Neck Shaper 2.75" Hard Foam Roller
The patented Neck Shaper roll is a seven (7) inch-long foam roller for the neck used to improve spinal fitness. The neck foam roller is designed with a groove for the spinous to float and supporting edges for the transverse process portion of the vertebrae. While lying over this foam roller, your tight muscles relax and vertebrae can shift into a more desirable location for posture correction. We recommend performing the Back-Twist exercise and lying over both properly sized Neck and Back Shaper rolls to passively encourage ideal curvature.
The Neck Shaper 2.75" diameter lumbar roll is available in three (3) densities: Soft, Medium, and Hard. We recommend everyone start out with the soft density. There are several diameters available, including:
