Portable Manual-Pump Enema System

A reusable, stand-up enema kit designed for people who want more control, less complicated setup, and greater portability than a conventional hanging enema bag or gravity bucket.

The Enema Fix Complete Enema Kit combines a manual pump, a one-meter silicone hose, a handled glass jar, a compact BPA-free travel bottle, adapters, draw straws, and flexible tips in one coordinated system. The pump moves liquid through the hose without requiring the container to be suspended from a hook, shower rod, door, shelf, or towel bar.

Keep the container supported on the shower floor, a broad bench, or another stable surface while you control dispensing with gentle manual pump strokes. The extra-long hose provides room to position yourself comfortably without holding a heavy container above the body.

No hanging bag required Manual pump control BPA-free pump and bottle One-meter silicone hose Glass home-use jar Compact travel bottle Flexible tips included Replacement parts available

A More Convenient Alternative to Hanging Enema Equipment

Many home enema systems depend entirely on gravity. A bag or bucket must usually be elevated above the user so liquid can flow downward through the hose. That may require a hook, towel bar, shower rod, door handle, shelf, or improvised support. Container height and clamp position can affect the rate of flow.

Enema Fix uses a different approach. Its manual pump draws liquid from the selected container and moves it through the tubing with each controlled pump stroke. This design reduces dependence on gravity and allows the container to remain low and supported.

1

No Hanging Hook Required

The pump-based system does not normally require an elevated bag or bucket. Place the container on a stable surface and operate the pump by hand.

2

Manual Flow Control

Each pump stroke is controlled by the user. Stop pumping whenever you need to pause rather than reaching for a hose clamp or changing the height of a hanging container.

3

Home and Travel Containers

Use the 1000 ml handled glass jar at home or the compact 600 ml BPA-free bottle when you prefer a lighter, more portable container.

4

Extra-Long Silicone Hose

The one-meter hose provides additional positioning flexibility and helps keep the container supported on the shower floor or a broad bench during use.

5

Flexible Tips Included

The complete kit includes two flexible rectal tips and two flexible vaginal tips. Use only the appropriate tip for the intended application.

6

Replaceable Components

Replacement hose, pump-stem, rectal-tip, glass-jar, and jar-lid products are available so worn components can be refreshed without automatically replacing the entire system.

What Makes the Enema Fix Pump System Different?

Most traditional coffee-enema kits fall into one of two categories: flexible hanging bags or rigid gravity buckets. Both depend on elevation to create flow. Enema Fix replaces that elevated gravity setup with a hand-operated pump and a low, supported container.

This distinction is especially helpful in bathrooms that do not have a convenient hanging point. It may also appeal to users who want to control dispensing one pump stroke at a time instead of adjusting a clamp while lying down.

Feature Enema Fix Traditional Hanging Bag Gravity Bucket
How liquid moves Manual hand pump Gravity through tubing Gravity through tubing
Elevated support needed No, when used on a stable surface Usually Usually

Designed Around Practical Control

The Enema Fix is not simply another bag with different accessories. It changes the way liquid is moved through the system. The manual pump can be paused immediately by stopping the pumping motion, while the long hose allows the container to stay securely supported.

Pump slowly and gently. The pump is not intended to force liquid against pain, blockage, strong pressure, or resistance.

Who May Prefer a Pump-Based Enema Kit?

People Without a Convenient Hanging Point

Bathrooms are not always equipped with a safe hook, sturdy towel bar, or suitable shower rod. Enema Fix can be operated while the container remains on a low, stable surface.

People Who Want Direct Flow Control

A manual pump makes it possible to dispense incrementally and pause simply by stopping the pumping motion.

People Who Want a Glass Home Container

The handled 1000 ml jar provides a reusable, transparent container for home setup and allows the contents to remain visible.

People Who Need a More Portable Option

The included 600 ml BPA-free bottle is smaller and lighter than the glass jar, making it more practical for packing and transport.

People Who Value Replaceable Parts

Frequently used items such as tubing, tips, pump components, jars, and lids can wear or become stained. Compatible replacement parts can extend the usable life of the system.

People Who Prefer Guided Setup

Creatrix Solutions provides a dedicated user manual, setup guidance, replacement-part pages, and educational resources for Enema Fix owners.

Everything Included in the Enema Fix Complete Enema Kit

The complete kit includes the components needed to configure the pump with either the glass jar or the BPA-free bottle. Check every component when the kit arrives and become familiar with the connections before preparing any liquid.

