What is in the set
The rollers in this set are blue. Colour tells you the density at a glance across the Neck and Back Shaper rolls: blue is soft, orange is medium, maroon is hard.
The Neck Shaper and Back Shaper Foam Rollers are excellent patented posture correctors used to help enhance spinal fitness. Every yoga roller is seven (7) inches long and is designed with a groove to allow the spinous to float. There are also supporting edges for the transverse process portion of the vertebrae. As a person lies on one of these foam rollers, they will feel their tight muscles relax as the vertebrae shifts into its proper posture.
There are several different densities (soft, medium, hard) and diameters (2.75", 3.00", 3.25", 3.50", 3.75") of each foam roller. We strongly recommend you purchase the sizing kit to determine which one is ideal for you to start out with. After you are experienced with your initial size of foam roller, you can gradually increase the diameter and density while your body's curvature improves.
This specific bundle set comes with all of the soft-density Neck Shaper Foam Rollers and all of the Back Shaper Foam Rollers in each possible size.

My experience
When I started, I couldn’t lie over the rollers for the full 20 minutes. I began at 5 minutes and worked up as my body stopped guarding.
I still adjust. If I have exerted myself substantially — digging in the garden, a bunch of awkward heavy lifting, or something that wrenched my back — I reduce the roller diameter and soften the density. Some days I swap between three different sizes within a single 20-minute session.

Use it safely: Lying over a roll should never cause pain, numbness, tingling, dizziness or a jammed feeling — if it does, stop and check your size with the Sizing Kit. Clear it with your healthcare provider first if you have an injury, osteoporosis, or a spinal condition.
About self-skinning foam: Each roller is molded with a durable self-skinning surface. Slight color variation, faint lines, small surface imperfections, and tiny bubbles are natural characteristics of the self-skinning foam manufacturing process — they are cosmetic, unique to each piece, and do not affect performance or durability.

Are the two rolls the same size?
No — the neck and low back have different curves, so each roll is sized to its own measurement from the Sizing Kit.
Why one density for both?
Soft suits both curves the same way it suits each individually — the gentlest learning tier for both curves at once. Progressing later? The density sets cover that path.
