Tri-Oxy FRESH was a compact tabletop ozone generator with an output of 800 mg/hr. Later versions included an internal fan, remote control, intermittent timing functions, and a 50–60 micron diffuser stone with stainless steel barb.
Although the unit is discontinued, Creatrix Solutions continues to provide access to support information, manuals, and compatible accessories for customers who already own the machine.

What Is Ozone?
A reactive form of oxygen used for short-term oxidation
Ozone, or O₃, is made of three oxygen atoms. The FRESH machine generated ozone gas, which could be transferred into water through compatible tubing and a diffuser stone.
Dissolved ozone reacts quickly with susceptible microorganisms, odors, and selected organic compounds, then naturally breaks down over time. Because ozone does not remain stable in water, freshly prepared ozonated water should be used promptly.
Do not intentionally inhale ozone gas
Ozone gas can irritate the respiratory system. Use ventilation, keep ozone away from the breathing zone, and follow the original FRESH manual.

Basic Water-Ozonation Setup
Connect the tubing and diffuser according to the original manual
1. Place the Unit Safely
Set FRESH on a stable, dry tabletop away from water and splashing.
2. Connect Compatible Tubing
Attach ozone-compatible tubing securely to the ozone outlet.
3. Attach the Diffuser
Connect the diffuser and place it near the bottom of the water container.
4. Operate as Directed
Use the manual’s timing instructions and use the ozonated water promptly.
Maintenance and Care
Regular inspection helps keep a legacy FRESH system working properly
Inspect Tubing
Check tubing for cracking, cloudiness, stiffness, loosened connections, or odor. Replace degraded tubing with compatible material.
Clean the Diffuser
Mineral buildup can reduce bubble output. Clean or replace the diffuser according to the accessory instructions.
Keep the Unit Dry
Never allow water to enter the generator. Keep the housing, controls, cord, and ventilation openings dry.
Protect Airflow
Keep vents clear of dust and obstruction so the internal fan can cool the unit properly.
Check Connections
Push tubing fully onto fittings and verify that connections are secure before each use.
Store Properly
Store the dry unit and accessories away from extreme heat, cold, moisture, and direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
Common issues to check before requesting support
No Bubbles in the Water
- Confirm tubing is connected to the ozone outlet
- Check for kinks, loose connections, or splits
- Inspect the diffuser for blockage
- Verify that the selected timer or mode is active
Reduced Bubble Output
- Clean or replace a mineral-clogged diffuser
- Replace stiff or degraded tubing
- Shorten unnecessary tubing length
- Check that fittings are fully seated
Unit Becomes Hot
- Turn the unit off and allow it to cool
- Make sure ventilation openings are clear
- Do not cover the machine during operation
- Stop use if the unit smells burned or behaves abnormally
Remote Does Not Respond
- Check or replace the remote battery
- Aim the remote toward the unit
- Remove obstructions between the remote and machine
- Use the unit controls if available
Do not open or electrically modify the unit
Stop using FRESH if the cord, plug, housing, fan, or internal electrical components appear damaged. Electrical repairs should be handled by a qualified person.
