Portable Near Infrared Sauna Lamp and Tent
Convertible system for standing, seated, and lying-down sauna sessions.
Portable Radiant Heat Therapy for Home Use
Sauna Fix® is the near infrared sauna you can actually move in. Choose a compact radiant lamp, a convertible portable sauna tent, or a larger home hot exercise studio designed for seated, standing, stretching, mobility, and lying-down use.
Unlike sauna blankets, domes, and many small seated tents, Sauna Fix systems create configurable heated space for gentle movement, stretching, spinal fitness, exercise, recovery, and traditional sauna sessions. The Convertible Tent provides a full-height portable sauna you can stand in, sit in, or reconfigure for lying-down use.
A configurable home sauna for seated, standing, and lying-down sessions without the construction and permanent footprint of a wood cabin.

Most sauna cabins are built around fixed benches. Sauna blankets and infrared domes keep the user lying down, while small pop-up tents usually limit the session to a seated position. Sauna Fix adds usable space and configurable positions so heat can become part of a broader mobility and recovery routine.
Selected Sauna Fix configurations allow upright posture, overhead reach, and controlled stretching.
The larger studio supports yoga, foam rolling, mobility drills, and floor-based exercise.
The Convertible Tent can be configured for standing, seated, or lying-down sessions.
47 × 35.43 × 78 inches. Use for upright sauna sessions, gentle stretching, and controlled movement.
The ceiling can be lowered to approximately 60 inches to reduce the heated volume and raise temperature.
78 × 35.43 × 47 inches. Reconfigure the enclosure for lying-down sauna and recovery sessions.
Practice upright movements and controlled transitions in a heated home environment.
Use the larger floor area for gentle joint mobility and flexibility routines.
Pair the studio with compatible spinal-fitness and recovery tools.
Create a warm private space for slow breathing, relaxation, and post-exercise recovery.
Sauna Fix uses incandescent heat-lamp bulbs rather than LED panels with electronic drivers. The bulbs produce visible red light and a broad infrared spectrum, with substantial output in the near infrared range.
The lamp warms the body directly rather than requiring the entire room to heat first.
Individual bulbs can be replaced without replacing the entire lamp fixture.
The lamp avoids the circuit boards and electronic drivers used in many LED-based devices.
Approximately 120°F in about five minutes under the stated setup conditions.
Approximately 145°F when the interior volume is reduced.
Can reach approximately 185°F under the stated configuration.
Approximately 145°F with the partition and up to approximately 170°F with a second lamp.
Actual temperature varies with room temperature, session duration, number of bulbs, lamp placement, tent configuration, ventilation, and whether a second lamp is used.
Radiant panels help keep heat inside the enclosure rather than warming the entire room.
Layered construction helps create a more efficient heated environment.
Fire-rating information is available for the applicable radiant-panel materials.
The portable structure is designed to assemble without contractors or permanent construction.
Uses heat-lamp bulbs rather than LED arrays with electronic driver boards.
The fixture is built with shielded and grounded wiring to help reduce electrical-field exposure.
Product and bulb testing information is available for customers who want to review it before purchase.

Read the Low-EMF GuideHeat changes how movement feels, and in some protocols it appears to enhance flexibility work. It does not replace the movement itself. Here is what published research supports — and the limits of what it proves.
In a small randomized trial in healthy older adults, a gentle yoga routine performed in a sauna at about 122°F improved chair sit-and-reach flexibility by roughly 83%, versus about 3% for the same routine at room temperature. Shoulder and side-bending flexibility did not improve significantly, and the authors called the findings preliminary.
When experienced practitioners performed the identical yoga sequence at 105°F and at 74°F, both conditions improved range of motion acutely. The heated session raised heart rate and thermal strain but did not clearly produce greater range of motion or energy expenditure than the room-temperature session.
In an eight-week randomized study, people completing 24 heated yoga classes improved lower-back, hamstring, and shoulder flexibility and increased deadlift strength compared with an inactive control group. The comparison was against no exercise, so the repeated movement — not heat alone — is the most likely driver.
Classic human research found that warming muscle improved dynamic power, jumping, and sprint performance, while cooling slowed contraction speed. This helps explain why movement can feel slower and more restricted when tissue is cold.
Laboratory testing shows synovial fluid becomes less viscous as temperature rises, which may reduce resistance inside a moving joint. Joint mobility also depends on muscles, connective tissue, pain, and nervous-system readiness — not temperature alone.
A 2025 systematic review of 43 hot-yoga studies concluded that claims of hot yoga providing greater health benefits than other yoga or exercise are presently unsubstantiated. Heat makes movement more physiologically demanding, but not automatically more effective.
A 90-minute heated session can produce sweat losses near 1.5 liters, carrying roughly 6.8 grams of sodium chloride. Replacing heavy sweat losses with plain water alone has, in documented cases, caused dangerously low blood sodium (hyponatremia). Rehydrate gradually and include sodium and chloride rather than forcing large volumes of plain water. See the Salt & hydration category and Healthy Salt for how to replace what heavy sweating removes.

Do not touch bulbs during or immediately after use. Keep fabric, towels, skin, hair, and other materials at the required distance from the fixture. Never leave the operating lamp unattended.
A near infrared sauna uses radiant light and heat from near infrared sources rather than relying only on heated air or far infrared panels.
Sauna blankets are designed for lying down and restrict movement. Sauna Fix offers configurations for standing, sitting, lying down, yoga, stretching, and mobility work.
Selected Sauna Fix systems provide space for gentle, controlled movement, mobility work, yoga, stretching, and foam rolling. Avoid strenuous exercise in high heat.
The Home Hot Exercise Studio provides the most floor area and standing space for yoga and mobility routines.
Yes. The enclosure can be reconfigured for all three positions.
The Convertible Tent can reach approximately 120°F in about five minutes, approximately 145°F with the partition, and up to approximately 185°F with a second lamp. The Hot Exercise Studio can reach approximately 145°F with the partition and approximately 170°F with a second lamp. Conditions vary.
No. Some listings are complete bundles, while others are tent-only or lamp-only products. Check the individual listing before purchase.
Selected Sauna Fix configurations support a second-lamp setup. Review the individual product and assembly information before adding another fixture.
The fixture uses incandescent bulbs, shielded grounded wiring, and a design intended to avoid unnecessary electronics. Because any electrically powered product produces some electromagnetic field, it is not a zero-EMF product.
A four-bulb lamp setup uses approximately 1 kWh of electricity. Actual operating cost depends on your local utility rate.

Heat can make stretching and mobility feel more comfortable, and some studies show it may enhance certain flexibility routines. However, research indicates flexibility improves mainly because the body is repeatedly moved through range, not simply because it sweats. In studies comparing the same yoga sequence heated versus at room temperature, both improved range of motion, and heat did not clearly produce greater gains. Sauna is best used as an aid to movement, not a substitute for it. See the Sauna for Flexibility guide.
Heavy sweating removes sodium and chloride, and a 90-minute heated session can produce sweat losses near 1.5 liters. Replacing heavy sweat losses with plain water alone has, in documented cases, caused dangerously low blood sodium. Rehydrate gradually and include sodium and chloride rather than drinking large volumes of plain water quickly. People with kidney, heart, or blood-pressure conditions or sodium restrictions should follow individualized medical guidance. See the Salt & hydration category.
