The use of hat slows down thermal heat loss from the head, which in turn raises the body's core temperature more quickly for maximum benefits. The hat is absorbent to wick away sweat from the sauna and carefully crafted with our exclusive custom milled organic bamboo 80%/cotton 20% 528gm m3 fleece. This fleece does not stop heat exposure to the head completely, but does reduce brain tissue mitochondria activation, so light tissue generated heat is reduced.
