Passive Spinal Exercise with Foam Rollers

Other foam rolls crunch the spinous and lack design features to remold the spinal column. Our rolls act like a spinal support brace with a specialized groove to guide the lumbar and cervical vertebrae. The groove supports the vertebrae transverse process while simultaneously letting the spinous float. The body's weight in the supine (lying position) over strategically positioned rolls relieves tight muscles so the vertebrae can shift and settle into a healthier position and curvature.

Why Shape is Important
