Give an Older Sauna Fix® Lamp a Complete Electrical Rebuild
Sauna Fix® lamps purchased before February 15, 2019 are no longer covered by the original warranty, but they may qualify for our complete out-of-warranty rebuild service.
We remove the old electrical components and install new shielded grounded wiring, heat shield tubing, ceramic sockets, and a heavy-duty power cord with an upgraded switch.
Turnaround: After your lamp is received, rebuilding and return shipment may take up to 14 days.
This rebuild service is intended for Sauna Fix® lamp owners whose original lamp warranty has expired and who want the electrical system professionally restored instead of attempting a repair themselves.
The service is especially useful when sockets, internal wiring, the power cord, or the switch show signs of wear, damage, or unreliable operation.
The lamp frame and metal structure must still be suitable for rebuilding and free from mold contamination.
The socket assemblies are replaced with ceramic components designed for repeated high-temperature lamp use.
New internal wiring is installed to restore the lamp's grounded and shielded construction.
Heat-resistant tubing protects wiring routed near high-temperature bulb and socket areas.
The external cord is replaced with a heavier-duty shielded grounded cord assembly.
The rebuild includes an upgraded switch for more dependable on-and-off operation.
Components are installed, routed, secured, inspected, and tested before the lamp is returned.
The replacement electrical components used in the rebuild are selected for high-temperature service and are rated for temperatures up to 300°F.
Properly installed high-temperature sockets, wiring protection, grounded wiring, and a heavy-duty cord are intended to provide long service life under normal Sauna Fix® operating conditions.
Service life depends on proper use: Bulb wattage, voltage, ventilation, cord routing, handling, storage, and maintenance all affect long-term performance.
After completion of the paid rebuild service, the rebuilt lamp carries a lifetime warranty for the original purchaser of the rebuild service, provided proof of purchase is retained.
The warranty applies only to the person who purchased the rebuild and is not transferable if the lamp or sauna system is later sold, gifted, or transferred to another owner.
The lifetime rebuild warranty ends when ownership of the lamp transfers to another person.
Complete payment before shipping the lamp.
Allow the lamp to cool fully, then remove all four heat lamp bulbs.
Do not include chains, ratchets, protective glasses, or other detachable accessories.
Check the lamp, cord, guards, frame, and travel bag carefully for visible or suspected mold.
Add the original purchase invoice or a clearly written sheet with your name, return address, phone number, and email address.
You may place the lamp inside its travel bag for protection. The repaired lamp will be returned in the bag if it is included.
Use a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent bending, impact, or movement during transit.
Use a trackable and insured shipping method and retain your receipt and tracking number.
Include identification inside the box. A shipping label alone may be damaged or separated from the package contents.
Rebuild turnaround may take up to 14 days from the date the lamp is received at the Creatrix Solutions facility.
Once the rebuild is complete and the lamp is prepared for return shipment, you will receive a FedEx tracking email.
Transit time is separate: The 14-day rebuild period does not include the time required for your shipment to reach us or for the repaired lamp to travel back to you.
Do not ship a lamp with visible or suspected mold contamination. Mold-contaminated lamps create a health and facility-contamination risk and cannot be accepted for rebuild.
If a lamp with mold contamination is shipped to Creatrix Solutions, it will not be repaired or returned. The lamp will be destroyed, and the amount paid for the rebuild service will be retained as a disposal and handling fee.
No refund will be issued for a mold-contaminated lamp.
Cleaning the exterior does not make a mold-contaminated electrical fixture safe to ship or rebuild if contamination remains inside the lamp.
