Two main goals:
1) Loosen tight muscles & reduce pain
2) Strengthen in a Correct Neutral Spine for better performance
Back & neck pain

Loosen tight muscles & fix the curve

Flat backs, straight necks, and “tech neck” posture overload the discs, vertebrae, and nerves. The first step is restoring your natural curves so the spine can carry load the way it was designed.

The Back Trac® and Creatrix Foam Rollers have a central groove so the spinous can float while muscles and ligaments relax into alignment. Just a few minutes a day can feel like a deep massage for your spine.

Back & Neck Pain focus

  • Relieve tight lower, mid, and upper back muscles.
  • Restore neck and low-back curves with simple at-home tools.
  • Compact and portable – easy to use at home or on the go.
Athletic performance

Spinal fitness for better movement

Athletic ability improves when the spine has a correct, adaptable curve and joints can move freely. Focusing only on muscle size without posture can limit performance and increase injury risk.

Creatrix exercise tools and PDFs help athletes build strength around a Correct Neutral Spine for more power, better jumping and running mechanics, and fewer injuries.

Athlete toolkit

  • Back Trac® for mid-back alignment and mobility.
  • Power Cushion sit-ups and pelvic tilts for strong lumbar posture.
  • PDF guides for neck, lower back, and core stability.

How it works

From foam rolling to full spinal fitness

The Creatrix system is simple: foam roll to loosen and align, then use spinal fitness exercises to strengthen in your corrected posture.

  1. Step 1 – Foam rolling & release: Use the Back Trac® for 10–20 minutes daily to mobilize the spine from the lumbar to the cervical regions. Then lie over the Neck & Back Foam Rollers for about 20 minutes to stimulate Golgi tendons, muscle spindles, and mechanoreceptors. This deep release helps muscles let go so bones can realign and the spine can naturally redevelop healthy curvature.
  2. Step 2 – Neck flexion: Train neck flexion with your hands or the Neck Shaper® to help restore and maintain the natural cervical curve.
  3. Step 3 – Lumbar & core: Add Power Cushion sit-ups and pelvic tilts to build a strong, stable lower back and core.
  4. Step 4 – Athletic refinement: Use the Core Stability and Athlete Performance PDFs to fine-tune your training and support higher-level performance.