1 BPA-Free Pump

The hand-operated pump draws liquid from the selected container and dispenses it through the hose. The plunger locks for compact storage and must be rotated to release before operation.

1 Pump Draw Straw

The draw straw connects to the underside of the pump and extends toward the bottom of the selected container so the pump can draw the prepared liquid.

1 BPA-Free 600 ml Bottle

The smaller bottle provides a lightweight, compact container option for travel, storage, or lower-volume use.

1 One-Meter Silicone Hose

The long silicone hose provides positioning flexibility and allows the container to remain on the shower floor, a broad bench, or another stable surface.

1 Hose-to-Tip Adapter

This fitting connects the silicone hose to the selected flexible tip. Push each connection on completely and inspect it before priming.

1 Handled 1000 ml Glass Jar

The transparent glass jar is the primary home-use container. It must be protected from impact, drops, rapid temperature changes, and direct contact with hot liquid.

1 Standard Jar Lid

The standard lid can close the jar during storage. It is separate from the adapter used while operating the pump.

1 Long Jar Draw Straw

The long draw straw reaches toward the bottom of the glass jar. The diagonally cut end should face downward so liquid can enter the straw.

1 Jar Adapter

The jar adapter connects the pump assembly to the threaded glass jar. It must be attached evenly and securely before the pump is operated.

1 Jar-Adapter Seal

The seal sits between the jar and adapter to support a secure connection. Make sure it is clean, flat, properly positioned, and undamaged.

2 Flexible Rectal Tips

Two soft rectal tips are included. Use gentle insertion, appropriate lubrication, and professional guidance regarding suitability, insertion depth, volume, and frequency.

2 Flexible Vaginal Tips

Two flexible vaginal tips are included. Use only for the intended application and only when appropriate for your individual situation. Do not interchange used tips.

Before First Use

  • Read the complete user manual.
  • Identify every component and its purpose.
  • Practice assembling the dry, empty system.
  • Inspect the glass jar for chips, scratches, or cracks.
  • Verify that the jar-adapter seal lies flat.
  • Check that the hose fits tightly at both ends.
  • Learn how the pump unlocks, primes, and stops.
  • Establish a stable location for the selected container.

How to Assemble the Enema Fix Kit

Assemble the equipment before filling the container. Working with clean, dry components makes it easier to see whether each fitting is aligned, completely inserted, and securely threaded.

1

Unlock the Pump Plunger

Hold the screw cap securely with one hand. With the other hand, turn the pump plunger and spout counterclockwise. Continue turning until the plunger releases and rises, similar to a shampoo or soap dispenser.

2

Select the Correct Draw Straw

Choose the draw straw that matches the container you plan to use. The longer straw is intended to reach toward the bottom of the glass jar.

3

Attach the Draw Straw

Push the draw straw securely onto the intake fitting beneath the pump. Position the diagonally cut end so it points toward the bottom of the container.

4

Install the Finger Grip

Insert the draw straw through the center ring of the finger grip. Orient the contoured side so two fingers can support the assembly while the thumb presses the pump plunger.

5

Attach the Pump to the Jar Adapter

Screw the pump assembly evenly and securely onto the jar adapter. Avoid cross-threading. Confirm that the pump sits straight and does not wobble.

6

Position the Jar Seal

Place the clean jar-adapter seal flat between the glass jar and the adapter. A twisted, dirty, displaced, or damaged seal may contribute to leakage.

7

Attach the Hose to the Pump

Push the tubing fitting completely onto the pump spigot. The connection must be snug enough to remain secure while priming and pumping.

8

Attach the Selected Tip

Push the appropriate flexible tip securely into the hose-to-tip adapter. Inspect the tip for cracks, rough edges, discoloration, or deformation before use.

9

Fill the Selected Container

Use only a solution, volume, and temperature approved by a qualified healthcare professional familiar with your health history. Never use hot liquid.

10

Secure the Complete Assembly

Screw the adapter onto the jar or bottle evenly. Confirm that the seal is seated and every connection is fully tightened before lifting, moving, or operating the pump.

For the complete operating sequence, review the Enema Fix user manual and the Enema Fix setup guidance before first use.

How to Prime the Hose Before Use

Priming removes air from the fluid path and brings liquid through the hose to the tip. Do not insert the tip before the hose has been primed.

