The Creatrix Solutions medium-density foam rollers for the neck and low back are ideal for anyone who likes a firmer touch. We recommend all new customers start with our light blue soft foam rollers. Once you've used our soft rollers for a few weeks or months, recovered from injury, back pain, or spine issues, and are in better alignment, it might be time to graduate to our orange medium-density rollers to achieve even greater alignment and stability. Over time, your goal is to gradually and systematically increase the diameter size and the density (from light blue to orange to maroon).
Which size is right for you? If you are unsure which size is best for your neck and low back, we recommend getting our sizing kit so you can try the three different densities and five diameter sizes.
