“We been using the original bio disc that we’ve had for 10 years to structure a 2.5 gallon water container. Our well water has a lot of iron and iron bacteria causes a rotten egg smell. We put the bio disc underneath the container and it seems 8 hours is adequate to restructure the water. Response from Eileen Durfee: Failure is a result of coffee grounds in your water solution. Additionally, the tubing connector to the pump is a trapezoid shape, and the top must be on the top and the bottom on the bottom. Otherwise when pumping you will suck air into the solution and the pump will not work correctly. When people put the tubing connector upside down it stretches it out so it must be put on correctly and then heated up with a hair dryer to shrink the fit so it stops sucking air. When people read and follow the directions and strain coffee grains before using in the solution, the device works and lasts. I’m sorry you weren’t able to make it work for you. Contact us for clear instructions and we’d be glad to send you a pump and tubing set to try when following the directions. Blessings and health!

“We love our sauna. I wanted to wait and try it some before reviewing. First, the not-so-great. The thing is HUGE and we have to squeeze past it just to get into our bedroom. Second, maybe it’s us squeezing past it, but it’s moving bit by bit across our carpet:) But this minor stuff pales before how great this sauna is!! It doesn’t need to be preheated so we’ve used for about 10-15 minutes both in the morning and at night. In the morning, when done, I just jump in the shower. Response from Eileen Durfee: The device uses high frequency and the levels on the meter drop significantly at 40” from your body. Relocate the device to that safe distance and reap the benefits of clean oxygen rich air. The device doesn’t have a CDAR rating because it lacks a fan, however, if you close a room as large as 14’x14’ and go back in after a few hours and see how clean and fresh the air becomes. Response from Eileen Durfee: Lisa reach out to me. The tube fitting that connects to the pump outlet is sucking in air, or coffee grounds are stuck inside the pump. The fix 99% of the time is to remove the hose from the pump outlet then look at the fitting, there is a top and bottom because it is a trapezoid shape. Put the tube fitting back on the pump outlet and firmly press it on and take a hair dryer and heat it up. After the fitting cools it will make a tight seal on the pump outlet and no longer suck air. The only other issue with the pump is if you don’t filter out coffee grounds and debris collects inside the pump. We warranty the pump for 1 year so please trouble shoot and contact us. “I know that you are aware of how much this product costs and that it cannot be returned if it does not work for one. Maybe I did not see that there were herbs and a secret ingredient that the salt was washed with until I read the page that was included in the package with the salt after I had brought it and I received the package. If I would have been aware about what was added I would not have brought the salt. I am not happy that I did not see that anywhere until after I had brought the salt and then used a little of the salt. The salt made me so upset at my stomach and then I got really sick and I will not use it any more. You need to tell people before they buy the product about the extra that was added. A person could have a bad allergic reaction to it and end up in the hospital or worse. I am not happy and I will never use your products again. You are dealing with people that are have sensitivities to things. I still cannot believe that you would do that to customers. So it cost so much money that I need for other things and now what am I supposed to do with it.”

Response from Eileen Durfee: I am sorry that you felt unwell. However, I did want to clarify that the "herbs and secret ingredients" were burned under high flame for days and turned into "ash", so the original items have been transmuted into a different form that are rich in minerals. The directions reference using a toothpick and to start slow. Several customers have contacted me about adverse reactions. Sometimes this happens because the salt has a 10.72 pH, is 20% minerals and has a negative charge. These properties increase detoxification tremendously. Therefore, the more toxic and sensitive customers should start with a speck of salt on a toothpick once a week for a month, then use twice a week for a month, and work up in that manner. Then the connection will be tight and not leak. A whole new hose is not necessary. One day an unordered jar came in the mail with a note that the owner wasn't happy with the amount of essential oils in the previous batch and was sending out replacements. My take-away was that the company pro-actively cares about product quality. If you are on the fence about trying one of their tallow products, my recommendation is to give them a try!”

“Im so sorry to write a terrible review, as I like several of the other products that I have tried from Creatrix (Healthy Salt, Crystal dish, Neck Shaper), but the enema kit has minimal instructions on how to actually use it. I am used to doing enemas the conventional way, but need a little more explanation on how to do this standing up. I figured out how to put the mason jar together, but standing in the shower (as recommended) was a disaster. The jar finally came crashing down off of the tub ledge and shattered all over the large shower floor. It was easy to clean up all the glass in the tile shower, not to mention that this was aa very expensive mason jar at $99 a kit. It would be nice it the company would replace the mason jar, and also give detailed instructions as to how to properly use this so this at this doesn’t happen again. I read through the paperwork a few times, but nowhere does it give specific instructions on how to actually properly use this glass jar for a “stand up” enema. Please advise.”