1

Support the Container

Place the jar or bottle on a broad, stable surface. Do not suspend the glass jar by the pump, finger grip, hose, or adapter.

2

Direct the Tip Safely

Hold the tip over a sink, shower floor, or clean collection container. Keep it pointed away from your face and other people.

3

Pump Until Liquid Appears

Operate the plunger repeatedly until air exits the tubing and a steady amount of liquid reaches the tip. A small amount of liquid will be used during priming.

Why Priming Matters

The hose contains air after assembly, cleaning, and storage. Priming replaces that air with liquid before insertion. It also gives you an opportunity to inspect the pump, hose, tip, adapter, and container connections for leakage.

If liquid does not move through the hose, stop and troubleshoot the assembly. Do not respond by pumping forcefully.

General Equipment-Use Sequence

Learn how to do a coffee enema at home → The full step-by-step procedure lives in that guide; the sequence below covers equipment operation only.

This overview explains how the equipment is handled. It is not a personalized medical protocol. The appropriate solution, temperature, volume, frequency, insertion depth, body position, and retention time depend on individual circumstances and professional guidance.

1

Prepare

Wash your hands, inspect all parts, prepare a clean work area, and place the selected container on a broad, stable surface.

2

Assemble and Prime

Confirm every connection, fill the selected container safely, and remove air from the tubing before insertion.

3

Proceed Slowly

Use appropriate lubrication and gentle insertion. Pump slowly. Stop immediately for pain, bleeding, dizziness, pressure, or resistance.

4

Disassemble and Clean

After use, disconnect the reusable parts, wash them according to the manual, rinse thoroughly, and allow them to dry completely.

Never Force Liquid, the Tip, or the Pump

The manual pump gives the user direct control, but that control must be gentle. Stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, significant pressure, bleeding, severe cramping, dizziness, weakness, nausea, or unusual distress.

Do not continue pumping against resistance. Do not assume that more pressure is needed. Seek medical guidance when symptoms or repeated difficulty occur.

Critical Glass-Jar and Temperature Safety

Never Pour Warm or Hot Liquid Directly Into the Empty Glass Jar

Always place water into the jar first. Any warmer liquid must then be added gradually. The included jar is not a coffee mug, brewing carafe, cooking vessel, or heat-resistant laboratory container.

Pouring hot coffee or another hot liquid directly into an empty or cool jar can create thermal shock and cause the glass to crack or break. Jar breakage caused by heat shock, dropping, impact, or improper handling is excluded from warranty coverage.

Inspect the Glass Before Every Use

  • Look for chips around the rim and handle.
  • Check for hairline cracks or impact marks.
  • Inspect the base for scratches or damage.
  • Do not use a jar that has been dropped.
  • Do not use glass that makes unusual cracking sounds.

Keep the Jar Supported

  • Use the shower floor or a broad bench.
  • Avoid narrow shelves or unstable stools.
  • Do not suspend the jar from the pump.
  • Do not carry a filled jar by the finger grip.
  • Keep the hose from pulling the jar toward an edge.

Confirm the Threaded Connections

  • Make sure the seal is correctly positioned.
  • Screw the adapter on evenly.
  • Do not cross-thread the adapter.
  • Confirm the pump is fully attached.
  • Recheck connections before every session.

Avoid Sudden Temperature Changes

  • Do not place a cold jar in hot water.
  • Do not pour hot liquid into a cool jar.
  • Do not place a warm jar on a cold surface.
  • Do not use the jar in a microwave or oven.
  • Allow the jar to return to room temperature gradually.

Cleaning, Drying, and Routine Maintenance

Proper cleaning helps prevent residue, odor, staining, contamination, and premature component wear. Clean the equipment promptly after use rather than allowing material to dry inside the hose, pump, draw straw, adapter, or tip.

Disassemble Promptly

Separate the container, pump, draw straw, hose, adapter, seal, and tip so hidden surfaces and connection points can be cleaned.

Follow Material-Specific Instructions

Use the cleaning methods specified in the Enema Fix manual. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive tools, or excessive heat that could damage the pump, seals, tubing, or tips.

Flush the Fluid Path

Run the approved cleaning solution and rinse water through the draw straw, pump, hose, fitting, and tip so residue is removed from the complete pathway.

Rinse Thoroughly

Remove all visible residue and cleaning material from the jar, bottle, pump components, hose, adapters, seal, and selected tip.

