How the lamp works
The Sauna Fix® lamp uses incandescent heat-lamp bulbs that emit a broad, continuous spectrum — visible red light through near and mid infrared — along with direct radiant warmth. Unlike a single-wavelength LED panel, the incandescent bulbs deliver many wavelengths at once, together with the heat that makes a session feel like a sauna rather than a light treatment.

- Use the rope ratchets and metal chains, hooks, and loops to suspend the lamp securely.
- Adjust the height so you sit roughly 18–30 inches from the bulb surfaces.
- Rotate during your session for more even exposure.
- Wear the IR Guardian glasses while the lamp is on.
The lamp can be used on its own as a radiant near-infrared source, or paired with a radiant sauna tent — such as the Convertible Radiant Tent — which retains heat and creates a hotter, more contained sauna environment. When you’re done, the travel bag and pouches keep the lamp, glasses, and hanging hardware together for storage or travel.

Warranty
Lifetime warranty on the lamp fixture. Every current Sauna Fix® lamp ships with a grounded 3-prong electrical plug and is covered for life on the fixture itself — the sockets, electrical wiring, switch, and electrical cord. If service is ever needed, send the lamp in for repair or request replacement parts; the customer covers round-trip shipping on warranty repairs.
The warranty does not cover cross-threading from improper light-guard assembly, or damage from misuse such as crushing, dropping, or bending parts. Own an earlier-generation 2-prong fixture from before the current grounded design? Those fall outside the warranty, and our lamp rebuild service can restore them for a fee.

How far should I sit from the lamp?
About 18–30 inches from the bulb surfaces. Rotate periodically for even exposure and end the session before the heat becomes uncomfortable.
Safety: a near-infrared heat lamp gets hot. Keep the recommended distance, wear the included glasses, stay hydrated, and end your session if you feel dizzy, overheated, or unwell. Follow the product instructions for setup and use.

“I like the fact that this is a good solid unit. I wanted to hang it in my shower, but it didn't work out for me, my shower is too small. I ended up hanging it on a portable stand I made out of PVC. I think if GHN can come up with a portable stand that is adjustable, that would solve a problem for people that don't have the space for a tent or shower. Otherwise, a solid lframe. Also, like the protective glasses, most companies miss this important protective factor.”

“I went through a round of chelation for heavy metals. Afterward I ended up more toxic than when I started. I had high levels of barium cesium , and lead before chelation and thallium was pull out from the chelation. The infrared setup was much less expensive than another round of chelation and has been reported to be more effective and safe. The setup is sturdy and simple to use. I bought some Mylar insulation that comes in rolls and wrapped it around me in the shower. I'm noticing the rash I had developed has disappeared.
