➔ Ease into it. If you're new to sauna therapy, start with only 5 minutes of sweating. Gently wipe sweat off during your session and exit. Gradually work your way up to 20-minute sessions as your body strengthens.
➔ Rotate your body every 5 minutes. While seated on the provided stool, gently rotate your body to face different directions toward the lamps. This promotes extensive blood pooling, helping deliver oxygen and nutrients while carrying away cellular waste.
➔ Gently dry-brush before you begin. Use light, gentle strokes toward your heart before entering the sauna to awaken your lymphatic system and enhance detoxification — never use harsh or abrasive strokes.

➔ Shower immediately after. Rinse your body with clean water (and natural soap, if available) as soon as possible after sweating, to wash off released toxins and prevent skin reabsorption.
➔ Hydrate deeply. Drink clean, mineral-rich water before and after every sauna. Adding electrolytes can further support optimal cellular detox and recovery.
