Tri-Oxy® COMPLETE Water Ozone Generator Manual
The Tri-Oxy® COMPLETE is a portable, intelligent ozone water generator that turns ordinary tap water into ozonated water on demand. Tap water flows through the machine and mixes with ozone gas automatically, instantly, and continuously. This manual covers what it does, its applications, specifications, safety, and warranty.
Using ozonated water to clean feet, rooms, tables, and equipment in a commercial grow.
Ozone is one of the strongest oxidizers. In practical use it is highly effective at disinfection, sterilization, deodorization, and decomposing pesticide residue, and it is an efficient broad-spectrum fungicide. Ozone can kill bacterial propagules and spores, eggs, larvae, viruses, and fungi. The removal rate of Escherichia coli, streptococcus faecalis, and staphylococcus aureus is over 99%, and ozone is effective against H1N1, H1N2, H5N1, and H7N9 flu viruses, hepatitis virus, and cold viruses.
One of the best applications for ozone is to dissolve the gas into water to produce ozonated water. Ozone is unstable in water, producing active monatomic oxygen with a strong oxidizing function that decomposes bacteria and microbial organic matter. Ozonated water also removes unpleasant smells from food, instruments, and plants; it leaves no residue and is toxic-free, so it is widely used in food, agriculture, and animal husbandry.
It is especially beneficial when raising fowl, pigs, horses, and other animals — as animals consume more ozonated water they become more disease resistant. When spraying down pens, insect larvae are destroyed through cell lysing, breaking the life cycle of common mites, fleas, ticks, and lice and reducing the use of miticides and other pesticides.
The Tri-Oxy® COMPLETE is a portable, intelligent ozone water generator designed for disinfection and sterilization in home and commercial settings. Its unique design lets tap water pass through the machine and mix with ozone gas automatically, instantly, and continuously.
High-concentration ozonated water can be used across daily life, food manufacturing, and agriculture. Common methods include spraying, flushing, immersing, and wiping.
| Application | How ozonated water helps |
|---|---|
| Disinfection of hands | Wash hands to disinfect, sterilize, and reduce disease transmission — useful for high-hygiene industries and crowded public places. |
| Water purification | Decomposes and oxidizes impurities, removes residual chlorine, oxidizes heavy-metal ions, increases oxygen, reduces total dissolved solids, and clarifies and decolorizes water. |
| Fruits & vegetables | Decomposes residual pesticides and fertilizers, kills surface bacteria, prolongs freshness, and reduces spoilage. |
| Fish, eggs & meat | Kills germs and harmful microbes, removes residual hormones and antibiotics, improves taste, removes fishy smells, and prolongs freshness. |
| Beauty & health care | Wash face and hair or use in the shower to reduce skin bacteria and dirt and activate epidermal cells. |
| Household & baby products | Disinfect daily goods such as tableware, clothes, and especially children's toys, bottles, and underwear. |
| Oral care | Brush teeth and rinse to reduce bad breath and germs that contribute to gingivitis. |
| Pet disinfection | Clean pets to reduce bacterial, viral, and fungal infections, remove smells, and decrease mite, flea, and lice populations. |
| Household cleaning | Clean living rooms, kitchens, and washrooms to kill bacteria, remove smells, and prevent germ and mold growth. |
| Manufacturing equipment | High-pressure washing kills bacteria and micro-organisms in equipment, pipelines, and packaging containers. |
| Poultry, pig & equine ranches | Clean animals and wash farms to remove odors, kill germs, and decrease cross-contamination and disease transmission. |
| Voltage / power | 110V / 60Hz, 80 Watts |
|---|---|
| Ozone generator | 5 g/hr |
| Inlet water | Tap water, pressure 0.6–1.2 kg/cm², temperature 5–30°C |
| Water flow | 8–20 L/min |
| Ozone concentration | 1–5 ppm |
| Inlet supply hose | No longer than 10 feet for 5/8" hose |
| Outlet supply hose | No longer than 25 feet for 5/8" hose |
| Size / weight | 22 × 27 × 38 cm; 5 kg |
Long hose runs: A booster pump may be required for inlet hoses over 10 feet or outlet hoses over 25 feet — use a 10–15 GPM auxiliary pump with an in-line flow control switch. Where possible, use a smaller-diameter hose for longer distances instead of adding a booster pump.