Dry Completely

Allow parts to air-dry separately in a clean location. Moisture trapped inside tubing, a closed bottle, or an assembled pump can encourage odor or microbial growth.

Store Disassembled

Store clean, dry components where they are protected from dust, children, pets, crushing, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, and accidental contamination.

Inspect These Wear Areas Regularly

  • Both ends of the silicone hose
  • Hose-to-pump and hose-to-tip fittings
  • Pump stem and plunger movement
  • Draw-straw connection points
  • Jar-adapter threads
  • Jar-adapter seal
  • Tip surface and flexibility
  • Bottle threads and shape
  • Glass rim, handle, base, and sidewalls

Common Setup and Pump Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause What to Check
Pump plunger will not rise The pump may still be locked. Hold the cap and rotate the plunger counterclockwise until it releases.
Liquid does not enter the hose Draw straw disconnected, wrong straw used, straw positioned incorrectly, or pump not primed. Confirm the straw is secure and reaches the liquid with its diagonally cut end facing down.
Air continues moving through the hose Liquid level may be too low or an intake connection may be loose. Check the liquid level, draw straw, pump connection, adapter, and seal.
Liquid leaks around the jar adapter Seal displaced, adapter cross-threaded, threads dirty, or connection insufficiently tightened. Stop, empty the system safely, clean and reposition the seal, and reattach the adapter evenly.
Hose slips off the pump The hose fitting may not be pushed on fully or may be worn. Reattach it completely. Replace worn tubing or fittings rather than improvising a repair.
Pump feels difficult to press A blockage, kink, closed pathway, damaged component, or excessive resistance may be present. Stop pumping. Inspect the complete system. Never increase force to overcome resistance.
Liquid flow is intermittent Air may remain in the hose, the straw may lift above the liquid, or tubing may be kinked. Reposition the straw, straighten the hose, support the container, and prime again.
Coffee staining remains in the hose Repeated use can discolor tubing even after cleaning. Replace tubing that cannot be adequately cleaned or inspected.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Enema Fix Kit

What is the Enema Fix Complete Enema Kit?

It is a reusable manual-pump enema system that includes a handled glass jar, a BPA-free bottle, silicone hose, pump, draw straws, adapters, seals, two flexible rectal tips, and two flexible vaginal tips.

How does Enema Fix differ from a hanging enema bag?

A hanging bag relies on gravity and must usually be elevated above the body. Enema Fix uses a manual pump, allowing the container to remain on a stable low surface while liquid is dispensed through controlled pump strokes.

Does Enema Fix require a shower hook or towel bar?

No. The pump-based design does not normally require the container to be hung. Keep the jar or bottle on a broad, stable surface.

Does the kit include both a glass jar and a plastic bottle?

Yes. The complete kit includes a 1000 ml handled glass jar and a compact 600 ml BPA-free bottle.

Which container is best for travel?

The 600 ml BPA-free bottle is lighter and more compact than the glass jar. Clean and dry all components completely before packing them.

How long is the included hose?

The included silicone hose is approximately one meter long, providing room to keep the container on the floor or another stable surface.

Why must the hose be primed?

Priming removes air from the tubing, brings liquid to the tip, and provides an opportunity to identify leakage before insertion.

How much liquid is lost while priming?

A small amount is normally used to fill the draw straw, pump, hose, adapter, and tip. The exact amount depends on the assembly and hose position.

Can I stop dispensing during use?

Yes. Stop operating the pump whenever you need to pause. Never continue pumping against pain, pressure, blockage, or resistance.

Should the pump be operated forcefully?

No. Use slow, gentle strokes. Greater force should not be used to overcome a blockage, kink, pain, pressure, or resistance.

Can the glass jar be held by the pump assembly?

The jar should not be suspended from the pump, finger grip, hose, or adapter. Keep it supported on the shower floor, a broad bench, or another stable surface whenever practical.

Can I pour hot coffee directly into the glass jar?

No. The jar is not a coffee mug or heat-resistant brewing vessel. Never pour warm or hot liquid directly into an empty or cool jar. Place water in the jar first and add warmer liquid gradually while avoiding unsafe temperatures.

Why can the glass jar break?

Glass may break from impact, dropping, scratches, chips, cross-threading, excessive mechanical stress, or sudden temperature changes known as thermal shock.

