Best Medium Density Foam Rollers for the Neck & Back
The Creatrix Solutions medium-density foam rollers for the neck and low back are ideal for anyone who likes a firmer touch. We recommend all new customers start with our light blue soft foam rollers. Once you've used our soft rollers for a few weeks or months, recovered from injury, back pain, or spine issues, and are in better alignment, it might be time to graduate to our orange medium-density rollers to achieve even greater alignment and stability. Over time, your goal is to gradually and systematically increase the diameter size and the density (from light blue to orange to maroon).

What Makes Our Foam Rollers the BEST?
Our medium foam rollers are comfortable, have a deep groove, and are high quality. All of our foam rollers are made from the same high-quality foam, but they come in three levels of densities:
