Warranty on Damaged or Non-Working Items
Claims for items damaged or received in a non-working order must be made within 14 days of package delivery confirmation to qualify for shipping insurance coverage. You must submit pictures of the packaging and damage to the items when making us aware of the problem, and keep all the original packaging and item, until we notify you with further instructions. Then we will submit a claim and require you to sign a claim form. Any failure in meeting these requirements will cause a denial of the shipping insurance claim, and as the Seller we will not be responsible for the cost of replacement.
Any item found to be defective or problematic within 30 days of delivery will be eligible for a prepaid return shipping label back to Creatrix Soultions. After the 30 day period, the customer must pay their own round trip shipping fees for the returned package and replacement shipment, and will be asked to pay for the replacement shipping costs.
When a defective item is eligible for return, it will either be repaired, replaced with a reconditioned unit, or replaced with a brand new unit. If the item is beyond repair or out of stock, the customer may be issued a partial or full refund based on the circumstances and life expectancy of the unit.
If upon inspection, the item is determined to have been accidentally damaged, the customer will be charged for any repairs made or replacement parts acquired.

Sauna Fix Near Infrared sauna lamps
As of February 14, 2019, the Sauna Fix carries a lifetime warranty. This warranty covers the sockets, electrical wiring switch, electrical cord, and any defective welds or threads or nickel finish. The customer may send in the sauna to be fixed, or request replacement parts. The warranty does not cover cross threading due to improper assembly of the light guards, nor does it cover any misuse or abuse of the unit, such as crushing, dropping, or bending parts. The sauna lamp arrives with an extra socket so that, if there is a failure, the customer has the option of avoiding shipping charges by having the socket replaced by an electrician.
Any damages acquired during shipping, such as bent metal or missing parts, must be reported as soon as possible, but in any event not later than specified above in our policy. The customer must also save all the original packaging, provide pictures of the damage so a claim can be made with the shipping company, and sign a claim form. Failure to provide the required items and sign the necessary claim forms eliminates our obligation for damaged product replacement and results in a denial of the shipping insurance claim.
Convertible and Hot Yoga Exercise Sauna Tents
Each radiant sauna tent carries a 3-year limited warranty. The warranty covers the workmanship, zippers, and sewing for normal use. It does not cover misuse of the products, such as ripped zipper binding, bent tent poles or brackets, and tent fabric punctures. It also does not cover scorched or melted panels caused by improper sauna lamp use such as placing a sauna lamp in direct contact with the tent panels, or neglecting to turn off the sauna lamp when exiting the tent.

All the Tri-Oxy brand products carry a 1-year limited warranty. This does not cover accidental damage such as dropping, water damage from back flow into the unit, plugging into incorrect voltage, and rewiring plugs to incorrect polarity. Warranty is voided if the machines show evidence of damage and misuse, such as scratches, missing pieces, or if the machine has been disassembled. It also does not cover continuous use of the PURE machine, which is only designed for intermittent use.
Ion Brite Anion LED light bulbs and the Tri-Oxy Revive
The Ion Brite bulbs have a 1-year warranty, and the Tri-Oxy Revive has a 90 day limited warranty, since we can't warranty against damage from inappropriate handling such as dropping the handle or banging the fragile bulbs around. The Revive's glass tubes are guaranteed for 30 days, since they are fragile and improper use could easily render the tubes inoperable. Breathe Safe Plasma Air Purifier
The Breathe Safe has a 1-year warranty, which does not include the cost of shipping to or from after 30 days. Accidental damage, such as faulty plasma function due to dropping the machine, is not covered under warranty. Upon inspection, it will be determined if damage was caused by misuse; in which case, the customer will be charged for replacement or repair.

Never pour any warm liquid into the jar. Always pour in water first and then warm liquids. The jar is not a coffee mug and will break if you pour coffee directly into the jar. Jar breakage is excluded from your warranty.
