Every Neck Shaper is a properly sized cervical roll you lie over to passively encourage the neck’s natural curve. The Soft density is the gentlest support tier — the right entry point if you are new to lying over a curve-restoration roll, prefer a softer feel, or are easing a sensitive back or neck into the practice. Used consistently — brief daily lying in the correct position — the roll gives your spine a repeated reason to hold the shape it was built for. The mechanics behind it: loss of cervical lordosis.

My experience

When I started, I couldn’t lie over the rollers for the full 20 minutes. I began at 5 minutes and worked up as my body stopped guarding.

I still adjust. If I have exerted myself substantially — digging in the garden, a bunch of awkward heavy lifting, or something that wrenched my back — I reduce the roller diameter and soften the density. Some days I swap between three different sizes within a single 20-minute session.
