Complement your near infrared sauna therapy with this fabulous organic cotton bamboo rug. The high-quality, thick fabric is super absorbent and can retain all the sweat from a sauna session. This helps protect the floor or the bamboo mat (included with purchase of sauna tent), if used, from moisture.

The rug is hand-sewn in America with 100% cotton binding and 10-inch cotton ties that allow it to be attached to the frame of the tent. It is easy to rotate your body and move about the tent without the rug moving. This smaller rug is appropriately sized to fit inside the Convertible Tent for a sit-down or stand-up sauna and can also be partitioned off for use with the Hot Exercise Tent. The large rug fits well inside for a lie-down sauna.

The quality and thickness of this rug cannot be found anywhere else. Just two layers of this rug's fabric are the same thickness as three layers of fleece sold by most fabric outlets. The fluffy and soft fleece is made from custom mill organic bamboo fleece weighing 528 grams per square meter. It is 80% organic bamboo and 20% organic cotton, for a 100% organic bamboo and cotton fleece blend. The material is certified organic and has also passed a flammability test. The material does not have any feelings of roughness, unlikemost bamboo fabrics, due to the stone-washed manufacturing process. No harmful substances are in the fabric, and no toxins will disperse into the air once heated.

Care instructions: Machine wash the rug on warm and tumble dry on normal to high heat. The fabric is pre-washed before sewing, but it may still shrink somewhat when washed, and performs flawlessly when used with the Sauna Fix near infrared sauna.
