweating, and can affect blood pressure and balance. The enclosure is intended for controlled, low-impact activity — not maximal intervals, heavy lifting, unstable balance work, or endurance competition.
Activities That Fit the Space

What you can actually do in this bundle

Hot Yoga and Gentle Flow

Use stable poses, slower transitions, and a clear exit path. Avoid advanced balance work when heat affects steadiness.

Hot Yoga Sauna Guide

Stretching and Mobility

Perform controlled range-of-motion work without forcing joints farther merely because tissues feel warm.

Sauna Stretching Guide

Spinal Fitness and Posture Work

Use stable floor-based or supported exercises appropriate to the available space and your individual program.

Spinal Fitness Program

Walking in Place

Choose a conservative pace and stop before fatigue, dizziness, or loss of coordination develops.

Infrared Sauna Exercises Menu

Resistance Bands

Use light resistance with secure anchors only where permitted. Avoid movements that could strike the lamp or panels.

Mobility Sauna Guide

Breathwork and Recovery

Use the larger enclosure for quiet breathing, meditation, foam rolling, or floor-based recovery.

Choose the Configuration

Configuration for the Session

Configuration Best For How It Changes the Experience
Full tent, one lamp Yoga, stretching, mobility, breathwork, light exercise Maximum movement area with directional radiant exposure and progressive warming
Middle partition Smaller standing sauna chamber Reduces usable length and retains more heat around the user
Ceiling partition Seated sauna sessions Lowers chamber height from approximately 78 inches to 60 inches
Optional second lamp Broader radiant coverage and higher heat Adds another heat source and requires the approved electrical and placement configuration
Bulbs, Spectrum, and Testing

Broad-Spectrum Incandescent Radiant Heat

Sauna Fix bulb-testing information describes output extending approximately from 550 to 3,000 nanometers. This includes visible light, including red, together with near infrared and mid infrared, ending where far infrared begins.

Incandescent bulbs avoid LED drivers and app-controlled electronics, while the fixture uses grounded, shielded wiring as part of an EMF-conscious design.

Temperature Guidance

How Configuration Affects Heat

The full-size enclosure with one lamp is designed primarily for usable movement space and progressive radiant warming. Installing partitions reduces the heated volume and can increase ambient temperature more quickly.

Full Tent, One Lamp

Roomiest active-use setup. Direct radiant warmth begins immediately while the enclosure warms over time.

Partitioned, One Lamp

May reach approximately 145°F under appropriate conditions, depending on room temperature, ventilation, setup, and measurement location.

Optional Two-Lamp Setup

The Hot Exercise Tent may reach approximately 170°F under appropriate conditions when configured and powered correctly.

Exercise intensity should decrease as heat stress increases. A hotter chamber is not automatically a better workout. Use lower intensity, shorter duration, more stable movements, and earlier stopping thresholds than you would in a normal-temperature exercise room. For temperature-specific guidance if you're using this bundle for a heated yoga practice, see the Hot Yoga Sauna guide.
Setup and Use

Getting Started

1

Choose the chamber size

Decide whether the session requires the full movement area, middle partition, or seated ceiling partition.

2

Assemble the frame and panels

Confirm that poles, brackets, zippers, and panels are secure before entering.

3

Position the lamp safely

Follow the current manual and maintain required clearance from panels, cords, skin, hair, and equipment.

4

Confirm the electrical setup

Use the correct bulbs, cord, outlet, voltage, and circuit. A second lamp may require a separate approved circuit arrangement.

5

Clear the floor

Remove trip hazards and use only stable, compatible exercise equipment.

6

Begin below normal workout intensity

Heat changes heart rate, fluid loss, and perceived effort.

7

Keep the exit accessible

Do not block the zipper or place equipment where it interferes with a quick exit.

8

Cool, clean, and dry

Allow the lamp to cool fully and dry the enclosure after use.

Heated Exercise Safety

Better Choices, and What to Avoid

Better Choices Inside the Tent

  • Gentle yoga and stable poses
  • Controlled stretching and mobility
  • Walking in place at a conservative pace
  • Light resistance bands
  • Floor-based breathing and recovery
  • Short, low-intensity cycling only when equipment fits safely

Avoid Inside the Tent

  • Maximal lifting or high-intensity intervals
  • Unstable balance challenges
  • Rapid direction changes
  • Heavy overhead equipment
  • Movements that approach the lamp or strike the panels
  • Training alone when fainting or heat intolerance is a concern

Stop immediately for warning symptoms

End the session for dizziness, nausea, weakness, confusion, severe headache, chest discomfort, an unusual or uncomfortable heartbeat, painful skin heat, shortness of breath, or loss of coordination.

