Shipping & Returns | Terms and Conditions

General Order Processing:

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1 pm Pacific Standard time (PST) are packaged for shipment the same day, except for on U.S. Federal Holidays. A shipping label is printed, but tracking information may not be available until the shipping carrier scans the package. Most packages are picked up by the shipping carrier the following business day after the order is placed.

Shipment Delays:

Creatrix Solutions receives inventory shipments on a weekly basis, and we do our best to sufficient inventory levels on hand in order to fulfill orders placed by the 1 pm PST cutoff. Occasionally, shipments may be disrupted due to weather conditions. If any shipment is delayed for more than 48 hours, due to extenuating circumstances, the customer will receive a delay notification. 

Shipping Providers, Options, Charges, and Restrictions:

Creatrix Solutions ships products worldwide, although some products have restrictions and are not able to be shipped internationally. When a customer places an order, the estimated shipping and delivery information is based on item availability, in addition to the shipping method selected. Based on the chosen shipping provider, the estimated shipping date may show on the shipping quotes page. 

Shipping Providers and Options:

  • USPS: First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express
  • FedEx: FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day, or FedEx Overnight, as well as FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority for International orders
  • DHL Express: Primarily used for International orders

Shipping charges

Shipping charges apply to all orders. Live quotes are available based on delivery address.  Once an order has shipped the shipping fees paid become non-refundable, and the customer becomes responsible to pay for return shipping charges.

Unlimited International Shipping of any order via DHL 

DHL Express is available as a shipping method for International customers during checkout. This method allows customers across the world to receive their orders within 7-10 days, with no restriction on the number of items ordered. DHL Express orders that are placed Monday - Friday by 10 am PST are picked up the same day from the office. DHL orders placed after 10 am PST will ship the next business day.

DHL International shipping restrictions 

Due to customs restrictions, we cannot use DHL Express on orders shipped to Spain, Norway, Thailand, Russian Federation, and Greece.

Save on International shipping with FedEx 

We now offer FedEx International Economy and FedEx International Priority shipping that allows customers to save a significant amount of money on International orders. Please note that your purchase with us only includes the freight cost. You are still responsible for all local import taxes and any brokerage fees such as General Service Tax (GST) and Value Added Tax (VAT) - those will have to be paid before the carrier will be able to deliver your package.

International shipping fees 

WARNING: International countries may assess VAT and Custom Import fees that must be paid BY THE CUSTOMER prior to delivery.

If a customer refuses an international delivery, and does not pay customs VAT, GST, Import Fees or any other taxes, the package will be abandoned and destroyed, and no refund will be given.

Order Tracking:

Customers can track their packages online to anticipate delivery time, and if necessary, contact local authorities to take over the order's delivery. If a package is not claimed and is returned to Creatrix Solutions, the customer will only receive a partial refund due to the costs of shipping, handling, and a restocking fee. 

Damaged, Missing and Non-working items

Claims for any items that are missing, or received damaged or in non-working order, should be made within 14 days of delivery in order to be acceptable for shipping insurance coverage. We require the customer to send pictures of the packaging and damage of the item, as well as to keep hold of all the original packaging and product until further notice. Creatrix Solutions will submit a claim and request that the customer sign a claim form. Failure to meet claim requirements will result in denial of the shipping insurance claim. Creatrix Solutions will not be responsible for the cost of replacement. 

Customer Satisfaction

It is imperative that customers of Creatrix Solutions have the best online shopping experience possible. We only sell what we believe are products of the highest quality in order to balance body chemistry and detoxify heavy metals out of the body's system. Our mission is all about healing, as well as general health and wellness for the whole mind, body, and spirit. 

Our staff will do as much as we can to ensure customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If customers receive an incorrect or defective product, we have the right to correct the issue within 14 days of notification. As long as the product(s) is/are made whole, they can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund excluding shipping.  Otherwise, customers will receive a refund if they receive an incorrect or defective product, as long as they make the request within 30 days (for United States customers) or 45 days (for International customers) of purchase, and provide all the original packaging. If the return is due to company error, and unable to be corrected, Creatrix Solutions will cover the cost of return shipping. 

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted for exchange, coupon code, or refund (minus the shipping and credit card processing fees) on unopened unused items in the original packaging. Only items in brand new condition and packaging are sold to customers, so no returns will be accepted on opened items.

To return an item, login to your account, click the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. A copy of the original Invoice must be included with the package of the returned item(s). We encourage customers to insure their returns, as refunds will only be given to items received in new condition. An e-mail notification will be sent out after the returned product is received and processed. 

No returns will be accepted without the original packaging.

No returns on skincare products due to storage temperature and sanitary reasons.

No returns of products from the Test Strips category will be accepted at this time as all sales are final. 

No returns on enema products.

No returns on supplements between May 15th to September 15th due to extended transportation during summer months.

United States Returns

Unused items should be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns or partial returns will be subject to a $7 processing fee, as well as to any shipping charges incurred by Creatrix Solutions that the customer did not pay for at the time of purchase. 

International Returns

Unused items should be returned within 45 days of purchase. Returns or partial returns will be subject to a $7 processing fee, as well as a restocking fee that is equal to any shipping charges incurred by Creatrix Solutions that the customer did not pay for at the time of purchase. Creatrix Solutions is often charged for the outbound and returned inbound shipping fees on refused International shipments, which reduces the customer’s refund. International customers who choose to cancel an already placed order after the item(s) shipped will receive an extra charge, as the result of International shipping expenses. A restocking fee will also incur to cover the cost. The restocking fee will not exceed actual shipping and packaging costs, or the $7 processing fee.

All Cancelled and Refunded Orders that Utilized a Credit Card Payment Will Be Subject to a Fee

Any credit cards purchases, are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee deduction. On refunded transactions, Merchant Processors do not give us back the 3% transaction fee for credit card payments. So, to avoid losing 3% on cancelled or returned order, the customer will not be refunded that portion of their transaction.