Is accidental jar breakage covered by the warranty?

Breakage caused by dropping, impact, pouring hot liquid into the jar, thermal shock, or improper handling is excluded from warranty coverage.

What should I inspect before every use?

Inspect the glass jar, bottle, pump, stem, draw straw, hose, fittings, adapter, seal, threads, and selected tip. Do not use components that are cracked, damaged, deformed, loose, rough, or difficult to clean.

Are replacement hoses available?

Yes. A replacement hose with integrated fittings is available for the Enema Fix system.

When should I replace the hose?

Replace it when it is cracked, hardened, permanently stained, loose at a fitting, difficult to clean, internally contaminated, or otherwise damaged.

Can I replace only the pump stem?

Yes. A compatible replacement pump-stem product is available separately.

Are replacement rectal tips available?

Yes. A soft flexible rectal tip compatible with the Enema Fix tubing system is available separately.

Can more than one person share the same tips?

Tips should not be shared. Cross-contamination is possible even when an item appears clean. Separate equipment is the safer approach.

Can the rectal and vaginal tips be interchanged?

Use only the tip intended for the selected application. Do not interchange used tips between body areas.

How should the equipment be cleaned?

Disassemble the system and use the material-specific cleaning procedure in the Enema Fix manual. Flush the complete fluid path, rinse every component thoroughly, and allow all parts to dry completely.

Should the kit be stored assembled?

Store the components clean, dry, and preferably disassembled so moisture is not trapped inside the pump, tubing, bottle, or closed jar.

What type of lubricant should be used?

Use only an appropriate lubricant compatible with the tip material and approved for your intended use. A qualified healthcare professional can provide individualized guidance.

What liquid temperature is appropriate?

Follow qualified professional guidance and verify the temperature before use. Never use hot liquid because burns and tissue injury are possible.

Can the Enema Fix kit be used with plain water?

Use only a solution, water source, volume, and temperature approved for you by a qualified healthcare professional. Plain water is not automatically appropriate for every person or situation.

Can the Enema Fix kit be used for coffee enemas?

The equipment is marketed for coffee-enema use. However, coffee-enema benefits have not been established through adequate clinical evidence, and adverse effects have been reported. Obtain medical guidance before use.

Do coffee enemas detoxify or cleanse the liver?

There is insufficient clinical evidence to establish that coffee enemas detoxify or cleanse the liver. This page does not make that medical claim.

Are claims about increased bile flow proven in humans?

Claims about bile flow are often based on historical theories or animal research. They should not be presented as established clinical benefit in humans.

What risks have been associated with coffee enemas?

Published reports describe risks including burns, rectal or colon inflammation, infection, dehydration, electrolyte disturbance, and other serious complications.

What symptoms mean I should stop immediately?

Stop for sharp or worsening pain, significant pressure, bleeding, dizziness, faintness, severe cramping, nausea, weakness, fever, breathing difficulty, palpitations, or unusual distress.

Who should obtain medical advice before using an enema?

Anyone with gastrointestinal disease, rectal bleeding, recent abdominal or bowel surgery, pregnancy, dehydration, electrolyte problems, heart or kidney disease, immune compromise, serious illness, or prescription-medication concerns should obtain individualized medical advice. This is not a complete list.

Can Enema Fix be used with ozonated water?

Do not use ozonated water without specific professional guidance. Ozone concentration, equipment operation, material compatibility, ventilation, and personal medical suitability all require careful consideration.

Can coffee and ozone be combined?

Do not ozonate coffee or combine coffee and ozone protocols without qualified professional direction. Creatrix Solutions discusses ozonated water separately in its educational materials.

Is Enema Fix a medical treatment?

No medical-treatment claim is made on this page. The product is presented as home-use enema equipment and is not intended here to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

What does final sale mean?

Because this is a sanitary-use product, it is not eligible for return. Review the complete product details and current store policies before purchasing.

Where can I find full operating instructions?

Use the linked Enema Fix user manual and setup-guidance page. Read the manual completely before first use and keep it available for future reference.

— Kellie F., 2025 · verified buyer

“Very easy to use! I was skeptical at first, figured too good to be true but it really is easy to use. The only thing I would suggest is some li d of holder for the hose for in between enemas if you have to do it twice. No great place to put it to keep it clean.”

— Marianne C., 2025 · verified buyer

“Instructions are outstanding and very easy to use. Love the glass bottle and the pump.”