Warranty

Lifetime warranty on the lamp fixture. Every current Sauna Fix® lamp ships with a grounded 3-prong electrical plug and is covered for life on the fixture itself — the sockets, electrical wiring, switch, and electrical cord. Send the lamp in for repair or request replacement parts if service is ever needed; the customer covers round-trip shipping on warranty repairs. Not covered: cross-threading from improper light-guard assembly, or misuse such as crushing, dropping, or bending parts.

1-year limited warranty on the radiant tent. Workmanship, zippers, and sewing are covered for one year under normal use. Not covered: misuse such as ripped zipper binding, bent poles or brackets, fabric punctures, or scorched/melted panels from improper lamp use — never let a heat-lamp bulb rest in direct contact with the tent panels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Home Hot Exercise Bundle best for?

It is designed for customers who want more floor space for controlled yoga, stretching, mobility, breathwork, light exercise, recovery, and passive sauna sessions.

Does the system require preheating?

The lamp begins producing direct radiant warmth immediately. The air, panels, floor, and surrounding enclosure continue warming during the session.

Can I perform a normal high-intensity workout inside?

No. Heat increases cardiovascular and thermal strain. Keep exercise conservative and avoid maximal intervals, heavy lifting, unstable movements, and activities that increase fall risk.

Can two people use the full tent?

The enclosure may have enough physical space for shared use, but both users need safe clearance, an accessible exit, suitable heat tolerance, and appropriate eye protection.

Can I make the chamber hotter?

The included partitions reduce heated volume. A second compatible lamp may provide broader coverage and higher heat when installed with the approved electrical and spacing configuration.

What is the difference between this bundle and the Portable Sauna Bundle?

The Home Hot Exercise Bundle is longer and prioritizes movement space. The Portable Sauna Bundle prioritizes three compact body positions: standing, seated, and lying down.

What is the difference between this and the King Bundle?

This core bundle includes one lamp. The King configuration adds a second lamp and includes additional accessories.

What wavelengths do the bulbs emit?

Published testing describes approximately 550–3,000 nm, including visible light, near infrared, and mid infrared, ending at 3,000 nm where far infrared begins.

Does it emit far infrared?

The published range ends around 3,000 nm, where far infrared generally begins.

Is a Sauna ION Generator included?

No. Air-treatment accessories are sold separately and must be used according to their own instructions.

Can I use exercise equipment inside?

Only equipment that fits safely, remains stable, does not damage the floor, does not block the exit, and maintains required lamp clearance should be considered.

Where can I review testing and assembly information?

Use the Sauna Fix Testing page, Bulb Test Report, and Hot Exercise Tent assembly instructions.

What Customers Say

“I've been using this sauna for many years now. I've had other saunas and they go unused because they lack in many ways compared to this one. The few things about this sauna that put this ahead of the others: 1. Almost no EMFs are emitted from the lights, and it also blocks outside EMF's while you are inside the tent - this is important as you are detoxing and your body is more vulnerable to EMF's and other sauna's are exposing you to harmful EMF's, so you are losing all benefits. 2. The space you have inside the tent is unlike any other sauna. I do full cardio work outs, you can put a stationary bike inside, or do full yoga sessions inside. 3. Instant heat. Instant! You don't have to wait 30-45 minutes for the sauna to heat up like you will with any other set up. I turn it on, and am drenched in sweat within 5 minutes. This was a major selling point for me. With my other saunas, I've had to budget time by making sure my sauna was turned on way before I planned on using it, which just wastes electricity too. 4. The price! If you go look at another sauna that is no/low EMF, and EMF blocking, it costs twice the price, and its half the size as this one(you cannot stand up) If you are here, you've come across the best option available for a sauna. You don't have to look any further. This is the best sauna on the market.”

— Todd S., 2021

“I purchased the sauna this winter and it was a game-changer! I live in Northern Utah in a little town in the mountains. Having the sauna to help me through the winter months was incredible! My energy levels, mood, and overall health significantly improved as I consistently used the sauna and had a breath safe in it with me! My skin transformed and my flexibility increased! I will never go without this incredible device! What I love most about my sauna is its size. We went with the larger model and it fits perfectly in our guest room!”

— Spencer W., 2021

“I'm always looking for products that give me an edge in performance on the mound. Both the neck shaper and sauna have helped drastically, and I use them daily.”

— Tyson Ross, professional baseball pitcher, Texas Rangers, 2021

“I’m so glad I found this sauna! So easy to use and love how I’m feeling already within a week of consistent use. Thank you for creating this product that enables one to take control of their health in such a tangible way.”
