Inspect the Jar Rim
Confirm the rim is clean, dry, smooth, and free of chips, cracks, oil, powder, food residue, or dried liquid.
Inspect the Silicone
Make sure the silicone sealing component is clean, flat, undamaged, and positioned evenly inside the lid.
Align the Lid Straight
Place the lid level on the jar. Starting at an angle may cause cross-threading or an uneven closure.
Tighten Evenly
Turn until the lid is snug and seated evenly. Do not overtighten or force a lid that does not thread correctly.
Test the closure before carrying liquids

Important Glass-Jar Safety
The replacement lid does not make the jar heat resistant
Never pour hot or warm liquid directly into an empty glass jar
The Creatrix Solutions® glass jar is not a heat-resistant coffee mug. Sudden temperature change can create thermal shock and may cause the glass to crack or break.
Add room-temperature or cool water first. Then slowly add any warmer liquid while gently mixing. Jar breakage caused by direct hot- or warm-liquid exposure, impact, dropping, or misuse is excluded from warranty coverage.
Allow the jar and contents to cool before installing the lid. Closing warm contents may create pressure as the temperature changes.
Cleaning and Care
Separate, wash, rinse, and dry the lid completely
Remove the Lid
Remove the lid from the jar after use and separate the silicone component when the design permits.
Wash Gently
Use warm—not excessively hot—water, mild soap, and a soft sponge or cloth.
Clean Edges and Threads
