Rotate side-to-side. Steady rotation of the body while using the sauna promotes beneficial blood shunting. Response from Eileen Durfee: Sorry about all the confusion and delay. We are working on better instructions and video tutorials as well. The tent assembly instructions were in the tent box, and the light panel instructions were in the sauna box in a plastic bag. They might have been thrown out as garbage. All the instructions are posted online as well. We just moved into our new building so all the phones were down as well as our computers. We had all the employees and People Ready loading trucks and trailers full of merchandise and our whole operations. Yesterday was our first day being functional in the new office.