— Angie B., 2025 · verified buyer

“I loved the enema kit. It has made doing enemas much easier. I do question tbe price of the kit at $100 when yoi look at the materials that create it...especially now since I poured the coffee into the jar, even after it sat for quite a while, the jar shattered. I tried to screw the lid enema kit lid onto a regular or wide mouth mason jar and of course it fits neither. I had the coffee in a mason jar before it shattered the jar that came with the kit and it was fine in the glass of the mason jar. Came back here to see fo there is a replacement one for sale and no there is not.”

— Nicole B., 2024

— Dena H., 2021 · verified buyer

“For starters, I travel alot, and having to carry around the larger enema bucket has always been what I had to do, until I came across this. Its much more compact and really easy to use. This is the perfect answer for anyone who travels and wants to continue their enema protocol. All the equipment is heavy duty. I often still use this over my regular enema bucket when I'm back home, just because of how much easier this one is to use.”

“Im so sorry to write a terrible review, as I like several of the other products that I have tried from Creatrix (Healthy Salt, Crystal dish, Neck Shaper), but the enema kit has minimal instructions on how to actually use it. I am used to doing enemas the conventional way, but need a little more explanation on how to do this standing up. I figured out how to put the mason jar together, but standing in the shower (as recommended) was a disaster. The jar finally came crashing down off of the tub ledge and shattered all over the large shower floor. It was easy to clean up all the glass in the tile shower, not to mention that this was aa very expensive mason jar at $99 a kit. It would be nice it the company would replace the mason jar, and also give detailed instructions as to how to properly use this so this at this doesn’t happen again. I read through the paperwork a few times, but nowhere does it give specific instructions on how to actually properly use this glass jar for a “stand up” enema. Please advise.”

Response from Eileen Durfee: We will send you a replacement glass jar, and I am sorry that the contract manufacturer forgot to enclose the printed instructions. I dropped the glass jar in the hotel shower and it broke as well. I didn't have the pump completely screwed onto the adapter and the jar separated from the pump and fell. Now I double check that connection so I can safely hold the pump and jar by the finger rest while pumping. Then I put the jar on the shower floor once I have dispensed half the liquid. The hose is extra long so you could even pump the liquid with the jar on the shower floor. Either way, putting or keeping the jar on the floor or a wide bench seat will minimize accidental breakage. Assembly instructions: Open the pump by holding the screw cap with one hand and turning the pump plunger/spout counter clockwise with the other hand. Once you rotate it far enough the plunger will pop-up similar to a shampoo bottle dispenser. Attach the longest draw straw to the inside bottom on the pump, with the diagonally cut end pointed towards the bottom of the jar to siphon up the liquid. Add the finger grip by inserting the draw straw through the center ring of the finger grip. The finger grip should be positioned so the underside contours allow for your fingers to hold the whole Enema Fix while pumping. See the picture of the assembled Enema Fix for the correct finger grip position. Securely screw the pump assembly onto the adapter. Attach the tubing adapter to the pump spigot and it is important to push this connection on tightly. You might need to use a hair dryer to heat the adapter to completely push it on the spigot, if so, let it cool down and shrink to give a leak tight seal. Add your preferred tip onto the end on the tubing adapter. Fill the jar with your preferred enema solution and screw on the jar adapter with pump assembly making sure the gasket is in-between the jar and the adapter. Once you confirm all the connections are securely tightened, with one hand hold the jar handle, with the other hand vigorously pump the plunger up and down with pressure against your fingers on the grip to push out the air and prime the tubing with liquid. You will waste a small amount of fluid to prime the tubing. Then slowly insert the tip, with optional lubrication, and gently pump liquid inside your rectum. Intermittently, I massage up my left side (ascending colon), horizontally across my abdomen (transverse colon), and down my right side (descending colon) to allow the fluid to travel throughout the bowel. Then I take a long shower, about 7 to 10 minutes, or when I get a strong urge to eliminate, I step out of the shower and sit on the toilet. I use a squatty potty stool while on the toilet and massage my abdomen in the reverse direction. Afterwards I jump back in the shower and repeat the process. After you get the replacement jar and implement these instructions please comment on your experience. I love using the Enema Fix and no longer use my $350 Colema Board apparatus. I just use a few different tactics to keep from dropping the glass jar. Blessings and Health, Eileen Durfee