Response from Eileen Durfee: We will send you a replacement glass jar, and I am sorry that the contract manufacturer forgot to enclose the printed instructions. I dropped the glass jar in the hotel shower and it broke as well. I didn't have the pump completely screwed onto the adapter and the jar separated from the pump and fell. Now I double check that connection so I can safely hold the pump and jar by the finger rest while pumping. Then I put the jar on the shower floor once I have dispensed half the liquid. The hose is extra long so you could even pump the liquid with the jar on the shower floor. Either way, putting or keeping the jar on the floor or a wide bench seat will minimize accidental breakage. Assembly instructions: Open the pump by holding the screw cap with one hand and turning the pump plunger/spout counter clockwise with the other hand. Once you rotate it far enough the plunger will pop-up similar to a shampoo bottle dispenser. Attach the longest draw straw to the inside bottom on the pump, with the diagonally cut end pointed towards the bottom of the jar to siphon up the liquid. Add the finger grip by inserting the draw straw through the center ring of the finger grip. The finger grip should be positioned so the underside contours allow for your fingers to hold the whole Enema Fix while pumping. See the picture of the assembled Enema Fix for the correct finger grip position. Securely screw the pump assembly onto the adapter. Attach the tubing adapter to the pump spigot and it is important to push this connection on tightly. You might need to use a hair dryer to heat the adapter to completely push it on the spigot, if so, let it cool down and shrink to give a leak tight seal. Add your preferred tip onto the end on the tubing adapter. Fill the jar with your preferred enema solution and screw on the jar adapter with pump assembly making sure the gasket is in-between the jar and the adapter. Once you confirm all the connections are securely tightened, with one hand hold the jar handle, with the other hand vigorously pump the plunger up and down with pressure against your fingers on the grip to push out the air and prime the tubing with liquid. You will waste a small amount of fluid to prime the tubing. Then slowly insert the tip, with optional lubrication, and gently pump liquid inside your rectum. Intermittently, I massage up my left side (ascending colon), horizontally across my abdomen (transverse colon), and down my right side (descending colon) to allow the fluid to travel throughout the bowel. Then I take a long shower, about 7 to 10 minutes, or when I get a strong urge to eliminate, I step out of the shower and sit on the toilet. I use a squatty potty stool while on the toilet and massage my abdomen in the reverse direction. Afterwards I jump back in the shower and repeat the process. After you get the replacement jar and implement these instructions please comment on your experience. I love using the Enema Fix and no longer use my $350 Colema Board apparatus. I had a personal, dome-shaped, far infrared sauna from a very well-known company (whose name begins with S) that cost $2,300 in November 2016. We should be sleeping in a completely dark room for proper melatonin release, etc. I am not sure how anyone can put this unit close to their bed at night without the light affecting them. I had to put black tape over the light, and it still shines through. Also, the touch sensitive button can be changed by just bumping it, I think a slide button would be better with a less bright indicator light. “I went through a round of chelation for heavy metals. Afterward I ended up more toxic than when I started. I had high levels of barium cesium , and lead before chelation and thallium was pull out from the chelation. “I purchased the Sauna Fix deluxe package and received it about a week ago (3/14/17). The NIR sauna experience is everything I had hoped for and more. (My 22 year old daughter loves it too.) I started at 20 minutes and worked up to 30. Because of the design and reflective material in the sauna, I have been able to experience profuse sweating in about 5 minutes. I take my saunas in the morning so I can take a shower right after finishing. It is so refreshing and I notice that my skin is already tightening and my sleep is much deeper. I had wanted a NIR sauna for several years and my only regret is that I did not order this sooner. Response from Eileen Durfee: Sorry about all the confusion and delay. We are working on better instructions and video tutorials as well. The tent assembly instructions were in the tent box, and the light panel instructions were in the sauna box in a plastic bag. They might have been thrown out as garbage. All the instructions are posted online as well. We just moved into our new building so all the phones were down as well as our computers. We had all the employees and People Ready loading trucks and trailers full of merchandise and our whole operations. Yesterday was our first day being functional in the new office. We had a few technical difficulties that have been resolved and thank goodness we don't expect to be moving anytime soon! I'm so glad Jaymie got you taken care of! Blessings and Health, Eileen

“I use this unit with a Vornado Portable fan blowing just over top of the five Ion ports... Its fills whatever space its in with that pleasant negative ion vibe which we find anywhere where water is blowing over water such as the beach for "good vibes." Those coming of anti depressants are also advised to get near any area which has abundant negative ion's as it can actually lead to calming the brain. I keep a small toothbrush handy as it seems I need to gently wipe the five metallic spikes one every couple days to get the device up to full flow. One can tell its functioning at optimal levels if you feel an even "cool" sensation just above each round port. With the unit sitting on a flat surface run your hand over the output ports. If you don't feel an even distribution of coolness on each port gently brush off the spikes with a toothbrush! Great product yet again Eileen ! ; >”
