Neck Shaper 3.50" Medium Foam Roller
This posture corrector and patented Neck Shaper roll is seven (7) inches long and excellent to enhance spinal fitness. It's a foam roller designed with a groove for the spinous to float and supporting edges for the transverse process portion of the vertebrae. While lying over this yoga wheel and lumbar roll, your tight muscles relax and vertebrae can shift into a more desirable location to promote posture correction. We recommend performing the Back-Twist exercise and lying over both properly sized Neck and Back Shaper lumbar rolls to passively encourage ideal curvature.
The Neck Shaper 3.50" diameter roll is available in three (3) densities: Soft, Medium, and Hard. We recommend everyone start out with the soft density. There are several diameters available, including:

My experience
A properly sized Medium neck roll is the workhorse of cervical curve restoration — the density I use in my own evening lying and the one I place under most clients once they are comfortable with the position.
